Surprisingly O M G is not one of my favorite places for burgers. I do like their Swiss mushroom double.But I would say their crispy chicken burger is not too good and I’m a chicken burger lover. Moreover , their prices are way too high .You can use vouch 365 appOr you can use Careem food which has 40% off on the entire menu

Another burger joint in the town. The juiciest and most scrumptious burger Ive ever had. The thing was overflowing with cheese, sauces and meat! The fries were just perfect. The service was fast and the place was decent. A must visit for all the burger loving people!Thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The food was fantastic, everything fresh and hot came to the table. The service was quick and the staff was very professional. The ambiance was very lively and creative. Really enjoyed my experience, highly recomend this place, will definately be back.

Place is quite good in terms of seating and the location. Family can easily dine out. Ordered Swiss mushroom melt and extra added Gouda cheese with fries and drink. Was really juicy in taste. But it was too pricey in terms of other burger joints. This only costs around Rs. 1,000.

I tried their Gourmet Burger range and in it I savoured Gouda Burger and I absolutely loved it. Though the place was noisy as hell but still taste made the time spent their worth it. But their fries are slightly overrated and overcharged.

This outlet should be only for take aways and delivery.It is so congested, better consider zamzama franchise.I dont find oh my grill that good as compare to their competitors, but I have met many people who liked the taste.

Finally decided to visit Oh My Grill after lot of good feedback and it was really worth to travel all the way from Gulshan. The juicy burgers was served with delicious sauce and french fries. Sitting area was bit compact but the ambiance was simply amazing. Staff was so courteous but serving time was more than 20 minutes which could be improved. Overall satisfied, will visit again!

Decent boutique burgers with good quality. But, I believe their combos are overly priced. Also, would love to see them offer customized burgers. What scares me tho, that if they do this, it will be more expensive compared to the existing over the top prices and that would ruin the whole thing. Recommended for a tasty and quality burger bite.

Talk about the product and it is awesome but talk about the outlet and it’s not worth the visit. Small, full of mosquitoes, smoke and to top it all highly non-cooperative staff with an attitude that’s not worth tolerating under any circumstances. But yes one again the product is great and it’s a must have.

They have the reputation and they were up to the mark. One the best American style burgers. The staff knows what is they are offering. The meat was juicy and delicious and cooked in the right way.

This place was recommended by a foodie, ordered gourmet burger with fries & drink combo, on a Saturday for a late lunch.The restaurant was empty, even though it was a weekend, it’s a self service place, you place your order at the counter, pay your bill and then wait for your order number to be called out from the order counter person.The service was slow as they took some good time to prepare the order, then I had to remind them that drinks from my 2 combo deals are still delivered to me.The paper napkins and ketchup had to be requested too, whereas these 2 are always on your order tray, first.Well the burgers were bigger in size if compared to our international fast food chains, the fries were tastier too, oh yes they didn’t have the gourmet fries, the plain fries were good crispy. The burger was juicy and tasty.A burger with plain fries & coke will cost you around Rs.1000 approximately, so if you are burger person then you should go & munch their meaty burgers.

So we were 7 adults and one baby, and since there weren’t any free seats, the owner accommodated us in their other shop next door.. so full marks on the customer service! Especially since it’s so damn hot in the city! The OMG shop tau was boiling due to the hot grills and packed boyes..Anyway, we ordered 7 burgers, 2 baskets of fries (6 servings), 6 drinks and the total bill was 5,560.. now I don’t know abt karachi but by islamabad standards, and in relation to the actual food, it was reasonably priced.Now the burgers..Swiss Mushroom Melt (8.5/10)Gouda Burger (7/10)Spicy Chipotle (7.5/10)Classic with Aged Cheddar (10/10)The winner was clearly the Classic.. uff so good! Have a great time there, burger was yum. Best thing about their burgers is the buns they use, they are extremely soft and fresh whenever you visit them. But the 4 stars are for the price of these burger idk why they charge soo much when similar or quite close burgers are being offered in much less price by their competition. Anyway if you have load of cash or you just want to try a good burger regardless of its price then you should visit here..

Its much hyped and to be honest overpriced compared to other local burgers joint. But no doubt burgers were juicy and good serving. However the wow factor is still missing as what I was expecting.Might not prefer it over other local burgers joint next time.

So I went to try Oh My Grill a.k.a. OMG because of the recommendations and of course some mixed reviews. Decided to try and judge myself; and honestly it was tooo good.Spicy chipotle chicken burgerServed within 10 minutes, perfectly warm and tender fillet with the right amount of sauce and jalapenos. The bun size was large as opposed to normal burger joints (a major plus point).The best part, however, was that the burger was wrapped in a paper so perfectly that their was no dripping of sauce and contents (which is a BIG issue while eating burgers). They also put a bottle of ketchup warna burger places usually give only 1-2 sachets per head and no food is too good for ketchup. Period. It was so fulfilling that we had to push in the last bites into our mouths as to not waste it.

Scrumptious burgers with filling quantity, prices are a bit over the top compared to the other burger chains.

Finally availed the discount at OH MY GRILL .... didnt understand what is the hype all about as most of the things in the menu are not available . there was a queue of about 10-12 people & It took about 30 mins to reach the order counter. We ordered swiss mushroom melt .. mushroom melt and spicy gourmet as there was no chicken option.The three burgers cost for 953/- after discount.1 burger for dine in 2 of us...2 burgers takeaway for my 3 daughters at home...Attached picture shows that they left it just after 1 bite...Overall the experience was not great something was off in those burgers i guess... didnt really enjoyed the meal at all...Food 1/10Ambiance 8/10Value for money 2/10.#HateOMG

Swiss Mushroom Melt is my go-to burger at OMG - no thinking required. Gouda burger is a great second choice for me and being a gouda cheese fan, my father also appreciated the recommendation. We had a great time at their location in Bahadurabad and most of us in the family are burger lovers, so we all really enjoyed our meals. Really glad it opened up nearby.

Expensive burgers. They are cooked well and the meet is high quality. I usually go for the gourmet ones but my issue with OMG is that almost all there burgers taste more or less the same and its probably because of the heavily seasoned patty. However they are good burgers at the end of the day. My personal favourite being the steak and cheese sandwich followed but the Mushroom Swiss.

Oh My Grill has great burgers and fries. It’s always better to eat there and get the food fresh because there’s no comparison in home delivery. However this particular branch is quite cramped and not suited to large groups (max 5-6 people recommended).

Gourmet fries are the worst here don’t order or eat, the cheese is very bad smelling and taste like rotten and very expensive. I ordered spicy gourmet burger which is actually same as classic burger but no onions and tomatoes and some jalapeño added costs 80 rupees extra meaning you pay extra for less ingredients.The manager asked me if the food is good I told him that the fries are rotten but he didn’t respond at all.Last but not least they charged taxes but they don’t accept cards and take cash only

Hands down the most expensive and the most delicious burgers I have ever bought. This is an authentic gourmet burger Not some random burger and broast shop but an AUTHENTIC GOURMET BURGER restaurant. They clearly prepare their own ingredient with the singular purpose of making the best burger in Pakistan. They dont advertise broasts, side orders or even fries. THEY ARE ALL ABOUT THE BURGER.There is still room for improvement though! hence the 4 stars. They are definitely preparing their own protein, they could be a little more meticulous about removing gristle and fat from the meat. It is very annoying and ruins the experience.

Probably one of the best burgers in town. Their mushroom melt is especially recommended if you are beef lover. Just need to work on their outlets ambiance a little. Airconditioning and exhaust system needs a bit improvement. Also need to accept plastic money . Their zamzama outlet is much better in terms of ambiance and service & yah they do accept plastic money at zamzama.Overall verdict 8/10.Pricing - 350 + for normal burger600+ for gourmet burgers. I would recommend you not to order gourmet burgers unless you have huge appetite.

Had a chance to visit Oh My Grill yesterday with my friends . Have heard great reviews about that place, so we were tempting to visit there and try their burgers. But upon reaching there we got to know that it was just an over-rated place. The only thing good about them was the size of their burgers.We went there and ordered 5 Swiss Mushroom Beef burgers (250gm beef patty) along with their combo of fries and drinks with each serving.They served us food after 15 mins but the food was just warm. After they have served us food we got to know that one of our friend dont eat beef so we ordered one Chicken burger (dont exactly remember the name of that coz we just said we need a chicken burger ) any way that burger was served so late that all of us have already eaten our food. Which sort of ruined it coz he wasnt able to eat with us . But again well things happen so move on . So at the end I went and ask their staff how much for the last chicken burger and ( As we have already paid for our beef burgers) they said sir 950 Rs . I was shocked and asked for the reason and they replied sir its a double patty. I told them we havent ordered a double one and their employee said sir we have heard that someone said double patty. All of us denied and I told them since I was the one ordering they should listen to me. Well I did paid for it and left .In short :1- The staff was not cooperative and they werent able to explain the details properly.2- The food served wasnt hot like it should be.3- The burgers were just So so not that great that we have heard of .4- Definitely not going to visit It again coz it was just an over rated place with untrained and uncooperative staff .Total damage : 5200 Rs ( Was actually a dent on pocket as my treat was ruined and I felt humiliated)

Delays and cold food, service degrades as compared to last time

The burger Mushroom Melt was great. My experience of dine in was bad as there was no electricity and they didnt have the backup(generators) for that. The smoke of the kitchen was spread all over the dine on place which I didnt liked.

They have only one or two good burgers.. The rest of them are generic.. But I guess thats with most burger joints

I tried the Swiss Mushroom Melt. The burger was tasty. However, the place was dirty. We had to literally shout at the waiter in order to clean the table. You guys should work on your seating arrangement and cleanliness. I will be writing more once I try other burgers on the menu.

I have always had a great experience at OMG. The food is delicious and the serving is so HUGE that I have never finished my meal there. You can pick any item from the menu and can be sure that its the best taste wise.However, the seating space is very limited due to which waiting is long. Moreover, the service is a bit slow and since the kitchen is open, there is no real ventilation and the place becomes too hot.

I visited the popular avenue branch. It is quite smoky over here due to open kitchen. The Swiss mushroom belt is quite good. Staff is well mannered and cooperative. Overall a good experience.

Manager needs to be professional and improve customer service. Proper options are not being given and debate with customers. Also buns were not fresh on friday. And bacon burnt in all burgers unchewable. This franchise location will go down the drain if not fixed staff level right away. Other wise burgers and patties used to be good. And burgers were served cold

The taste of the food here is always amazing. Though the pricing are a bit higher the a usual burger place but the actual burger was worth the price.Only 1 issue which I guess they have with all their burgers is that its too saucy. I ordered for home delivery but my order was delivered after 2 hours and the burgers were cold and the beef patty was over cooked. I do not recommend any one to order from oh my grill specially the home delivery service.

Oh my Grill may have the best burgers, but the attitude of their employees will just put you off and the happiness you get after eating a good meal, that will be all ruined.Firstly they ALWAYS serve you without a smile.They are least interested in telling you about the ingredients of the burgers.If you request them for something extra, bluntly they will say is keh alag paisay denay paray gay as if they have given you the entire meal for free.If you have ordered a meal, and requested a water bottle instead of a soft drink, you can not get it swapped when you are done, even if the water bottle is unopened, Apparently because the water bottle is of 70rs and the soft drink is for 110rs, so if its a meal, you pay for a soft drink and request a water bottle do they return the difference?Oh my grill has worked hard for the taste and flavor of their burger, its just awesome but they did not do any effort in training their employees on how to act with their customers..100points for the taste,0point for the service.

Went there a month ago and ordered the most expensive Gouda Gourmet Burger. I will be really honest about the taste. Very very tasteless just a 250gm patty with some plain mayo sauce and single slice of Gouda cheese (for a250gm patty) which was absorbed by patty and not felt on bite at all.Not even basic salt or pepper to give a taste to beef patty. Just bun, Patty and mayo for a freaking 780 rupees (fries and Drinks not included).Upon complaints everyone was trying to prove that we are wrong. We end up paying 1500 for NO FOOD. Not recommended at all.

When i visited the shop electric generator was out of order and it was full of smoke from the grill possing a health hazzard to customers and more importantly employees. The managment should have closed shop until the generator was fixed but the forced the employees to work in the hazardous environment

One of the best gourmet burger joints in Karachi opens on the other side of the bridge. The place is still a bit under construction, but comfortable ambiance and seating. The food is pricier than competition but the quality of patty and burger justifies it. The venue doesnt accept credit/Debit cards yet, neither entertains Bogo/365 vouchers, so beware of that. The service speed is quick. What sets OMG apart for me is they serve mustard with their burgers!

The taste was lovely. Price was a bit more expensive but the burgers were delicious and deserve that price. Sitting area was small but the environment was good and I was very much impressed. One bad thing was that they dont accept card payments. You have to carry cash on the day.

Its a moody place. Occasionally theyll serve you the best burger in town, other times theyll be satisfied with being mediocre at best. Personally I find it extremely arrogant for a place that usually asks you to spend upwards of a grand on a burger to decide it doesnt need to satisfy you everytime. I also dont think its right for it to not to have wifi and not accept credit cards in this day and age considering they charge a premium. It is a bit of a culinary diva.. guess we should expect that with a name like OMG!
