Burger OClock is mostly better than the outlets operating at a similar level and capacity. I prefer their gigantic burger over most other crispy chicken burgers in the city. Their beef burgers are decent as well but not nearly the best in the city. Fries are alright as well given the options available but could definitely be better.

They were serving really juicy and tasty burger initially but now they are serving the same so called burgers what others are serving, burgers OK in taste. I think they making good numbers in sales so they dont focused on quality.. Anyways they are still better than other local burgers chain i.e, burger lab, 2guys bristo, charcoal burgers and some others..

Asalam o alekum. Me and my brother ordered messy meat and I must say what a burger. I love beef and the juices that come with it and this burger was loaded with those juices.

When visited first time, the food was awesome and fries were just love, which was the main reason which compelled me to go visit the place second time. I was disappointed with the fries as both the pizza(fajita) fries and gourmet werent up to the mark, burger was good though. Lastly, lemonades were big saviours and definitely a good addition to the menu.

Probably the worst experience Ive had yet with almost everything at this food joint, from poor customer service to poor quality burgers - lacked presentation, a veggie burger with no veggie, oh wait, there was some veggie, a single very thinly cut tomato slice with barely enough onions to call it a beef veggie burger and wont even mention the quality and thickness of the beef patty, worst in my experience, cold burgers, I guess this is some kind of uniqueness they wanted to add to their joint. My overall experience with the joint was 1/10, giving 1 as 0 doesnt count as a point.

This is new branch located at Smchs. Did not take picture as i was so hungry. 1st experience and had great one. Nice part: the guy who took order was humble and guided us so well. Tried messy meat and chicken tang something. Anyway food was fresh, juicy, meat was tender and i am craving for it while writing fried bhi achy thy.

Burgers are undoubtedly awesome, among the best in town. There burgers are made by burger experts and are for burger expert eaters lolz, because they are so thick, meatty and filled that only expert eaters can handle. I had expected much much better pizza fries than what we got, less cheezy, too saucy and ordinary in taste. I think by default their food is extra spicy, especially compared with other burger sellers, so one must mention spice preference while ordering. Sitting space is limited, including indoor and outdoor areas. But ambiance is cool. Parking might by a problem in the area as its surrounded by a line of eateries and other shops. Overall a must try for burger lovers.

Well the dine in sitting needs to be expanded. I visited with my half better on 14th August 2020 (National Independence Day), so it was naturally Jampacked. Took 45 mins to get our turn for dine in.Only 5 large Tables and 4 small tables were available.Now onto the food, Yum...yum...&...yum...you might find the prices a slight higher than others but the freshness and juiciness of the fast food is on par to no other that Ive visited.4 stars only because the waiting for food takes a long while.Otherwise if you want to have juicy n fresh fast food, this is the joint.

Visited Burger OClock yesterday to have one of its most famous burgers i.e. “Crunchos”. The experience was worth the time. The layer of Nachos is a pretty unique addition to such an item. The burger was enormous and enough with meal for a person with good appetite. The burger holder is a quite fair addition to prevent your hands from getting dirty but a slight adjustment of patty would even solve it more as the end still made it messy.For an outlet in Gulshan Area, it is pretty well-structured with seating for almost 6 groups at a time. The seating arrangement is quite spacious but one thing that must be revised is that there wasnt any table for 1 or 2 persons. Apart from this, it is a must go place for a Burger-lover ! Very disappointed experience with Burger o clock Gulshan branch.I ordered through Food Panda, chicken sandwich combo with lemonade at 11 pm Aug 21 2020. I received only sandwiches with out fries and drink and lemonade at 12:24 am Aug 22 2020.Rider call me 2 time for direction, its house address and with google map gps rider still need help on direction.You can imagine in middle of the night you just got sandwich with out any kind of drink or side and after complaining to food panda i got a call at 1:30 am from Burger o clock gulshan branach and branch manager said rider forget the drink and side and they will deliver at 1:30 am or reimbursed 140 RS.They ruined my whole meal and after that they call me at middle of the night. So unprofessional management and rider. I would like to advice please use food panda riders at least they know the city and time value. At least they didn’t forget to pick complete order. Never order again Burger o clock gulshan branch. Very disappointed experience!Burger o clock you don’t know how to do business.

Good ambience, good food however the behaviour of the staff can be improved. Pizza fries were good but the normal fries that you get with the meal weren’t so great. They had no salt. The staff seemed extremely uninterested and frustrated with their jobs. Overall had a good experience.

Did not live to the expectation. Ordered Messy Burger and Grilled Chicken Pizza Burger, messy burger was just too sour and the Pizza Burger was bland the only thing that saved the trip was the chilli cheese fries and wild fries.

Burgers are my weakness i cant resist my self from taking yumm bite of their burger cant even wait for the photo (but have to take it for the review) totally yum one of good burger franchise in karachi for sure. Need more sauce in the burger to give it the blast of the flavours which i think lacks or more of juiciness to the patty to combine the yummy meat with the perfect sauces.

I went herr at gulshan iqbal branch along with my friends. When i went in i found it a bit crowdy and conjusted place. They also had the outdoor sitting beside indoor. We ordered two burgers messy and another one along with 3 fries wild, bar bq and pizza. The taste was too good. Everything was on point and very fresh. I really loved the burgers. It was jiucy and delicious.

I mean the best, in quality and quantity, I ate the most filling burger here, which is very rare to find, ambiance was good, and staff was surprisingly well mannered and humble. I went there for iftar to use our BOGO iftar deal voucher, so we ordered premium burgers, gourmet fries and chicken strip. The burger was awesome so does the plain fries but the gourmet fries because of their sauce they went saggy. Chicken strips were also delicious and crispy. It was a good experience and will definitely go there again soon.

The packaging and delivery was good but the burger quality was the poorest of all the others not worth the money and while eating the burger there was literally hair in it and most importantly the chicken was like it had been kept for a day or two to rust very poor quality i got ill after eating 3-4 bitesI ordered the Fiery Gigantic Burger.
