Food is excellent. Serving size is big and prices are good. Service staff is new so service was not up to the mark but i can be improved. Manager was very polite and helpful.

We ate the 5-6 persons medium platter and was very impressed of the size and quantity of foodalso the food was very delicious and you can’t eat anything after eating thatbest platter in my town!!

Attended a small intimate Nikkah ceremony in Shiraz Restaurant and everything was perfectly amazing. The food was to die for and the setting was very suitable for a small ceremony as well.

A good location (PWD) but v less parking. The overall look of the building is quite shabby from the outside. Inside is a completely different story. It has an awesome ambience, good layout n a huge seating capacity. The staff is very courteous n keeps asking if u need anything. The kitchen is completely viewable behind glass. Tried their hi-tea. Its economical and has a huge variety. A good place to eat in Rwp!!

One star goes to ambiance otherwise i have the worst dining experience. Food managers were not trained and food was even pathetic.

We went with a large office group. 25 people. Had 3 platters and 3 Karahi. Lots of drinks. Bill was 24,000. Awesome taste, great service, good ambiance. Way better than Habibi or the likes.

Very nice place in PWD, I was surprised by the magnitude and size of this restaurant, it has almost 4 floors with the coffee shop at the ground floor and really impressed with a lift that takes people from ground floor all the way to the rooftop. We have buffet on the rooftop, although it was very cold in a January night with temperature around 7C. Buffet was one of the largest Ive ever seen it had everything from our traditional kebabs to all the way Chinese food and desserts, live music and not to mention very good ambience with beautiful green lights all around, they also had wood fire burning on the rooftop although it was a bit dangerous but really enjoyed the little coal انگیٹھی that was put under the tables. Food was remarkable and I think barbeque was fresh as they had a board blinking LIVE barbeque, it was indeed cooked in front of us.

Visited today with family half of thing from menu were not available so we decided to order soup first the order taker offered us to try shiraz special soup we placed the order of same soup was so think because they serve 2 or 3 days old cooked soup with big sized vegitable never ever gona visit again waste of time and money

Staff is either incompetent or less in number. I read many reviews about poor refilling in containers. it was 100% true. we spent there almost 2 hours and there were many things that were being served when we were leaving. you had to wait and ask the staff again and again for refilling but they disappear. at the end the started harsh comments among them when I went to pay as no one intimated the cashier that my table was booked and had to be billed. finally I asked them to stop fight and get my bill so I can leave atleast. bill was added extra items wrongly that I had to get correct. dishes in 725 are ok but taste needs lots of improvement. plus service is extremely poor. not recommend for guests as you may face embarrassment.cables of fountains were open to be stripped.washroom area also needs improvement as mopping stuff was so.open

Tasty food, marvellous interior, Superb serving... Decency all around.

We had great experience both with food and the service. We were greeted at the entrance and assigned a table right away. Ordered the mixed bbq and chicken karai both of them were delicious. The waiter was available as we needed and overall we had a great lunch in a very relaxed environment. The restaurant is beautiful and spacious on the inside which might not be obvious just by looking at it from the outside.

Best grilled mutton in town. Way too many chicken dishes in the buffet but nothing disappointed me. Great attention is paid to customer experience. They tend to not giving you bill/receipts that means some serious tax evasion is going on.

1st time I visited had buffet with family it was awe some, at that time I would have gave them 5 stars, then I again I tried dine in and ordered bbq platter it was also v good and comfirtable. Then some months passed and I tried their buffet hain but this time it was total waste of money. Food was stale in containers and had to take stomach medication the other day.

My friends who lives near by to shiraz took me.there for a dinner. We order mix platter including chicken rost, chiken boti, chira tikka, seekh kabab, kabli pulao and mutton karahi. Platter was faboulas and i loved each item and had alot. Motton karahi was good in taste but meat was very less then bones. But iver all highly recomended. If you want to eat good platter specially. They have place at roof top too as well as dine in facility.

The manager, Hassan, is a confused insolent man. He has no idea how to speak with lady wives. We confirmed order twice, and then Mr Hassan cancelled order all by himself, leaving our visitors and us waiting for a food that never came. Pathetic service.

Good food and value for money

Worst experience! Thought of trying out new restaurant in town but outmost disappointment. Ordered malai boti, fish barbeque and karachi biryani.Taste of all barbeque was bland. Karachi biryani poorest joke of all time it was not even pulao. And what was icing on the cake found snail shell in the biryani, i am attaching the pictures. This was a last nail to the coffin. I wont be coming there again. I was Quiet embarrassed infront of my guest and family that i even thought of bringing snail biryani at home. Thanks shiraz for such experience

I stumbled upon this new place! And knowing they r famous for desi i tried Chinese that was a risk but wow! It was good. I was surprised. Will be trying the desi menu next time InshaAllah. Great ambience, fairly priced, good food!
