It is a very big park and claims to be one of worlds largest birds ivory with multiple spicies. It is a very big beautiful park and excellent for full day family picnics. It is based on rawal lake. You will see big lush green gardens, walking and jogging tracks, bbq heaters for people who like to do it, street hawkers, fast food stalls, washrooms, boating facility, swings for children and bird ivory. Many schools and university trips can be observed in regular days. Raing weather can be tricky but sunny winters are awesome for family picnics here. The tickets are quite cheap, wheel chairs can easily enter and move around. Wear comfprtable shoes to explore the park at fullest. There are mini vans which give park tours.

Park is a fun place specially the bird cageThey have kept them in a safe and secure environment and have taken care of almost every need.You will see nest on the branches so that birds which are not in a cage may have their natural habitat.The lake is not that good itself but if you take the boat ride and enjoy other activities in this park including go kart @ 2F2F this will be your fun day trip in isloo.

Lake View Park is a good place to visit. Public Vans transport is not available . You have to book a Car or use personal transport. A good view Jheel also. Better place for Photography in the day. Some mini shops are also available here. Benches are somehow less for sitting.

Beautiful park with a huge lake and many other attractions like childrens rides, food carts, giveaways and handicrafts shops, kids train, boating and a big birds park. Its best place for family picnic. Its too crowded at the weekends. A big parking area is available at a nominal fee but both sides of park roads are occupied by the car. Still its nice to go there.

Considering the covid situation, they rather neglect SOPs. parks were supposed to close at 6pm and theyd just shut down all the lights and keep the rides going. the photographers would keep buzzing you. but its quite , peaceful inside, has a good environment overall.

Its nice place. I had a good time over there. I will suggest boat riding should be organised. There were no security guards or life guards to protect from drowning in water and bad behaviours of boat sailers.¹

Lake view park has abundant entertainment options suiting different age groups. A clean and mesmerizing lake with a soothing view. There are many attractions in the park that include a vast bird aviary, camel riding and ATV bikes. The area in general was super clean however the toilets were not! There were paddle boats available but we chose Rodney boat and rode for about 30 minutes, that costed about 300 Rs for a whole round which included 5 people the price is the same even if you have 8 or 2 people on board, there were no life jackets available.

It really wonderful & impressive. Location, greenery, management and the lake has supported his beauty up to heigiest level.I liked it very much

This is wonderful place for outing with kids , especial thing boating in lake the other links to bani gala the famous place where Imran Khan lives 300 kanal house. In this parks play area for kids in just Rs 20, many other attraction like birds area, you sit on grass and eat what you have brought you from home other wise you have to buy a costly food. Electronic swings are also there , for infants these are nor suitable.car parking is also here to safe your vehicle. mtx is another attraction. I would like to suggest must visit this place if you are on visit Islamabad with kids

Very good place to be with family and friends but their is a big problem with maintenance.No water for Wuzu and no drinking water.
