Nice food. Prices r very good and affordable.

So enjoying the unexpected Islamabad rain, i was walking around F-10 Markaz, when I felt hungry. I ordered the Turkmeni/Afghani Kabuli Pulao from Janan.The rice quality was great - long basmati type and the meat was tender and juicy even though the qty could have been more. However, this food is a lot for one to finish and one usually can order additional kishmish/carrots when they run out. The bread could have been slightly warmer/crispier, the kofta was seasoned right. While people might like the kachumer salad, I thought it didnt complement the food and would have preferred the vinegar dip that I have had elsewhere.I waited for a while since it has limited seating capacity (4 tables) and outside seating was curtailed due to rain, hence didnt have trouble waiting for the 35-40 min it took to get the table.Verdict: Value for money, but I would like to try their mamtus next!Price 350 for this entire spread.

The staff was very cooperative , respectful, polite.Food was amazingAmbience was perfectServing was awesome.I totally recommend this restaurant.Its perfect for niqabi girls also, they do take care of pardah of girls.

Authentic Afghan food. The Beef Seekh Kabab was so juicy. Beef tikka just melts in your mouth... no residue that beef would leave behind in your mouth many times. It was done properly. Ive been told that the chef was actually brought over from Afghanistan.Outdoor sitting place thats in the center of the gol chakkar is good enough. The sitting place indoor is limited and could do better. Even with that it is a 5-star because the taste its soooooo good.Price is reasonable. Must go! I cannot wait to go again and try other stuff from the menu.

Really surprised with Quality of food. Food was clean and dont have any strange smell. We ordered kabuli pulao with tikas and seekh kabab. Everything was cooked perfectly. Their was live music with rubab. Service was also reasonably good. Overall good experience.

I have had Afghani tikka from I-9 as well and after that they had some amazing afghani cuisine with kebabs, Kabuli pulao and tikkas, A great place to have afghani cuisine, they have a small place so not recommended for large groups

Small startup. Very good quality of food. Tried rosh, kabuli pulao and chapli kabab. All had amazing taste. Serving size of rosh could use some improvement though. Over all a very cost effective and decent food outlet. Will definitely visit again. Hope they maintain the standard.

Food quality and taste is awesome, authentic and the place itself is quite economical. Service was quick also. Tried Rosh, Chapal Kabab and Kabuli Pulao, all were tasty. In-door sitting is quite limited but out-door sitting also available.
