I recommend you that if you like to visit the dental kindly visit in the morning as the dentist in the evening, Dr. Nargis Saeed (5 pm to 8pm) can be a Qasai .... A qasai who dont care about the patient’s satisfaction and concern only about her fee ....i had the tooth extraction, after 5 minutes of injection... even i told her that it hasn’t work yet, she started extracting my tooth... and i felt every bit of pain but on the alternate the male dentist( i forgot his name) in the morning is a much more professional doctor.

Good hospital . Doctor are good however remaining staff is not very cooperative. No blood Bank is a great flaw. Pharmacy is not doing very good also

For emergency this hospital is good but as far its a charitable hospital and known as for Khidmat e Khalq but its expensive as well. A consultant took too much for checkup and a bandage too as I had an experience of my kid to be plastered by one of orthopedic doctor there it cost me around 5000/- for consultancy medicines stuff of plaster bandages and proceedure fees.

Favoritism is in this hospital ,staff is very unkind dude at the door said token starts from 9 o’clock he asked me some crazy questions like y u didn’t come last week they said token were closed out after 50 tokens they didn’t guide me on phone about that i came 12:30 last week he said i came after 1 bottom line is they are corrupt people how i proove it i went down in basement to spoke to admin he was mad that they are facilitating government vaccine free in their air conditioner room which is not true it was open right front of main desk second when i got token people were sitting their before us who already had token before 9 ‘ o clock he gave to those people who they know from streets i believe plus when my turn came i was giving my son’s name another people came with token number 35 ,26 far away from my token 15 tokens after me and people had tokens before 35 he did favoritism may be bribed him .I had very bad experience with this hospital people who deal with this hospital meed to complain on this staff working their need whole new management should not be favoritism it should be equal rights for every body

(Both hospital situated Rawalpindi and Islamabad)I have a very bad experience with them. Especially nursing staff and laboratory they are highly uncivilized and non-professional. They lost samples in lab and try to put blame on attendant. The nursing staff in gynaecology department is misbehave with mothers at the crucial stage. I personally experience this with my wife recently. The big mess they create when they send home my wife with baby and even not informed that the after birth vaccination is not yet done. After 2 times follow up a reception lady told me to come tomorrow and make vaccination card first. I am totally disappointed.

Poor experience due to poor management & unprofessional staff. My wife was supposed to admit due pregnancy for delivery. Dr @ nursing station behavior was stubborn. I book a private room but I was not allowed to see my own wife just for nothing. Hospital male staff was allowed 24 Hrs but patients husband isnt allowed in his own private room. Nurses behavior was worst & untrained than in government hospitals. They were treating patients like they are treating animals. After all I was there for delivery of my wife, my wife was checking herself throughout 9 months, almost having biweekly checks. According to dr she was supposed to give a normal birth but they, the butchers have done c section. At last lets have a look on administration, asked them for pillow, & here is the pillow

Very poor maternity staff, in-experienced totally non cooperative.. I had complaint this on admin section aswell and they starts to compare pricess from other private hospital and said that we charge very low that is why our service is also poor, totally disappointed

Outdoor patient clinic is good and served by some good known doctors. Consultation fee is also reasonable.

Went yesterday for neurologist, he was very good, polite and professional foreign qualified and recently moved to Pakistan. Not only he saved my cost by giving right advice and educated me as well in case of accident precautions. I would say al khidmat is really doing great job. Hats Off. Recommended to all, at least visit one time and feel the difference. Thanks

Poor dealing and staff is totaly non co-operative. Reception needs to replan long ques and waiting More than one hour waiting most of the time which is comparitivly very high . Paitiants approached to the hospital to get treatment on time but not for enjoyment. Waiting more than one hour for a patiant is really painfull

Very nominal fee, doctors are good to in spending proper time with patients. Environment is very clean apart from few marks on walls/glass and elevators door.Laboratory is however inefficient to some extent for things are slightly mismanaged. I would have really preferred them to have patients clinical tests history intact (like other professional labs do), hopefully with time things get managed for hospital started less than a year ago.

This is welfare initiative by Al-Khidmat which is largest welfare network in Pakistan. This hospital has a lot of accommodation for patients specially emergency cases. Now recently ex MNA Mr. Mian Aslam inagurate new rehabilitation center of this hospital while this hospital is inagurated by ex senator Mr Siraj ul Haq. This hospital is join venture of Al-Khidmat & Canadian NGO. This is facilitate the poor families in term of medication.

I want to make very serious complaint about this CBR br. But I know that no one will take any action. Worst pharmacy staff. 1 time he gave me wrong injection and 2nd time wrong tablet. Worst ultrasound staff. Lady Dr. On nyt shift for gyny is very unprofessional. Counterstaff is very very bad and annoying. They dont know how to handle a client. Almost every time 1 counter is closed. Very very bad experience. Because of staff Alkhidmat has ruined their reputation.

Worst experience in CBR town branch . Pharmacy guy has dicipline problem.My name is Adnan. Tonight 9th of September 2018 visited CBR town branch hospital for mty sister checkup.After checkup some medicine were advised.I took the paper to inside pharmacy where the guy has arranged the medicine in bag and told me the cost of 250 R.s.Offering him 500 note he throws the currency on my face and took the medicine from my hand by saying we dont have the change. What kind of dealing is this ? And the concern person refused to tell his name as well.I certainly will never come here again and will not recommend ever to anyone whatsoever.
