Submitted the token tax against smart card of my car at this Pakistan Post branch. It took me just 5 - 10 mins for the complete process and the staff was cooperative as well. The premises was also well maintained and clean. Overall it was a nice experience.The timing to submit the token tax is from 9 am - 4 pm and tax for the cars less than or equal to 1000cc will be submitted at ETO and not at the post office.

This is like a franchise of the GPO and in a way they operate much better than a GPO with a friendly staff and a very cooperative environment overall. The place may look a bit too and somewhat dated in terms of the inner work but do not let that fool you for the good service that the people working inside provide you. On a tough day they may seem a bit annoyed because of odd customers however on any other day they respond well to you and make sure you get a quality treatment. The place also offers Western Union (money receiving only) facility as well

There are bad service and then there was worst . Pakistan post is the most useless and worthless service on the planet. Extremely awful support, delayed mail, missing letters from overseas. Slowest ! Words cant describe.

Worst experience on token renewal!! Too many safarshee cutting lines.. staff yelling giving half information, data clerks making mistakes and instead of admitting it they were forcing customers to run between counters. Utter chaos.. I guess just another day at government office. Pathetic!!
