Imtiaz Super market is one of the best shopping centre in the city. You can have the option of buying any type of consumer goods like crockery, electronics, IT accessories clothing and many more. The store offers best selling price for every product against as available in the market. The store has large variety of various products and a large quantity of stock is well maintained.

It was good experience shopping here. You can find almost everything in your shopping list here. Whether it be groceries, fresh vegetables, frozen foods, sea food, meat, electronics, crockery kitchenware even medicines.Vegetables and fruits were fresh and the prices were lower than market prices. And there was a huge variety that you usually dont find in many stores.Meat variety was varied and different cuts were available as per your choice and prices were lower than market prices. Boneless, mince and cuts were nearly packed.Pharmacy is also great and handy to shop within store. Though I couldnt get some medicines but found the prices quite lower than the market prices and on that too they offered 12% discount.Frozen foods variety was too great. Fish was available in multiple forms and in v reasonable prices.Chocolates variety was too great.Overall good experience.

Parking issue. Otherwise no.1.Parking is far away from market. In is also cunjusted area. Not big as other Imtiaz Super Markets. Now, I am going to tell you guys about something interesting.I like the most in Imtiaz Super Market is Ice Cream and desserts garnishing products. I think They are only available in Imtiaz Super Market. They Include Chocolate balls, Tutifruti Balls, waffer rolles in cans, chocolates Sticks.Now Im going to tell you guys about another interesting thing in this shopping center that is Zero Calorie Sugars. It is available in Pure Organic form. Origon of this sugar is Stevia Plant. Actually it is the Leaves of this plant. These leaves of plants are 10% more sweater than actual sugar. But it contain no glucose. So It is for the people who want to control their weight. It is also good for diabetes (sugar) patient, they also can enjoy the taste of their tea. In Imtiaz Super Market it is available and you can buy it in the form of tea bags or in the form of tablets. I suggest you guys that you should plant stevia tree in your house . Its large store housing huge stocks of food items, home appliances and other household items. Though confronting shortage of space inside, the parking issue outside is a big botheration to the visitors.Staff is adequately trained in customers dealing. Rates seem compatible with the market.

The biggest retailer chain @imtiazstores has finally opened their store in Islamabad. You will find everything under one roof. I hope the quality and the prices will remain same. This is a definitely a very good addition.

It was too crowded but the staff and the management were dealing with everything in a very professional way...The rates were very reasonable no extra ripping on anything...All kind of meat is excellent reasonable rate and excellent quality...The scale is also precise...No ripping...God fearing staff everything is stopped when you hear the Azaan...Masha Allah keep it up

Nice place for all kinds of shopping. Prices are lower than other convenience stores. Loyalty card available at 7,500 rupees shopping and discounts based on previous shopping. Parking can be a problem but staff takes shopping carts to your car.

Opening is soon 21, Aug 2020 for public.... One of the best mega store in town the price’s was a very attractive and variety of products is awesome I have highly recommend for shopping of your daily needs.... one more thing is vary good in store live kitchen and bakery food the king of bakery.

It had very attractive prices initially but now there prices are almost the same as of other stores. There Dry fruit section is even more expensive than other Dry Fruit shops in malls and Islamabad, the Quality has also gone down, advise would be not to buy dry fruits from Imtiaz. Large variety of grocery is available. There meat and fish section is very clean & impressive with good competitive price.

Nice place for shopping as long as prices and variety is concerned but not well organized place at all, sections of same category are distributed across multiple floors which is quiet confusing, billing is done separate for ground and first floor means you have to go through billing counter twice if you have done shopping from both ground and first floor, it becomes really funny if you have done some shopping from ground floor before shopping from first floor, the billing counter at first floor will only do the billing for the goods bought from first floor and send you to ground floor to pay for remaining shopping on ground floor billing counterParking is terrible, though they have provided valet parking but if you feel not handling over your car for various reasons or specially in these covid days you may not like to let someone else sit in your car, you have no choice except to leave or park in remote parking area provided by Imtiaz Store and bad news is that there is no good access for shopping trollies if you decide to park in remote parking area.

I always used to think why Imtiaz was crowded and now I know! Their rates r shockingly reasonable then all the other departmental stores around. Visit early or late night to avoid the crowd.

They have decent variety for most items, prices are mostly lower than competitors. Staff is helpful, and place is cleanly maintained. The downside is parking issue, which is a problem in many places anyways.

Karachi based chain opened in Rawalpindi. Usually crowded with customers and difficult to move around. In my experience, their claim of lowest prices is not right. Prices are low in karachi but not in this branch. I have compared the prices of some items with other local chains myself. However, ambience is good and cooling system works great. Mosque is also available at the top floor. Service of free parking with shuttle service is good.

Have been to the karachi ones. This one is cramped thus overcrowded, staff seems newly trained . zero covid SOPs. Poorly managed i guess.

This supermarket is on gt Road, near giga mall, it is very spacious and stocks a large variety of goods, clothing , electrical, and household itemsPrices a very reasonable, it has parking outside but is limited, they do provide a valet service, which is free, you just need to give the driver a tip , that is if you want to.I believe it has 3 floors , even though didnt see all of it, nevertheless it is a good place to do your shopping .You can branded original perfumes and aftershaves, edt, etc from there, all at reasonable prices, the staff is friendly and will assist you with your needs.This supermarket is highly recommended, do go and see for yourself, A++++ from me....

Because of covid so try to avoid imtiaz if you can there is Carrefour. Not so much spacious

Very good super store in the area, where one can purchase best value items of daily use in a house hold. The prices are very competitive while quality of items also good. All items are of good quality, especially meat, which is of best quality. Parking is little bit issue, which is overcome by dedicated staff who are responsible to take care of vehicles who couldn’t find proper parking

One of the cheapest super stores in the town, their prices are perhaps the best. A good variety of all grocery and household items available. Parking is a big problem. Though they have a free parking area available but that is located around 150 yards away from the store and carrying the stuff to the car park can be quite cumbersome.

There is a difference between prices being tagged and charged. All are requested to plz must take care of this aspect. For a proof I am also uploading a picture.Definitely I contacted there help desk and waited for respective person to arrive for about 40 mins then I had to leave because time is more important than 50 rupees. :)

Just another type of Store, one can exclude from visit list.On arrival, you shall get to know that Parking is 1 km away from Store. Front entrance presents a typical desi counter like 90s airports.Basement section is highly congested. Two parallel trolleys cant pass without rubbing each other, better to take smaller plastic trolley for ease. Staff is everywhere with no real reason. Goods are pretty much of same as Punjab cash n carry. Definitely not visiting in next 100 years.

Took the family there at 9 this morning trying to beat the rush. Didnt work. Huge store and all but honestly... badly thought out and managed. Should have spent the advertising budget on a better and more open space. We can see why the era of brick and mortar is winding down. In this post-Corona world where you can do 95% of this same shopping online for just as cheap and have it delivered to your door. Now, with Amazon starting up services in PK its nice to know we no longer are reliant on this form of consumerism. Newer and better ways of doing things are finally beginning, but if you still enjoy the oohs and aahs of a new superstore then go for it. I wont be going back.

For a place like Imtiaz I expected quality service. Stood 15-20 minutes at the fish counter just for someone to take an order. The response was quite bad from the staff. I had to give up getting the fish ( one of the main reasons for my visit). Showing up at 9am, have to park my car far away. It was not worth the effort.The management should take notice for these things. You are here to serve customers & make the shopping experience easy for them, rather than difficult.

A must-visit shipping venue added to the twin cities. Imtiaz SS has maintained its cheapest in town reputation. It definitely saves from ones monthly budget. Highly recommended.The store, however, suffers from lack of sufficient parking space. The same situation exists between the aisles in certain sections. Shoppers will have to plan their visits at lean times to enjoy a peaceful thrift.

Excellent. Under the circumstances this place is the cheapest in the twin city. Parking is the only problem. The best deal is to take a Valle. Otherwise one can pick up week days and mid mornings. Some vegetables are little expensive. But generally cheap. Some items are as much as Rs 500. Cheaper. It is strongly recommended to relocate the store with a big parking area. Now that it has made a name even if IMTIAZ is opened at unknown place, people will search out. Here for marketing, LOCATION factor will not be detrimental. The racks need to be opened or the size of trolleys be reduced. Two trolleys can not easily cross.

Imtiaz is extremely enterprising mart with everything of quality. Service persons need to keep up with the products quality. Deals are to be kept as a regular feature instead of introductory offers at the time of launch as it certainly attracts customers. Competitors have to be brought down by regular promos.

Prices are less of veggies and fruit but quality is also average. Clothing section is average. Quality not available.Place is too congested with parking problem bank on main G.T road. Beware of meat prices as hidden element is there.However fish is available in wide variety with quite less price.

One stop shop, very well organized, good prices. Valet services available, you are transported from parking area to supermarket. Once you done with shopping, vehicle is brought to entrance. Very convenient.

Prices were reasonable. Best for grocery shopping. Fresh fruit, vegetables, dry fruit, crockery, all were good. Their mix salad was not only tasty but healthy n fresh. If u go there must try the salad.

Excellent mall with unique n only shuttle service free of charge. However stocks are not well maintained n all goods not added to data base thus causing customers to lose buying products of their choice as they cannot be priced by billing node. Need to scale down prices of common goods to compete savemart. Most apreciable is parking courteousy n shuttle service.

Conjested, with less parking space. Place was swamped with people with no social distancing whatsoever. Variety and quality of products was better than the rest of stores in twin cities. There should be an appointment system for people to visit.

New review after yesterdays visit: their food quality has drastically dropped and there are no flavors left. We bought same biryani and it was just plain rice with alot of haldi and that chicken piece was old and so tasteless that we couldnt even eat all of it.We bought lasagna that was of 400 rupees and it was without any salt. It was so pathetic so bad that our 400 got wasted. I wonder why marts only warn to earn one time only and drop their standards once they get appreciation. It was a worst experience and were not going again. For foodOld one: Place is full of all sort of varieties from groceries to makeup , from clothing to jewellery and bags. All under one roof and that too with loads of discount offers. On selected items.Loved the food that we tried, their Biryani was too good and freshly made and chicken tikka bites 6pcs only of 220. Taste was amazing serving was very good. Tho walking area isnt that spacious and one feels crowded but staff was very kind enough to guide and help us out with any information. Cant wait to go again. Prices are tricky and quality is tricky too.too much crowded no parking facility I dont know who allowed them to open on GT Road with no more than. 12 cars parking. Its a traffic issue unless they give proper parking

Very bad service. I am not a user of valet parking because I have seen how most of them handle the care so roughly.The free parking is at least 2 to 3 kilometers away. Park and take free shuttle service. This is the first inconvenience.Then go to the store and it is so cluttered up. Very little space between the aisles.The better idea would have been to open this brand in a good mall where the customers can park easily and take back their shopping easily instead of hauling it on a shuttle bus back to their vehicles.All in all I had a very bad experience on a Sunday early morning.

Very good place to find all the day to day itemsFood is also good. The only knack is they dont have parking which is why the GT road is very congested. If u visit it during less busy hours then the place is really good otherwise too much congested place.

The one good thing that happened to Islamabad in Year 2020 was opening of Brand Imtiaz ....It has become first choice of quality and price conscious customers...Only issue is parking.

Overly crowded. Staff was not prepared for such a huge crowd though they were politely dealing with customers. You have to go upstairs for exit with all your stuff. Parking is a major problem. You have to park your vehicle 1 km away from main store although a free transport provided to the store and a driver brings your vehicle at exit but it all is not at all convenience for the customers. There is a live kitchen which is nice but you cant eat there! There is no place to sit and eating is not allowed. Prices and variety of groceries are almost same as other such stores.

A good store opened at a WRONG LOCATION with POOR LAYOUT and REASONABLE PRICES.You feel highly uncomfortable while picking grocery from shelves due to very limited space available to move.Staff attitude is good but they are not reasonably trained to manage affairs.Shelf management and inventory replenishment is weak.Limited choices available in some basic necessities like AATA, RICE etc.Top floor is better managed where clothing and allied accessories are available.People who have TIME CONSTRAINTS and EARLY FATIGUE issues must not visit this place.

Used recommended parking and shuttle service but for going back waited 30 minutes.Racks are two near its difficult to cross two trolleys in most of the lanes.Prices of only few items were below market but most the price were equivalent to other cash and carry.Didnt get according to acceptation, as spent more time due to traffic congestion in front of it.

Avoid the weekends for now (it recently opened). Go on a weekday, and ideally before the afternoon. Tons of variety (more than Al Fatah and Carrefour), and pretty reasonable prices too. They have their own produce as well. You can eat/drink inside the store (after purchases). 3 floors, at least, with an elevator and walking ramp. Would visit again when the rush subsides.

Its a nice grand shopping complex but a little over hyped. Prices are not as extra lower as was expected. Inside place you feel some congestion to move freely. Parking Place needs expansion as well.

I tried twice to go to this store but failed miserably on both occasions. There is simply no parking available. Imtiaz Super Store has made a colossal mistake in selection of site. The GT Road on which it is situated is a national highway. There are many major schools near this superstore and the traffic is already unmanageable. The addition of this super store will totally block the road. Good luck Imtiaz Super Store. You will certainly need it. In the meantime I will go to Giga Mall, Green Valley and Save Mart where decent parking is available.

One stop place for your all day to day needs rates are reasonable and service is good.There is free parking space available.Only issue is that the parking is almost 5 minutes walk.

Well I like the place plus everything under a roof and most importantly I found something which I couldnt find anywhere... As per prices ,yes as they have recently opened Imtiaz store here in DHA, so the prices are a little lower than other places,probably at 10 % discount to 20% maximum. But cant say how the prices would be in future .As per variety yes they do have variety of products .Customer service is also perfect :)

An other amazing place for monthly shopping... compared to CSD. prices are low. but there is a problem of parking space and space inside the mart.... its pretty congested.... but you can find fresh vegetables and fish as compared to CSD where vegetable section is not good.... when you enter the mart are... employees of mart will park your vehicle.... so you can get it back when you are done shopping.... overall it pretty good as compared to CSD

Loved this place if you want to do your grocery in a reasonable price just go to this place. Except women clothing you can find everything you name it with no compromise of quality. Just go and search you too would love

Very good addition to super markets in rawalpindi islamabad. Very reasonable rates with fairly good fresh fruit n vegetables. Parking though is a great problem. Needs to develop dedicated Parking place for its clientele.

As usual, these cash and carry outlets have better pricing in the start. But on selective items as expected.I think they couldve done a far better job of their layout. Its too cramped up. The parking is a disaster.

Didnt like it one bit! There was no variety. They only kept on stocking. the same product in a large amount plus the parking issue. I had to walk through guttar wala piano to reach the entrance as my car was parked like a km away... Horrible! Never going back again

I frequently commute on G.T road. Since the coming up of Imtiaz store, I have observed traffic congestion. Hope the management will ensure smooth traffic flow and adequate parking for the visitors.

Imtiaz always have a good variety of almost everything. I experienced it many times at Karachi. However, the worst thing which I noticed in Karachi as well as in Islamabad is the lack of proper and sufficient parking facility. They have parking facility but that doesnt suffice the number of visitors especially at weekend.

I had a wonderful shopping experience prices and quality was great but i have one complaint. Beef and mutton was very good quality but the meat was cut in a very bad way small bones pricked again and again in our gums.there were tiny broken bones . Meat department needs to improve a lot. Very slow service in meat department because of lack of staff. Please hire people who know how to cut meat.

Best store in rwp/isb. Rates are very much low as compared to other stores in this area. A big mega mall offers everything.Too many customers. I am very happy because I also shifted here from Karachi , I miss this place , good to see imtiaz super store from here.

Its a store with lots of variety which was not previously available in Islamabad or rawalpindi but store aisles are too congested to let two trollies cross each other, staff is not trained at all and are totally non professional, store organization is done very badly and you cannot find anything where it is supposedly should be placed and staff do not cooperate at all. Yes traffic congestion is an issue on GT Road but I guess they have done good thing of providing car valet services. A must visit at least once and if you are not crazy about deals than visit early morning or after sales are over but question remains that will Imtiaz be able to Improve services in store and will it be able to maintain quality of its goods?
