Okay to visit this shop.... although all the phones can be ordered online and get delivered at your address. This shop is authorised dealer of Redmi (Xaoimi)... Service level is professional.

A bad customer service usually ruins the product itself, no matter how good Xiaomi is but their staff is nigher capable nor interested in selling the product. On top of it if MI officials are reading this pl note either remove the landline contact number or ask your staff to attend the call. A bad experience altogether...

Mi store giga mal islamabd was very Good. Almost every prouct was available.

Visited MI Store for shifting towards Xiaomi Note 9 Pro from Samsung. Different products are available with MI Store that are really great and are of great quality. Looking forward to experience more quality products from MI store in future.

Really bad experience.The staff does not know anything about the products. Theyre just there to sell the products without having any knowledge about them.The shop is at the end of both cities. The store should be somewhere in Islamabad but it is so far and going to giga mall takes about 1.5 hours from Islamabad.The staff was not so cooperative and hell bent on selling products at their own terms and limited knowledge. They need proper training, its not chicken that youre selling. They are technological products and one needs to have knowledge about them.

The staff is very cooperative and they also attend your phone calls. Almost every device is available there. Overall it was an excellent experience with Mi Store.

Visited Mi store at Giga Mall. First of all it is located amongst garments shops which makes it less noticeable. Secondly most of the items are not available and they ask you to visit after couple of days and they request for same on your next visit.

Best Place. You can try almost everything before purchase.

Half the mobile phone models are not available on display, and its a general practice. Other products, store outlook and staff is great.

Less products. Cell that I wanted was out of stock. Called after 3 days still out of stock. No special discounts as compared to local distributors

Not a big store like the one they had in Lahore packages Mall...got few good things...service was a bit slow..maybe it was because it was almost closing time.

Tried to buy Redmi 9A, order was cancelled but they kept the money (paid through card). Customer support was also very unhelpful and ignored my messages. Would not recommend

Extremely disappointed. Quite the opposite of what I expected of a xiaomi official store. Store was mostly empty with most of the products out of stock. Many a times I have tried calling to check the availability of a product but no one ever answers the phone. Xiaomi is rising as a very competitive company in the world but whats the point of this competitiveness if half of your products are unavailable in Pakistan?P.S. Mi 9T pro still unavailable after about three months of its launch in Pakistan which is quite embarrassing considering it was launched about an year ago world wide and now its successors are also about to make their way to the global market.

I received the order but it was not complete. I emailed the on support and they have asked me that we cannot handle this request. you should have opened the parcel in front of delivery guy. This is a very pathetic service.

Good thing is that you can test the actual smartphone before purchasing it at MI store. The prices are very reasonable as compared to Samsung. Bad thing is there is no hands free with the set.

Every time I go there they dont have any thing in their store. They should however have more stock. I went to buy the Mi band 4 yesterday and they told me didnt have it. It also happened with me once before.
