A nice place to hangout with friends and colleagues but personally not recommended for families. It has an outdoor sitting arrangement accommodating about 100 people at a time, a guess though. At night time it is alive and has a nice ambience. Looks like a dating spot sometimes. It offers variety of teas, coffee, parathas and snacks at a higher price than similar places in the nearby surroundings of Jinnah super market. Taste is good though but I dont like the over pricing; when one visits in evening or late hours of the day, it takes some time to get the seats because of a lot of people already waiting for their turns.

I tried the Multani drink along with Chikachino special burger. It was amazing. Highly recommended!

Like many others, this shop also came up with a traditional style of serving tea, in those transparent glasses. The retro style is, what attracts the current generation. Each one of us enjoyed 2 teas in one sitting, the taste was great! Outside seating area is quite ordinary yet classy, heaters are also placed according to the need of customers in winters. Recommended for tea chaps! I totally enjoyed the visit.

Best sport for karak chai, snacks and hangout

A good point of hang out these days in Islamabad F7 with a variety of snacks, live music and lightening ambiance. This place is usually full of visitors who come up for a cup of tea. The best thing about them is their ambiance and the angheithi they brought up in cold days to warm up the cold winter nights

Hipster’s vibes, vibrant decor. I only tired the ice cream. Serving size is so tiny for the amount of cash you pay. The staff is snobby and clueless. Mostly the don’t understand English. Nice place for like once in a life time visit. Just to say I’ve been here.

This is the restaurant i prefer to visit all the time because of its staff. I love the atmosphere, the staff and their service. My order was late and I asked the lady named ayesha that my order was late can you plz check she visited kitchen for me and bring my order by herself. She is the true represention of chikachino. I must say the value of chikachino is doubled with the presence of Ayesha.

Hi admin. I am a furniture manufacturer from Faizabad. Rawalpindi.I made Chikachinos owner Dr. Aamir Rashids office in F-7 before Eid ul adha.Since then after work completion he is neither paying nor receiving any calls. Due amount is 4lacs. Nor his staff is receiving calls. Need suggestions from members how to recover this amount. I want to avoid any litigation because i have no experience of police court etc.

They old location of chikichino was very nice sitting outside was very attractive but now they have inside sitting arrangements which I dont like

Pathetic oppo fries in 500 without green sauce mentioned in description. Waste of money, pathetic service. Special masala? Duh, u call shan chaat masala special??!! House made sauce was a joke combination of mayonnaise and ketchup.One can much make better tea and fries at home.

Always saw a crowd next to Standard Chartered in F7 Islamabad, decided to give it a try and it was indeed a very good experience. First of all being a tea lover I found their tea as one of the best ones in Islamabad, right quantity of milk and tea (properly cooked) neither too strong nor too light. It is a nice place for a quick bite, the order takes 15-20 minutes (if you order anything else than tea - you can order only tea as well). Their papri chat was so nutritious and fresh, spices level was normal (you can add additional masala as per your taste), the sauces (chutni) are mouth watering (red one is too spicy though but yummmy ;) )) prices are also ok, i tried to take photos of menu (hope its visible), seating is only outdoor therefore must bring some warm upper/sweater etc as it gets cold in the evening nowadays. This place is most crowded on weekends and evenings. Parking can be an issue at times.

What an amazing place to be ...the sulemani and the karak tea are the best and must try

The new place has better seating and especially the roof top on a winter morning was divine. Strong sunlight and cool view of margalla.The tea was chikachino tea and it comes with and without sugar (although the menu doesnt specify its with sugar; so real tea lovers can tell waiters to bring it without the sugar). The eatries were so so, the samosa plater had 5 samosas, I would recommend just get the cheese ones, rest were meh. The main complain was about the abundance of oil in everything, they should make better effort to drain the stuff. Overall cool place to hang with good tea, but overpriced in my opinion.

If you want to enjoy dhaba food yet want to be at asthetically fine place then dont forget to visit Chikachino. Serving the food street with the local flyer of each city the dish belongs to. Their Chaaye and jalaibees are highly recommended. Samosa Channa chat should also be in your list. A must visit modernized dhaba to spend quality time with your friends and family.

Always a wonderful experience. The outdoor sitting adds to it!

This place is incredibly mediocre.Really pretty, great service but the food is really bad. Its really bland and flavourless and I dont think Ill ever go back.I also had the karak chai. It had no karak and was just sweet.

This place was recommended to me by a friend during my short visit to Islamabad. And for the love of the tea I visited it around 11 PM Friday Night. And man What an ambience Groups of youngsters having fun. I sat in outdoor sitting... A young band was playing live music. And with a chilly breeze blowing the atmosphere was really something else. I ordered fries and chikachino special tea. Both were good. Just the size of cup was a bit small (Im a Teaholic obviously) so I ordered another one Bill was around 750 Rs. But the place is must visit. It reminded me of Cafe Hardrock in Baku and Phuket

The place is quite busy. Parking problem needs to be fixed for the surrounding area.Overall 4 score. It’s a fun place and yes I would go there again for a quick bite.

Visited it many times at different timings. The tea ia good but a bit costly comparative to other competitors in the market but affordable keeping in view the location of the cafe.Their chart is no doubt tasty and delicious.Pictures are attached for smosas and the chart. Smosas were good too.

Worst experience. Everything about it was not good. The tea was so expensive and yet so trashy. I only went there for tea, and had it been okay, Id have been more than happy to pay those bucks for it

I specially came there to eat jalaibees but this time they were not fresh nd tasty. Nd the tea cups are too small as compare to the price. Overly priced things but the decor is good.

When it comes to Chicken Burgers Chikachino is the best so far i came across. Their burgers are top class, i would say if they bring kfc zinger here they will outclass it every where. They have some stores in leeds and Bradford, All with 5 star hygiene ratings.Food is truly amazing here and very tasty. I wish they open one in Liverpool.Highly recommend.

This is a fun spot. On certain evenings they have live singer which adds to the enjoyment. Both Pakistani and Indian Bollywood songs are sung. The menu offers a wide selection of snacks and hot and cold beverages. Our top choice was hot jalebis and chai. The jalebis were crisp and sweet as they should be. The chai was excellent with only one complaint - it was not hot enough. That’s the reason I held back half a star. The service is fast but not friendly. That’s the reason I held back another half a star. It is a busy place and quite popular. Photo shows jalebis and chai.

The best place to have Famous food streets from Pakistan big cities at one place. From Tea to Smaosa chaat. They served them in their original desi taste. Wheelchair accessible place. Advance reservation is recommended.

The place is just over hyped!! the ambiance is good but just too over priced!! it costed us 1350 rupees for just 6 cups of tea!! the serving is also very small. Islamabad has much better places if you want to have tea.

My favorite late night tea place

3 stars for the food. Minus 1 for the prices. 300 for an anda shami lol. 400 for 2 pieces of ras malai. Come on. But i guess it allows them to maintain an elite(ish) clientele? Who knows. The hype is not worth it really. They can try all they want to emulate karachis dhaba culture but honestly people matter a lot. Not just the crowd but the service personnel have so much attitude that you wont find me going there again. Typical problem with most eateries in isb. Lavish launch and well placed clients who are guaranteed to give business a boost so who cares about anything else. Khair best of luck. When in Rome, right?

Zafrani Chai, balai paratha... First impression was hmmm good. Looked nice. Tasted awesome, bit pricey. Some improvements should be made like quality of menu card, disposable spoons, crockery should be improved as they are charging premium prices. Rs.149/- for a cup(they used Peshawari kehwa glass) of tea is not ordinary price. Balai paratha costed Rs. 269/- taste was awesome, crispy, glazy . Overall good experience.

Open air fun with music and karaoke and good chilling with friends and family. I have tried the tea. It good. Not to extra ordinary. The shikanji had too much mint leaves other wise taste was good. The sugar cane juice ( ganay ka russ) not good, maybe I ran across a bad sugar cane.

Really love my food stop at Chikachino. Heard a lot of praise about this place on social media and found it to be quite true. They have utilized the space quite well.

I am from Peshawar and i like to have perfect tea sometimes. Compare to other places i liked to have it over here. But still they have to upgrade it because the price list is much more then quality

Islamabads most popular casual chai spot at the moment offering classy ambience with a mix of local, open air seating. Awfully crowded during rush hours and finding a table may take hours but is a fine spot otherwise for groups. Prices are slightly expensive in contrast to other nearby outlets.

A really good place to have a nice cup of chaye. I like their songs playlist and the overall ambience.

Decent menu, some items are good some are lacking

I like it since the service is good, prices are extremely reasonable, not to mention it is a spectacular place for snacks. Best thing about it is that its a family as well as friends hang out place. We need more places like this in Islamabad. However, it would be extremely appreciated if they cut down the loud music, it starts giving me and my fellows a headache and is a huge turn off.
