It was an absolute pleasure staying at the Millennium Hotel Islamabad. The hotel staff was always on their toes to assist us and their tariffs are really nominal. There was literally not a single thing I could mention as a complain about this place. It was simply perfect. Value for money. If anyone plans to visit ISB soon, this hotel is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. 10/10

Amazing place. Extremely beautiful. Very accommodating and spacious. The people were helpful and willing to listen to demands and requests on very short notice. The place is well secured but easy to get to. The food accommodations could have been better, but they werent necessarily bad. Lighting and flower arrangements and everything else went very smoothly. The place was big enough for over 500 guests and the staff was friendly and mostly accommodating. Would gladly get married here again.

Wonderful stay at this hotel. Receptionist was very welcoming and informative. Rooms were clean and spacious and lots of plugs for charging all your gadgets. Sleep was extremely comfortable and meals were perfect.My Colleagues and I spent a few days at the hotel to attend conference and stayed in a great room with a view.

Its brand new hotel recently opened about few months back. Hotel is up to the mark and have all the amenities required for such places.Except they need to improve their room service, add laundry services, and a casual dining.

Stayed there in February 16-18, 2020. Worst experience of my life. Poor hygiene, beds carpets and washrooms are not clean bad odour as well. Spotted hair on pillows, floor and towels, even the worst thing is presence of bugs in in rooms. They changed my room 4 time from 122 to 113 and then 306 and finally 330 as they say it Presidential suit. Bugs and hair were there as well. Worst of all is the behaviour of their top management. Even the GM was not ready to listen although his own team member witnessed everything and I have voice record of all the discussion. Same night I gone through severe food poisoning and ended in Kalsoom Hospital at 2:00 am.

The food they serve is excellent. A very good menu for the Hi Tea. The ambience is elegant and minimalist. Staff is professional and courteous. Good parking space is available. The hotel and restaurant are a good addition to the capital citys bustling hotel and eateries scene.

Peaceful environment, sufficient parking, large hall with 1200+ seating space. Food is exceptional but rates are bit higher.They have variety of options available on their menu. You can choose from their pre set menu or get a customized menu.

A newly mis-built but beautiful facility, yet they could not figure out how to fix air conditioning; since no ventilation in the rooms, and corridors stink. If you survive all this, welcome to wedding parties with loud music that keeps up without sleep, well beyond mid night.

A great feat by the Airforce. Opposite F 9 park, The entry is through the marquee gate and the hotel is tucked in the ens. Neat, clean, helpful staff, spacious rooms and bathrooms. Free wifi. It was a pleasure staying here.

Unprofessional & inexperienced team running a hotel name The Millennium in PAFSOM.Not recommended to stay in this newly opened hotel.Room : not very impressiveCleaning : needs lot of improvementOdour: very badLaundry: Strangely but it is true that they only provide laundry service during 11am till 8pm.They dont have basic services round the clock. If u need the ironing service, avoid to give them your clothes if u have only one piece as they dont have trained team and this job is being done through house keeping staff. Mostly they burn or damage the clothes after ironing.Overall : would not like to come here again

If you are AMERICAN please avoid this hotel. The staff and especially management lack good service. They dont do what you tell them until you repeat your self many times. Cleaning our room needed to be asked multiple times and not to mention breakfast. Their breakfast gave me and my husband stomach problems to the point vomiting. Also, they favor whom they serve. If you look like you are rich or hold position in life, they treat you well in breakfast. Asking if you need anything every few minutes which I DIDNT receive!When they do clean the room they dont clean it properly. I stayed a Week in this hotel and I will never stay again and will not recommend it to anyone .

Its a newly built property. Very beautiful designed and everything has been made and arranged to its perfection. Rooms are spacious and equipped with all the modern features.We liked the stay and recommend it to others as well.

Attended a wedding and enjoyed the time. Impressed with arrangements. Beautiful banquet hall. Decor and flower arrangement is excellent especially at the stage and hall entrance. Cleanliness is the best. Approach to this place is easy and there is ample space for parking. Food quality is good. I recommend this place strongly for wedding functions.

Very spacious and clean rooms. Staff was very courteous. However hotel is still facing initial hiccups. Faced issue in drainage, door of washroom got stuck. Very week mobile signals. Most people find is very difficult to reach its location.

Its a nice place. Best is.. the room condition. However, the place is new and the staff members need alot of training in customer relations. The attitude they show esp in restaurant is too bad when compared to Pearl Continental.

Checked in almost at 10 pm, reception staff was cooperative and humble. Its neat and clean place to stay.Roon service is also ok including mini bar.On lighter side, i tried to write down some comments but pen was missing in Stationary folder, its the only thing missing

Its centrally located and good for large parties and functions including marriage, receptions, dinners, etc. The ambiance is not great. Seems a place for those on a tight budget. Catering can be arranged from other specialists. Large parking area is available close to the main hall. Valet service can be utilized also. Air conditioning needs improvement.

PAFSOM marquee has one of its best administration and food as well. Keep it up. The newly under construction hotel will add better options for Islamabad accomodation.

I never expected a marquee to be this perfectly designed. I had my CIE examination here, and loved their setup, very clean and properly organised. I would recommend this place to be your wedding venue if its affordable.

I hadnt used it much as a wedding venue, but more as an exam hall. PAFSOM is easily accessible and just nails that wedding hall vibe. Just wish that the singular tables they provided were a bit higher
