One of the few best bus services in Pakistan.Started services on 01 January 2018. Traveled for the first time from Lahore to Rawalpindi/Islamabad and then to Faisalabad & really liked the service. Bus leaves the terminal in time and reaches before time at the Destination. e.g Time mentioned on ticket was 4:30 hours from Lahore to Rawalpindi/Islamabad but it took us to the Destination in about 4:00 hours. Their fleet of buses is new and equipped with facilities like WiFi and separate screen/tab for each passenger with all the options (movies,drama, songs etc) for entertainment during travel. Well trained staff and affordable/economical fare. Clean and comfortable waiting area with parking space for passengers.Improvement required in the meal/snacks offered during travel.

Their bus service is very good, the day buses are also very good

Initially their services were good and gradually declining.. travelling in this buss with two toddlers was one of the bitter memories of my life.. i found it suffocated, crowded, and dark.. they buss hostess was not listening. Even the driver was uncertain about the drop-off location of the buss..

Awesome bus service they people got mini lcd behind each seat and very flexible environment so you can choose them for traveling.

I found the bus to be clean, organised and nice. However, there is an issue of time management and the waiting area should be improved to be a place where families can realax.

Rates are too high but business class traveling for comfortable ride

These so called luxurious never compete Bilal travel. Fair is slightly low but take more time 3 to 4 time stop, improperly data set in bus tablets.I travel during eid holiday rush and experience late departure from ISB.

Vehicles used are great but staff at terminal is not professional.

Very bad experience. I am traveling from Murree to Faisalabad on 15th July 2018 at 1pm, a passenger vormated in the bus when we were at Bani Gala turning and they did not clean the bus properly. Staff is not supportive and it is very difficult to sit in the bus.
