Emirates sales office is on the first floor in the Ufone tower. The staff is really great. The office is kept clean and decent. Easily got the booking done for a friend. You can also book your ticket through call and you send passport scanned copy through email to confirm the booking. You will receive an e-ticket through email.

Emirates is excellent but their staff at Islamabad office is very slow. That take too long on each person, which is not needed.

No flight normaly nd long wait in dubain more then 20h

Counters were very less we spend almost four hours

Lethargic, overworked, fatigued and understaffed officials. Average time for a simple query is 45-60 minutes.

Worst experience ever. I have never seen such an arrogant customer care representative. Emirates is such a top entity, and should realise how its repute can be affected by putting such lousy people on a front desk. FYI, I am a regular flyer with the Emirates. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED!

Good efficient helping staff. But very busy. A lot of security procedure to reach the office. You have to deposit your CNIC and get a visitors pass. The ATMs are at the entrance so if their computer system is not working you have to get the cash from the entrance gate and then climb all the way back. Some people use the emergency exit to go down the stairs too.

Offices have moved to ufone building 1st floor. Old details on google had to mess around went to the old office details provided by google, got there notice on window to say moved. When I got there office was closed. I spent over two hours messing about. Got there 5:15pm closed at 5:00pm
