Worst hospital even calling it a hospital is a joke, no reception, no basic facilities and lack of staff, they have dialysis unit but not even a technician to run it. If you want to practice waiting do visit it, they will put you on waiting again and again.

Pathetic, greedy people. They charge exorbitant amount of money for simple procedures. They force you to buy from their pharmacy at double the price. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THEM. THEY ARE NOT DOCTORS BUT GREEDY BUSINESSESMEN.

They will over charge you, poor service. Very greedy people. I had stomach upset, they force me yo do all expensive tests. Which was useless and cost me 12000 twelve thousand all comes negative. Five different kind of drips. In the end zero improvement of my health. Please be careful dont visit, they will rip you off. Just small visit will cost you 10k to 15k. Hospital Pharmacy is over expensive. Very bad administration, staff are not cooperative. My life worse experience. Stay away inncet people, stay blessed and happy.They actually encourages paid reviews.

Went there for a small procedure. Good staff and charges are acceotable. Cleanliness can be improved.

This hospital have good Drs in their panel but Drs availibility is the main issue here. Everytime i visited here, i have waited for more than an hour for the Drs. I noticed this with 80% of the patients.Availablility issue of Attendant in the emergency ward.

Hospital has a very poor administration. They dont have proper space. They will make you wait for hours. I had to wait 4 hours and still my turn did not come. Their staff is very rude and areogant.

The service provided was amazing!Dr Maria who operated on me knew what she was doing. I gotta say I probably couldnt have found better duo of doctors in Pakistan. She also made sure to answer. All my questions and make sure I understood how to take care of my wounds. I was satisfied with the service providedBest part is, they speak English! So if youre from overseas there is no communication barrier at all.Only thing is that the rates were a little high, especially for locales., but it was worth it! there was no wait and the service was good. The ER room is very clean compared to most hospitals in pakistsn. they used sterilized equipment for the procedure as wellMake sure to check em out, I highly recommend them. Especially if you are visiting from out of the country.

My experience is very good

I have spent some days with a patient of total knee replacement surgery done by Dr fareedullah zimri in IIHRC. I regret that I should have insisted Dr zimri for surgery in some other hospital like Ali hospital in F-8. Why? Because :1. IIHRC is located in end of islamabad with no market /shop/hotel at least for two kilometers. The hospital food for patients and attendent is not eatable. You will suffer if you dare to eat.2. The hospital pharmacy will charge you each time for each medicine separately and you will go running in between basement to second floor. The hospital should have included the medicine in surgical package for the patients convenience. We gave 4 lac cash for surgery and another Rs 40,000 + for medicines and others.3. There is no facility of Wi-Fi in the rooms.4. For food you travel back and forth on car to markaz which is quite hectic and time consuming.5. Staff is average.

Greedy People Over charge for medicine, and Service Just tell you total amount after treatment completed not give detail of medicine purchased or used during treatment Invoice anything.

IIHRC is a newly established hospital. Currently it is catering patients from Islamabad area because of its peripheral location . Orthopedic surgeries are regularly done at advance level including total knee replacement, total hip replacement and advanced revision arthoplasties. Overall hospital has well maintained cleaning. Operation room staff is well trained and qualified. The major drawbacks include its far peripheral location due to which its not easily accessable. Secondaly it needs more professional staff to run it up to the standards. Other specialities have also started its operation but are very premature.
