The staff is courteous, Id give them that but there are a few things that the management should look into. For starters, there was no hot water in the bathroom faucet. There were limited items for breakfast, which might have been due to COVID-19, and thats justified. SOPs were being followed diligently, which was nice to see. Overall its a good place to stay if you are in Islamabad.

Today i called twice from YYZ around 0900am(pak), there were no staffs available to speak. Only one new guy, who doesnt know anything. First call he took my email and promise me that he will send me an email in 15 mins, after 30 mins i checked my email nothing, no email, than i booked a room online and call back to ask for early check-in, again same guy told me that reservations person is having his breakfast, and he can not check my confirmation on computer. he said that he is new hired and doesnt know anyyhing etc etc. How come you can provide this type of customer service to your customer? If there were option for 0 star , i would like to give you 0.

The hotel goes far beyond meeting your expectations. The rooms are spacious and well decorated. The vibe is great. It is hardly a 15 minute drive to the airport. The location is really nice and peaceful and you get to stay near marbella hills. The prices are reasonable and while youre there, hangover cafe is a must try. The cafe is managed by the hotel staff and has a great variety of food with quality taste. Highly recommended for travellers

Hotel is good but its a little far from the city Islamabad. Sweet Deluxe Rooms seems like an apartment. Tv lounge is good bed room and washrooms are a bit small, but rooms are well furnished. Roof top is the best place in the hotel. Tnx!

I stayed there for one night with my family ... The hotel rooms, washroom and service was perfect ... Breakfast was perfect ... Their dinning view was awesome ... Since the hotel is in E11 ISLAMABAD, the outside view from dining hall was great.. one can enjoy the mountains view while having food.

This is relatively new hotel in the town and rooms are good. However I personally dont like their food and service. I think they need to improve their quality of service to attract more people. Daily commute from this hotel to other parts of the Islamabad is a bit challenging.

Nice & economical place to stay in Islamabad as it would cost you Rs.4,000/- per night and it also serves complementary breakfast. The room service was also very efficient as the room used to be cleaned up every evening upon my return. The employees also showed a very good conduct as few of them even refused tip. Their breakfast menu was conventional but they were courteous enough to make me eggs of my choice which were not part of buffet. Cleanliness and hygne was of acceptable levels. Its an average hotel with multi storey building. The rooms are average and the services are good. Food is average. Interior and exterior are good. Prices are bit on higher side. Staff is well dressed and well behaved but needs polishing in customer service. Overall its good for kids and families for stay and quick bites.

I happened to visit this hotel to see a friend who stayed there, i found it a hidden gem in town located in E-11 usually such hotels are located in blue area or in the central areas of islamabad but it is a well located hotel and an amazing option to stay for the visitors who intend to visit islamabad and enjoy their stay with all facilities.

Its one of the third class hotels I have seen, I would never recommend this hotel to any one, I was recently here at Grand Hotel, and stayed here for 5 days, and in 5 days no one visited to clean the room, or remove the dirthy things or clean the bathroom or place soap in bathroom, the pictures i have attached is telling every thing.

Garbage hotel. Stayed here for 2 nights worst mistake ever. Wifi kept shutting off for the 2 days they delayed fixing it then fixed it only for it to happen again. The showers had cold water, when we reported it they just had a big grin about the issues the whole time. Pathetic hotel. Shouldnt be called grand Islamabad hotel instead it should be calles GARBAGE ISLAMABAD HOTEL. Go to crown hotel.

Most of the facilities are ordinary 3 star qualities. The view from Dinning hall of marglalla hills was nice.

It was horrible , no wifi no warm water, no proper room service , waiters standing at ur head to ask for bill if you dare to order something in room, no heaters , all balcony and terrace and mountain view stuff is a big lie. In short u get better services in a Re.2500/night hotel. Tan are offered here in RS.10000/night.
