The New Islamabad International Airport is actually an International standard airport with all the facilities and amenities a top class Intl airport should have. Its huge and spacious and is located away from the city which is actually good in a way . Just calculate your time as I missed once a flight just because if my poor maths :) Thumbs Up !

Quiet place specially for chat with loved ones no one bother u great atmosphere. Truly amazing design and great staff. I had ice mocha and it was stunning delicious. I would recommend to the people who fly from ISB INT Airport to enjoy and make the most of it.

The CIP Lounge is now operated by Marriot at the International Departure side. The lounge is new but may have been revamped in 3-weeks? The photo of another review doesn’t correlate with what I saw. Food is basic. Lounge is not what I expect of Marriott... but 3star for working Internet.

The lounge is modern, world-class and the airport in general hosts state-of-the-art facilities and services. Green areas in buildings have a large impact on the environment and ambiance. It also helps the brain relax. I love the green area visible from the CIP lounge, which I must say was a much-needed addition. The lounge is up to the international standards and having traveled to many other international airports, I must say CIP lounge did not disappoint, in fact, despite Pakistan being a developing country, the airport has maintained a very high standard overall. The play area for kids is an awesome addition and the decor and ambiance is really beautiful! It’s a great relaxing spot before your flight, which wasn’t available in the older Islamabad airport.

Very good place to spend your time waiting for your flight. Free on most of the credit card. Charge 1500rs and you can have lots of snakes with coffee , tea or drinks

A comfortable and quiet place to relax before your flight. The food is ok but nothing special. Drinks are available such as juice or tea and coffee. Staff are present and friendly and do ask if I need anything. The toilets are clean. Just a standard place but could do with improved food choices rather than the usual sandwiches and other predictable fare especially as it’s run by Marriot apparently.

Too many people in very small place. Most of them standing. Only 1 rest room. Either improve it or shut it down completely.

A really comfortable space. Many sofas n comfortable chairs available. They should have more options for the eating places n coffee houses. Do check production n expiry dates of products specially if it involves meat. I hope they maintain the standard. So far its really nice.

A much needed update on the previous airport. Now its a joy to fly into the New Islamabad airport. A more enjoyable experience now. Highly recommended

Staff is very nice, cooperative, helpful and friendly. A good addition to the lounges. Can improve food quality & variety but its nice enough to spend a few hours.

Not really impressed with the quality of food and services available at CIP lounge at IIA. I have been regularly travelling and always use CIP lounge sometimes courtesy from airline and sometimes self paid. I have used this lounge at IIA since its commissioned but unfortunately never ever this lounge was comparable with the one at Benazir Bhutto International Airport. I am uncomfortable and unhappy when had to pay from my own pocket for the services available specially the food and broadband absolutely disappointing. My suggestion to CAA is to look deeply into the CIP lounge at IIA as this airport is our new face to passengers travelling into and out of Islamabad Pakistan.

In contrast with Jinnah Airport Karachi, this airport seems like good bus stop instead look of airports. Although security is so called tight but I have seen flaw in security. I observed no any counter checking for army colored vehicles, that mean terrorists can enter into the airport by using armed forces vehicles which is very dangerous. Govt should take step to overcome this problem. It is just new airport nothing special.

Food wasnt of the best quality but otherwise the lounge was great. The wifi service was also very good. Overall the lounge was very peaceful and comfortable. The pricing is a bit on the higher side but great area to sit in when traveling with family.

New Islamabad airport CIP lounge (maintained by PC Hotel) is cozy and well maintained. Best place for quick snacks and good strong hot coffee

Well what can we say. CIP lounge is supposed to be good. But like every place this lounge is also not maintained properly. The all of the staff is on Ground floor they dont bother coming on 1st floor.

Right now no special card discounts like the old airport. Either business ticket or 2000 rs to go inside. They should reduce it to 1500 and reintroduce card privilege and people will go there

More expensive than the old airport CIP LOUNGE. clean. Under Marriott management. Only 1 toilet. Can get very congested with long que when multiple flights are there simultaneously. Food usually does not taste fresh. Free entry for business travellers and Emirates gold passengers and above.

New Islamabad airport is altogether a new experience and I hope that if airport management follow rules and regulations, this will help maintain beauty of this place.

The 2 stars are for the nice seating area. The food is not even basic, 2 tightly spaced bathrooms and a very unattractive forign currency exchange rate.Perhaps from Pakistan standards it sounds good but it isnt. Given the lack of business and first class travellers and the free use by govt officials, no wonder it remain so basic.

For small layover the place is nice to relax before you start your journey.

They are charging for entrance and facilities at the new airports CIP lounge. This is not the case for airports around the world. They shouldnt charge people with master cards or gold cards. The CIP lounge at Karachis airport allows Master card or visa gold card holders to use the facilities and refreshments without additional charges.

Very efficient and quick service for Hajis, especially after Road to Makkah project. Now pilgrims can easily go for Hajj without waiting in queues at Jeddah or Madina Airports.Now no formalities to be done in Saudi Arabia.

The cip lounge is Calm and elegant. Internet doesn’t work. Only 2 toilets for both men and women. No real coffee, only nescafe.

Below average single seating and food quality is absolute zero. Chicken and sandwiches were unbearable. Water was dripping from the roof. Staff was OK. Should have rather stayed at airport floor than going to this lounge.
