I just completely fell in love with their pizza and I’m SO glad they’ve opened in DHA phase 1 A block. Finally a good pizza place in Lahore. Simply loved their thin crust margarita and deep dish pizza. Still have to try other flavours but I’m assuming they would be fabulous too.

I believe this is the only place in the twin cities where you can get a deep-dish pizza. Tried their Mince Lover and Peri Peri variants - both were good, crusty and cheesy! I would recommend the Peri Peri. Service was a bit slow and the seating area is small - otherwise a decent place.

1st time visiting : got served stale hotdog buns. Extremely bad customer service. Waiter took an hour to acknowledge us. When told about stale buns, waiter and manager both refused to admit it, even though it was crumbling in their hands while they were touching it.2nd visit: took waiter 1 hour to come to take our order again. Gave us stale pizzas. One of the pizzas was full of cartilage and traces of bone.

I was expecting something extraordinary but was disappointed. The only good Cheese Factorr pizza is the Chicago deep dish pizza. Not a fan of the rest of the flavors. Nice sitting place in F-11 markaz. Interior is quite nice. Staff is cooperative. Theyve recently opened another restaurant in PWD area.

Tried their Chicago style deep dish pizza and loved it! Very cheesy! We ordered the 10 one with one half Chicken Supreme and the other Spinach. Pizza was fulling and enough for the 3 of us.Also ordered Korean BBQ wings which was just alright. Overall great experience! Recommended!

I have tried their teriyaki pizza, it was good overall but not extra ordinary, it was full of cheese this is i guess how they make it deep pan pizza, chicken was very less in quantity, crust was little hard (can be seen in the photo). Pizzas on the other tables were looking more attractive, may be i ordered a wrong one . Having said that it was not a bad experience... Its worth trying actually

I would love to rate it 5 star but last time when i ate here i felt like they did not serve us the fresh pizza and even after asking for extra cheese i could not see cheese but before that time it used to be my favourite. I think you should try once as its deep dish pizzas are different.

Been to The Cheese Factor again after quite sometime.I loved the place more when it was tiny. The way they would serve you exclusively.Even this time, the staff was courteous and allowed me to have a customized pizza.Very good listeners as usual. They play fantastic music in the background, light and slow. The setting is still one of the best.Ideal place for a weekend family dinner. They have recently added some more to the drinks portion.The wait time is reasonable as they always cook fresh, the pizza you get is off the oven sizzling hot.Recommended...

The cheese pulls aren’t as great as they used to be but it’s a perfect “should try once” case. Can be too overwhelming if you aren’t fan of too much cheese but is that even a thing? I enjoy indulging in this cheesy goodness always.

Nice experience. Different from other pizza available in pakistan. Tired peri peri and garlic butter pizza. Garlic butter is special with mushrooms and cheese. Must try once for a change. One small is enough for 2 person its heavy not like pizza hut.

Their deep dish is the only charming thing over here. I have visited this place thrice and yes, their deep dish pizza is great, however, the overall place doesn’t have any other great supplant to that pizza, so it can leave one with hardly any option. Their fresh lime sucked! They basically just added some lemon in water and sprite, it wasn’t good at all, I’ve tried many other places which cost less but serve much better drinks! I think it’s okayish for one or two visits, but not a place you can add to your favorite or to-go list.

I ordered food for delivery directly from them one and a half hours in advance. Food came 30 minutes late. Reason given was that they received too many orders after mine. What a lame excuse. Had a terrible experience while dining here. Their take out via food panda is better. The dine in exp was a complete nightmare. The food came 45 min late because apparently we ordered sandwiches and hot dogs without knowing it was a sin... The staff is also not trained to take responsibility once they screw up. Moral of the story is to only use food panda and order pizza.

I was the only customer at the place still they didnt serve me my whole order. Ordered pizza and chicken wings but they forgot about chicken wings. It was surprising as i was the onlyyyy customer at the place. Pizza was 8/10 and wings were 2/10
