I m doing job there ,its so lazy and slowest project , people give full payment but not get house key ,And plot for construction in blue bell ,magnolia,zania ,Daffodill ,oleander .

DHA 1 Isb is ideal place for investment and living having beautiful views of hills.

DHA valley site office is 10 km away from the location they have zero information about the plots resale and available structured homes better to visit the location or contact dealers

At this time Society in under construction process some people stay in Lili block but Gas is no available here otherwise Water and electricity available.

Good place to live but it will take time for all facilities

The staff need to quicken their response.

DHA is brand but they r not doing well in ISB specialy DHA homes.. phase 1 and 2 is better option

Its location is good. Near to Rawat T and alongside Islamabad highway in dha 2 Extention. Dha valley is also a project of dha initoated as jv with bahria town and some others but awfully people have been cheated.However staff posted by dha in dha valley office is very coopetative nice educated and facilitative. I met to Ms Ayusha Sheraz and found her very polite and cooperative lady who guided me with love n care abt my plot located in iris block which not going to be materialised in near future. But i impressed the she listened my problem and showed sympathy.I pray her success.

Please dont waste money and time here. It is a dream that may come true after you are no more. Suigas is still not there.

Total fraud, they get total amount for DHA vally before 10 years untill now no any Development.was promised in 3 years will be Developed, today 27.10.18

Project will be completed once hell freezes over. Be patient. DHA and CDA are running Homeopathy clinic result will be available after departing this planet.
