Just like old times when I was in college and Pappasallis was newly established. Alongside Blackbeards, THESE 2 places were the trendsetters in Islamabad. Classic Italian pizzas were and are their forte. Absolutely amazing , how theyve managed to maintain their standard.They have expanded to Rawalpindi as well, and have NOT compromised on quality and taste at all.Just superbly loaded with fillings, just the right amount of thin crust or thick as your preference. Very, very highly recommended! Love the lady whos been running it all these years. Thank you.

One of the best pizza I ever had. (may be I was too hungry :p ). I had 2 pizza of 14 inch with normal crust. They were sufficient for 6 people. Just an advise not to add extra topping as it will lose the original taste of pizza.This restaurant serves buffet as well.The environment was neat and clean. Also the washrooms were very clean.

Although its a bit expensive but i absolutely loved it! The food was flavourful and so aromatic! Loved the ambience too. Definitely going there again to try out some new things from their menu!

Visited after years. Seems like they have stopped the maintenance work. The cloth on tables and the design and comfort of chairs on which we sat were of a very low standard. Didnt expect from Pappasallis. Anyways, the food is still tasty. Not really sure. I ate all toppings pizza only. It was tasteless. Not visiting in another very long time.

Always loved this place but their service needs massive improvement lately. Every time I visit this place and their staff seems untrained. Today we tried their roasted beef sandwich (a new item to their menu) and it neither tasted that good nor the quantity was sufficient for the price. Also found a piece of hair in the pizza and they gave the complimentary salad to cover it. No apologies by the staff and the manager never showed up.

I love this restaurant. My family and I have been here multiple times. The place is beautiful and really gives you a feel of a fancy Italian restaurant. I absolutely love their Salad Bar and they have amazing New York styled cheesecake which reminded me of Cheesecake factory overseas. Ive also placed delivery with them several times.

It used to be a great place. Always enjoyed my food there. Visited it after a long time and was not happy with the quality of food and service. The owner needs to take more interest in maintaining their quality and reclaim lost glory.

Pappasallis has always been my first choice when it comes to pizzas. However recently this Islamabad branch has dropped their level a little for pizza (havent tried anything else here)I like this places ambience. Its clean and decent. However the ketchup bottles are sticky, they need cleaning

Visited on recommendation, to taste their platter Tour to Italy.I am not sure how to review just as I couldnt understand the taste of this stuff. Slanty part had a bit of taste but other was just cream and more cream.Overpriced just like buying a 50 rupees snacks packet for 100.You can visit to put over priced and almost no taste food in your stomach.Had a similar experience with Pizza here in the past and was disappointed again.

Pappasallis has always been a good experience, this time my main course was served while I was having starters, somehow I tried to explain to let me finish with my first course but still they laid my main course on the table.

Post-pandemic (September 2020): very best and tidy service. They have outdoor seating available. Had the buffalo wings (tasty sauce, but bland chicken), nachos (pretty good) and some chicken strips (also pretty good).

Salad bar was decent, fish was good. Pizza was terrible, no salt. Service was poor, as if the staff wasnt even bothered about the guests. Cannelloni was runny. Its supposed to be one of the most popular restaurants in Islamabad. But we had a very disappointing experience.

The food is OK. The chairs and couches have straight backs and are extremely uncomfortable. The wait is awfully long and the Wi-Fi sucks. Poor air-conditioning. I came back after a long time and I dont think I would want to go back again. The steak was not delicious at all, however, Chicken something Bleu was better. I have its picture posted.

One can get the best italian taste in pappasallis.Totaly worth the money altough it was almost 3000 for 2 persons.Their staff is very co-operative with very quick service.Obviously going back again soon.

Its the best place in Islamabad if you want to try best cheesy pizza anywhere near F7. Pasta is very nice for Italian food lovers. And if you do, dont forget to try their fattucine Alfredo Pasta. Giving it 4 stars because of Pakistani cheese being used in Starters.

Papasalllis is an old restaurant which used to be quite good, however, it is losing quality at a rapid pace. The ambiance and decor is still ok but the standard of cooking has gone down drastically.We ordered pizza, pasta and steaks. We soon realised that better to order Italian dishes only, ie, pizzas, pastas etc. Stakes were very ordinary and not up to the mark. Most dishes were overcooked and one dish was almost burnt. Taste was ok but not what we used to have few years ago in the same restaurant. Not impressed.Service is quite good and rates are reasonable. At an average, it will cost you PkR 800 to 1200 per month .

Very disappointed in this place.. I first came here when they opened in the late 80s early 90s. I now live in London and come to papasalis once or twice every couple of years when I return to Islamabad and always found the food decent.Today unfortunately the lasagna was undercooked, along with the pizza I ordered, and they gave a thick crust instead of the medium I ordered... Their management team seemed to be more interested in joking amongst each other as opposed to paying attention to customers...We were left not impressed with overall food and service and a bit sick the next day.Shame as this place reminds me of childhood memories and the service and quality have gone way down... dont think I will return.

It is one of the oldest restaurant in Islamabad . Always have nice ambience and good quality food. We went there after long time and ordered four season Pizza. It was good but it is different now. They changed it to crisp base unlike the old deep pan base which was their trademark

Pappasallis used be really good. I dont know what happened to that place. We ordered an all seasons pizza i think and one was a fajita i think, both were total trash. We couldnt even finish it. Cherry on top, there was a rat roaming around the restaurant. Only good thing about it was the service. No wonder the restaurant was empty. Just Sad!

This restaurant is an extra ordinary good on in Islamabad the Capital city of Pakistan in Posh market Jinnah SuperI had dinner here with friends. Food is very good and delicious. Serving staff was very much curtious and well mannered.

Visited this place after a long time and it was a shear disappointment the restroom is pathetic with no running water the hand dryer wire was sparking and the flush was not working we chose to sit on the ground floor it was a bit sticky. we ordered Ginger prawns chocolate shake Greek salad fajitsa pizza the standard of food was really really low the prawns were frozen for I dont knowa Millennium before they were cooked Shake was ordinary. Dont ask about the Greek salad it was pure pathetic I mean even my maid can cut better tomatoes than that pizza was tasteless there was nothing on the table I had to call the waiter again and again to get the ketchup and other things overall a very sad experience because this place used to be the statement in Islamabad and now its just miserable

Visited the place with 3 other friends for their hitea buffet. The ambience was good but their menu was okayish.

UPDATE: Their manager got in touch with me and apologized, he also gave me an overview of the checks and measures thay have in place. I promised Ill order soon again and a week later when I did they delivered it for free. Ive never had customer service like this in Pakistan from any other restaurant. They really know how to retain a customer. Thank you guys!Ive been going here since we moved to Islamabad 20 years ago. Today I ordered a chicken fajita and tikka just a few hours ago. I was absolutely disgusted when i found a hair in a slice just as I was about to finish it. It kept becoming longer as I pulled, it was completely mixed in the dough I was so grossed out that I immediately threw it away. I uploaded a picture here but I cant see tgat post anymore. You guys lost yourselves a 20 year old customer. So freaking grossed out right now!

I had heard much about this place but after visiting it didnt impress me much. The food was good and hygiene standards maintained. But I feel that jans deli in peshawar is much better. I do feel the serving size for pasta is not adequate. The service is good and the staff is quite professional.

We learned pizza from there before we ate. Its oldest pizza local brand in Pakistan. In 2000 yr when would eat pizza with knief and girl now its fast food people eat on the go. They maintained same old taste. I like their dough . Which is often ignored with dominance of toppings.

Excellent pizza... And surprisingly good burgers too... The place has held up the quality over the years... Yes the interior and the menus n all seem a little over used... But somehow it adds to the coziness of the place instead of being a menace... The staff is so nice and friendly that you feel like youre doing them a favor by being there... The decor and all has also been maintained... Whats remarkable is the quantity of the food... We could eat half of what we usually eat at other pizza places because it was that filling... Overall excellent place... A must try!!!

The hi-tea is absolutely amazing. My mother and I loved the crispy fish and the amazingly zesty lemon tart the most! The staff is extremely cordial and welcoming. Their politeness and warm nature made the experience even better.

Quality of Food is Quite Low

God!! Horrible food and service!! Extremely slow service, waiters were literally BEYZAAR! not interested in serving or even answering our questions. The only person who was a tad bit interested in serving was Mr Said Mir.Food arrived after 50-60 minutes and was cold and tasteless! Fries were refried. Panini had way too much bbq sauce in it. Club sandwish tasted like a tharray wala anda sandwich. Very bad experience.. would not visit again and definitely not recommended!

Unfortunately, I will not be wasting time on Papasallis.1. Poor phone support. Even unable to transfer phone call from one section to another.2. Poor reservations. They never and at times at their own change seating.3. Ridiculous prices. Yes you heard me. And they are nowhere near what they offer in quantity.4. Terrible food quality. This too on several occasions. Why introduce so many things when even the pizza cannot be gotten right.
