I Only went to pick my documents up. The staff was very cooperative and basically its U.S (visa) pickup center or to send some documents to embassy. Theyve nice sitting area with some good security.

Located behind the Pakistan Post head office... It deals with the collection of pasports from different embassies... Very well organised place...

I think main service of this is to return passport to succcessfull applicants for US Visa. I went couple of times there to pick passport. Location is a little bit odd or not in main hub or pupular but not so much difficult with the help of Google maps. Applicant have to visit itself to pick passport or he/she has to given authority lettee if somebody else is going to pick. Service is always nice and pleasant. No problem at all

Very poor service. My passport was ready to collect for two weeks but no one called or emailed me. I have to check it on my own by calling them. If you take service charges for delivering passport to embassy then you are suppose to call the party to collect the passport. What kind of service is that who dont call people to collect the passport. Unreliable people and service

Deserves no stars. Complete fraud. None of services listed on site for handling are actually offered. Their phone staff is rude and hangs up calls, cannot hold a conversation in English or Urdu and is extremely unprofessional. Slippery ring of money mongering desis as usual. Please do yourself a favor and dont frustrate yourself dealing with these baboons.

You need to register your self online before you proceed to sending documents to american embassy. Incase you dont the office downstairs will charge you 500 PKR.

Not even a single staff member from visa services available till 9.30pm. At least 8 people waiting without certainty as to when the staff would arrive. Pathetic.
