Amazing place to live this park view city Islamabad. It is good place to live for long life and bought the land in this area to build the house.

Society is far away from main road. Need 1 hr walk to reach. Good if u on wheels. Very high priced. Property dealers playing with the hard earned money of working class, selling cheap land with artificial rates. Not safe for investment, as controversial regarding NCO, that got with held.

Prices are too high. Honest and professionalism of the society management is really doubtful. They are cheating people especially on some blocks locations.

It could get better in future as it is visioned but yet its not what they say. Hope for better future

This place is right between the hills, its still in progress but as per my meeting with management and CEO they are through gentleman and they know how to work. This is a well known name and this would be a hit from the builder

Park view city is located next to Bahria Enclave Islamabad. When coming from Islamabad, Gate 1, which is planned but doesn’t exist today, is a situated a couple of KM before Bahria entrance on the same express way. The housing society has ideal location because of it’s elevation and most of the planned residence will be on top of a mountain. To the north it is Margalla hills and Bani Gala and to the south west there is open view towards Bahria. It is under construction but will be completed on time due to fast work pace.

This place is still under construction. View is excellent for some houses overlooking the valley below but most other houses are too crammed. I reckon it will take at least 5 years to become a neighborhood.

Location is nice but cost/ price of the plot is too high. There is only one access to park view city which is kuri road. Advertisement and dealers claim that it is 10 minutes travelling from Sarena Hotel Islamabad but according to google Map it is more than 35 minutes drive. So..........

NOC Cancelled, IESCO cuts Parkview Electricity... No gas, no bank loans... A great loss for the general public.

The location is good but the access road is narrow and pass through a village, in .the future the might have proper road but youhave to wait.

Its Housing Society in ZONE IV Islamabad, but as per Capital Development Authority, NOC has been cancelled in 2014. Owner of this project is a well known politician.The CDA has restored their layout plan advertised in Daily Jang Rawalpindi dated 28-06-2018, if the society able to get proper NOC, Nice place to live in Islamabad.

Good place but a fraud society of fraud land mafia. This mafia made money in the regime of Musharaf by playing with the real estate market by cutting societies after grabbing land in connivance of some influential and now they expanded their frauds upto capital city. They have 200 kanal land but so far more than 1000 kanal have been sold. Now the owner facing NAB trial also enjoying govt of PTI so called honest leaders government. Now he has got bail and nothing is going to be happened with them but people will definitely suffered with loss.
