Perfectly curated 18-day trip from the south (Karachi) to the North (Hunza) of Pakistan- put together and meticulously planned only seven weeks before departure! The fact that this trip came together as quickly as it did, and over the Ramadan holiday, mind you, is a real testament to this travel company, and their quest to never disappoint the customer. When the last-minute opportunity to explore Pakistan with my two friends, I was dubious at best as to what could possibly be put together so quickly. The trip planner (Karim), from the company, got on it right away- and made several lengthy phone calls to me during which we discussed everything about the proposed trip: our interests, ages, level of physical fitness, food preferences. When one of my friends had to leave a day earlier than expected from Islamabad, he rearranged the activities so that he would get to visit the Salt Mine, something we were all interested in seeing.I’d highly recommend to use Karim and Hunza Explorers to plan your trip for Pakistan.

Our trip to Pakistan was perfect. We were attracted to and curious about learning Pakistan. We had a limited time of 8 days with another 10 people in the group. We wanted many things actually and the time is always not enough. Apart from learning the culture and the country, we were individually interested in historical architecture parts of Taxila which our guide said is called “City of rocks”. Our travel agency prepared a program and a unique experience for us. They also thought about our group and reshaped our tour program based on our requests. We had a great time overall. Everything was so much organised and we just found ourselves travelling from one location to another with not rush, although with our luggages in private transportation owned by the company, and diving right into the culture. Islamabad, Taxila, Besham, Chilas, Hunza and Khunjerab Pass were the places we visited and we are glad that we visited the passu glacier in upper Hunza, it was a short hike to the moraine of the glacier we really enjoyed the hike. The glacier looks so amazing, it is covered with white ice thick from bottom to the top!Khunjerab 4693m as a final location was also perfect; as it was a mind switcher and putting everything that we learned on our journey on a holistic picture. We were very much interested in the natural beauty the surrounding mountains. Our tour guide and our program and our walks were shaped based on seeing these mountains through our journey. All the members in our group were super happy to have Hunza Explorers our host in Pakistan. We highly recommend the service of Hunza Explorers.

We visited Hunza last autumn with Hunza Explorers and all went good with this company. The Karakoram highway is majestic, Hunza people are very friendly and highly educated. I really love this land. Wish I can come back soon one day.

Based on their very positive tripadvisor reviews, we booked a 11-days tour to Hunza valley with Hunza Explorers and used them to arrange our overland car transport from Sost to Tashkurgan. I found the service and response of this travel agency to be excellent. Easily 5-stars. My emails were promptly responded to, and everyone showed up when they were supposed to. The amount charged for my trip seemed like very good value. The guide was friendly and courteous. The 5 am sunrise at Duiker is a bit ridiculous (my favorite shots are of the bugs and some other tourists snapping photos), but Id do it again for the experience. I’d highly recommend this tour agency.
