They are definitely the best vets in Islamabad.My cat had UTI and was previously been treated by Dr. Aftab, he passed him a catheter and left it for one WHOLE WEEK and then went on Eid holidays. During 2nd day of Eid my cat developed some severe type of bladder infection due to which he was in extreme pain and stopped eating and Dr. Aftab was not even available.So I took him here and Dr. Nouman took the case and solved it very professionally and with extreme care, though the chances of my cats survival were very low because of Dr. Aftabs irresponsible behavior. But Dr Noumans efforts saved him, no doubt he is extremely professional and par excellence.All the doctors over here Dr. Nouman, Dr. Jawad, Dr. Waleed are very humble, reliable and professional, even their workers are also very caring and cooperative.And ALHAMDULILLAH finally after treatment of 3 months my cat is healthy and playful again️.I cant thank them enough for their care and the effort that they have put in this case.Surely after Allah (swt) these are the people whom I can trust with my cat.Definitely the best vets, would recommend to every pet owner.

The so-called doctor who treated my cat wasnt even able to diagnose the problem even after a whole night that I had left my cat there and the next day, he stated that my cat was fine enough to be taken back home. Took my shih tzu for grooming. Overall a very nice job by Usman. He was attentive to my instructions and as far as I know the puppy was not anaethesized while getting its fur clipped. The only problem is that I had to leave him at the clinic for over 5 hours which is very long. But otherwise very good service for the price.

I have visited this Hospital 4 times, Dr.Waleed looks professional but Dr.Usman does not know abcd of vet,he is very rude and try to take maximum amount from customers this Hospital is working for earning only ,one day doctor will see pet and treatment will start but next day other doctor will start different treatment, I am planning to submit legal case against this hospital .

I dont find suitable words for there devotion to thier work . After a long time ive seen some Professionals doing there work with devotion and sincerity and other hand they are young experienced very bright and very competent as well. They are not money oriented and there focus is health of your pet. Worst experience, they vaccinated my dog and after 14 hours he died, before vaccination he was completely fit and fine. They completely denied and gave different statements that my dog was already suffering from a disease but how can a dog die when he was completely fit and fine before vaccination and after vaccination he was ill, vomiting and unfortunately died. So I recommend other pet hospitals in Islamabad.

The person over there was very accommodating and honest in his work.

This clinic and its Doctors saved our kitten. We brought him in at a critical condition and the Doctors sprung into action immediately. All of the staff was very helpful, thoughtful and emotionally invested which I think is very important for animal treatment. I want to mention Dr. Jawad, Dr. Valeed and also Dr. Nouman who were the main doctors treating and looking after our kitten. They gave helpful advice and kept an eye on our kitty at the most difficult time. We are very thankful for them and for everything that this clinic has done for our family. I arrive at the hospital and Dr. Zohaib received me and started the examination of cat. Later Dr. Jawad also joined the procedure. I called the hospital for grooming of my 8months old pup. They told me they can’t groom a little shih tzu without “Tranquillising” it first.i need to keep it hungry for 4hrs, they’ll admit my pup and hand it over after8 hrs!! just for grooming Furthermore they also miss informed me that no other groomer will provide me this service without tranquillising first. I called 3 other hospital/ groomers afterwards and each and everyone of them is providing the service without tranquillising and to my surprise they are also charging less! Thrives calling themselves vets!! Be careful ppl!
