Wonderful service, has two buses to Lahore daily. Professional staff, not very crowded, spacious sitting area with seats at a distance due to Covid-19. Buses are one of this best in Pakistan.

Excellent service, the only thing missing was checking temperature and preventing symptomatic people travelling on service specially during COVID.

Good and smart bus service but not a very good approach

Really awesome , Rawalpindi terminal is bit not clean but overall all okay 100 times better than others. Bus service is really awesome , qconnect is expensive than other bus services but no doubt they have quality.

I have read a lot about QConnect bus service from Lahore to Islamabad and back.My next road trip from Islamabad or Lahore will be on QConnect bus service then I will share my experience.I hope it will be up to my expectations.

Extremely pathetic service, I had a journey from Islamabad to Lahore on 4th January 2021 and that was a horrible experience. Totally loss of money and teasing time over there sitting in the bus which makes loads of defeaning noises, bus needs and immediate maintenance. Overhead bins were making extremely irritating noises, it was like an airplane running on the roads. LED wasnt working I did complained about, the hostess said to reset the system even then it never worked till the journey has been ended. Strongly not recommended to travel in that pathetic service.

Bus Terminal for Islamabad/Rawalpindi is totally not appreciable. Neither to its approach to terminal nor waiting lounge is even good, what to say nice. Alhamdolillah, terminal/waiting lounge at Lahore is nice. Service is fine with nice food. One star less due to terminal approach/ lounge of Islamabad/Rawalpindi.

Not worth the amount they charge. Below average rest area rude staff from ticket issuance till bus hostess. Infotainment system does not work, so it seems your 3 times fare paid goes wasted.

A good old market of new city of Islamabad. It has multiple businesses like Saeed Book Depot and restaurants. It has all kind of commodities on sale there.

Look and feels like air craft.We took lahore to islamabad route .. it was raining heavily then. Rain water entered bus from few places which troubled few passengers but we were safe and lucky ones.My Tv screen had technical issues so it couldnt enjoy it.My window curtain was broken as well.. its built wey nicely and is punctual but needs maintainance.it was an okay experience.

Way expensive than the service offered, counterfeit water, pathetic entertainment devices, continuously restarting, temperature control was not upto the mark. Even the food taste was below par and quantity for good enough for a 8 year old

I made a booking online through my easy paisa app and they cancelled the bus that day. Its been 25 days and they havent refunded me and nor they are picking up my calls.

This review is based on my 4-5 experiences with this bus service. And before writing this review, I have raised critical concerns with the management on the feedback form every time I traveled.When a person is paying PKR 3,650/, you expect an end-to-end satisfactory user experience. The seats are comfortable with ample leg space and food is being catered from Kitchen Cuisine - the only two things one cannot complaint about.However, besides these two facilities there are multiple nuisance factors.1. Bathroom is filthy: they leak, smell, water provision is inconsistent, so is soap availability. Once light wasn’t working, other time exhaust fan had some issue.2. There is ZERO respect for time management and punctuality. My last trip was in October, 2020 - first the bus was half and hour late with no prior intimation of delay; further, the journey was more than 5 and half hours long. And this has not been the first time it happened.3. The buses are poorly maintained. Windows are casually cracked and broken as if that’s not even a safety hazard.4. Seats are no doubt comfortable but in a shabby shape now. Need maintenance.5. I would also like to ask the management how are they following the SOPs? No temperature check at any point, no seating protocols, no way to sanitise the buses once offloading is done.6. Air conditioning, ventilation and temperature control within the bus is poorly managed.7. Kindly equip your staff with adequate training. They are undoubtedly courteous but whenever I ask people on counter with any additional information, they are clueless. Including reason for delay of the bus departure.Regards,

Hidden, not easy to find. Google maps missled me and I was about to miss the bus.

You will not find careem, Uber or any cab service in the evening. Its far away from Islamabad. Avoid it unless you have some driver picking you up at the terminal.

Really impressed with this bus service which I got from Lahore to Islamabad. It was a 5* service where I got movies, recliner seats and a meal too all for the equivalent of around £20 - incredible!!

We loved our drive from Islamabad to Lahore. Very comfortable, spacious and clean. The only downside was the food - unfortunately didnt seem fresh and didnt taste good either.

The best and the most comfortable bus service between Islamabad and Lahore. Bit pricey, but appropriate for the quality of service.I loved their full dinner menue. Food catered from KC Grill, my most favourite eatery. Loved the piping hot coffee that served. It made my travel very relaxing.

Islamabad to Lahore ride was 5 hours with no stops. So i was bored. Not too many choices on the entertainment system but still worth a watch. Food is from Kitchen Cuisine, you order when you leave and get a delivery in Bhera. The seats are nice and comfy and the staff is helpful.

If you need a comfortable travel between Lahore and Islamabad, and Q Connect is a very good choice. Luxury non stop bus with good food. Its a little on expensive side as compared to other services but ticket price include a meal. Terminals waiting area is good and no hassle of multiple buses going and leaving.

Its luxury travel between lahore and islamabad.bus stops for 5mins at bhera to collect food from kitchen cuisine.however slightly aged bus facilities which should be updated otherwise the price doesnt justify.headphones should have cloth covering to be changed after every ride.addition of tea/ coffee will be a big plus.

Nothing works on this bus!!The TV for my seat was out, the channel/volume buttons on the armrest were literally FALLING OFF.And I swear I could actually see the road through a break in the floor panels!!Something needs to be done here... this is not a “premium” bus service.

Its a good non stop service. The down side that no stopover results., At time, in loss of namaz. I even couldnt offer Jumma prayer.

This terminal is a disgrace for the money you pay for the service! Besides the bus is already almost an hour late. Qconnect is 3500 PKR per passenger while Faisal Movers costs less than half (approx. 1500 PKR). Go figure!

Having travelled in Faisal Premium as well, the lounge lacks the free refreshments Faisal movers offer. Friendly guy at the counter but really bad customer service over the phone.Lounge is neat and clean...seating comfort is average.

Direct approach from Kashmir Highway is not possible. Exit the highway on to GT road then take a U turn towards Pindi to reach the terminal.For exit to Kashmir highway, take the exit immediately after exiting the terminal thereftare follow Google Maps.This terminal is behind a common use terminal for Faisal movers and others. Has a place to wait, few people, no hustle bustle. An executive way to travel to Lahore.

Bus was comfortable but the Upholstery was very stinky, not because of the washroom inside but because of lack of Regular cleaning.The staff was very friendlyNeed to improve the service , as current service doesnt matches the Sky High Fare.

This is more like the daewoo vip bus service nowThis was not the bus you previously marketed for on social media, I sat in your old one last year and that was business plus not this.AND you increased the prices?? atleast maintain your standards.Very Dissapointed.....

Its has good service but the vehicle has too much vibration. It took 5 hrs to reach lahore terminal without stopping at any point.

Hey QConnect Management ,I had heard good reviews from my friends who happened to use your bus service when it started back in 2017 I believe.I have had the chance to travel in q connect for the first time in November 2019. Its a good effort, however hope you can improve on the following:- we couldnt start our journey on time because of no apparent reason...the management was appearantly waiting for more passengers to turn up...this should not have happened.- we finally boarded the bus with a delay and the bus smelt damp and shabby.- my seat was by the window. The blind was broken and the AV not working. So I changed the seat....the blind was ok and I could atleast look out the window becasue AV was not working even on these seats.- half way through our journey, a technician boarded the bus and fixed all the AV s...by that time I had lost interest in the facility.- the hostess offered me newspaper instead...I took it.- welcome coffee was cold. The lid of the disposable cup was loose...- food was good, warm as promised.- I had booked a return ticket n I m writing this review aboard qconnect - on my way back to lahore.- I was served welcome coffee 1 and a half hour into the journey...- the journey continues....I hope you take my feedback positively n improve upon the service n condition of ur buses....all the best !!

Update: Food has been switched back to Kitchen Cusine.Yaaay.New Review: As of 31st March 2019. This is a perfect example of getting destroyed by ones success. This service started. Once again I would start with the entertainment system. Mine was frozen and did not work as usual. Seat 2A. Food went from a well packed and good tasting treat from Kitchen Cusine to a low quality bakery/restaurant standard. If they keep going down at this speed, they wont be seeing loyal customers who have been with them from the start like myself returning to them.Old Review: Comfortable service, food was above average. Staff was polite and competent. It costs about 3300/- Rs at the time this comment is posted.Price now increased to 3500. The entertainment system was not working on the ride from Islamabad to Lahore on October 12, 2018. Other than that the quality was as before. But I am reducing from 5 to 4 stars as I was missing the entertainment which is crucial for me to kill time.

Very good bus service for bussiness class travellers

For the exorbitant and outrageous pricing of the bus tickets, surely they could have come up with a better terminal, location wise and facility wise. Understand the need of it being at the junction of the city end and motorway but its just not feasible enough considering the high volume traffic and the intensity on those roads/motorway link. Wanted to give 3.5 since the terminal itself is pretty neat and clean but guess 3 star would have to do for now.

Excellent bus service, been to 45 countries and never seen a bus like this.The world has first class trains so doesnt get such luxury buses, here the lack of trains paved the way for such a luxury bus.The seating has more room than standard business class flight.Highly recommended form of travel.Im reviewing the bus service not the terminal, which is also neat and tidy though.

Luxury service between Lahore and Islamabad

The comfort and leg space is amazing. Reclining seats, spacious leg room, privacy and the cleanliness is top notch. A bit pricey but for this level of comfort, it is totally worth it. Non-stop route from isb to lhr and vice versa, this truly feels like traveling in a business class plane!

We live in USA but have never experienced such an excellent bus service. The ambiance is great, truly a world class service in terms of comfort and style.
