Loved it! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Luxurious apartment that made you feel like you are home! Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Pakistan. Will definitely stay here again.

I will rank it amongst the best serviced apartments and even better then many 5 star hotels in Pakistan. Staff is well mannered, professional, they never interrupt your privacy. Basement parking is very convenient. Shopping is very easy ofcourse and located in the heart of Islamabad. In short its better to stay here than many hotels in Islamabad.

One of the iconic structure in the capital and the buildings are solid with decent facilities and securities. The location is a plus too. Hope there will be more and more similar buildings in Islamabad

Royal Serviced Apartments are clean and rates are not high I will recommend to stay at apartments instead of hotels. There are different type of apartments according to your family members. They have big Parking lot for apartment residents. There is big Shopping Mall on ground floor.

I was expecting better servie quality from Royal Residencia Centaurus. But they kept on disappointing me at every stage. The check-in process was not smooth; had to wait for almost an hour with family outside. However, the manager was kind enough to offer me some discount. I was not given the room I booked online. They gave me an inferior room. The number of beds, towels, pillows and other stuff was far less than our requirement. The breakfast was ok, but I had to call them three times for it. Even after that, it took an hour+ to bring it on the table. The cloth they used to cover the breakfast was too much dirty, smelly and in pathetic condition. I can guarantee, it was never washed even once from the day it was produced. Room service was poor. They didnt bother to clean it during our stay.On top of it, the software that is used to operate the lifts is too much pathetic. I dont understand how they tolerate this kind of nonsense in such an iconic place. It always took too much time to come to you, and there was no coordination in those lifts. I have never witnessed such a poor standard service in such a so-called great place.

We stayed in Tower A - 3 BR apartment 1061. 5 Start for location for someone on a short visit and wants to have quick shopping experience in Centuras Mall.2. 3 Start for price due to 2 star service and 1 star cleaning and 2 star furnishing,3. 0 star for beds and matrices. Could not sleep on bed due to extremely poor matrices and pillows. Cleaning was also questionable.4. Ask for a change room but they simply said that all apartments have the same arrangement.5. 1 star for room - asked for non-smoking room and was given a smoking room with ashtray. The whole room had a terrible smell through out our stay.6. Space was rented for eight person but we were only 4. Not enough kitchenware for even 4 person.7. They claim that breakfast is free but they give you some supplies. Note following for that arrangement:a. We were four so were given eight eggs for two days. Asked for extra eggs on the second day.b. 1 small bottle of jam and asked for the second bottle the day againc. 2 small single size margarine packet for butter.d. 1 small bread. Asked for the second.e. Loose tea and open tea bags already on the kitchen table when we arrive. They were in a open bowl!f. Extremely small portion of sugar and salt.We did our own shopping for oil, sugar etc for the next day.Great location, great build. Cheap services and full of mischievous practices.

It was an excellent place to stay but they dont have a room service if you want to eat or even you want a coffee you have to go to the food court of the mall.

Good studio apartments with sports area. Breakfast quality need to be improved.

Mall maintenance team need to take action of the overall condition. From parking till last floor everything need a major maintenance. Too much crowdy. Lifts always busy.

They have two bed and three bed serviced apartments. Should be booked in advanced. Neat and clean. Cooperative staff. Very good service.

The serviced apartments are spacious, however , there are issues with cleanliness and maintenance of sanitary fittings, which were found to be malfunctioning. The response time of the Reception is also very long.
