Unprofessional staff and doctors. Would never recommend to anyone. Dirty sheets and slow pace of work. Forget about any kind of care after surgery.You can just keep asking and requesting and nothing gets done on time. Also don’t forget to take care of your belongings, you never know if you will get them back from the nurses. Terrible!!!They may have caring people trying to make a difference but things do not seem to be working well. I had a very positive view of the hospital, not any more.These people do not even know the meaning of the word, Communication.

Extremely disappointing experience at PAF hospital unit 2. I have been a big fan and wrote not only good reviews but also referred people to the state of the art facility. But the building and equipment is useless if procedures are not convenient and staff is not trained, informed and confident. There are so many complexities. For a 20 minutes simple test, we had to stay 2 hours and test could not be administered. No body knows the job. Staff is late in the morning. For only applying a cannula, half an hour wait without success. In emergency only one paramedic is supposed to do it for all patients. The purpose of writing this review is not to criticize but provide feedback for improving the systems and procedures. If hospital cannot handle it well with a very low turnover of patients, how is it going on sustain a higher number.

Good but needs alot of improvements such as lab pathology dept. Only one person is handling all patients that is not enough. should increase number of specialized doctors. Dental department is only for officers wife and children not for parents.

Excellent building. neat and clean but heavy on private patients pockets. first visit cost us Rs.2300.00. Visit to Neurologist the only one female doctor Farheen Niazi on 11 march 2020 was very disappointing. My wife had a stroke. oxygen supply to her brain is not smooth. Her one hand is shaking permanently. She has pain in head at one particular spot but to doctor it was no problem. Asked me what medicines for kidney treatment and diabetics were being used and gave me lecture to control sugar and all her problems will be solved. Just added Aspirin and that is it at Rs.2300.00. cash plus petrol for 60 km journey in/outnot good hospital as doctors are not experienced enough or PAF is posting those who are not good in active service to sideline them..

PAF hospital is a newly opened facility of PAF on margala road Islamabad. Very accessible place from all sides. Its a very neat and secure hospital. If you have kids who are scared of the traditional medical attire and start crying after seeing someone in white coat, then this is the best place for them as everyone here is in PAF uniform except lab. Hospital facilities in general are available during the week, emergency is available 24/7. Its better than QIH.

Excellent hospital and excellent care. Price was too low compared with all other hospitals available in Islamabad. Just for an ultrasound they charge Rs 750 whereas all else charge Rs 2500 to Rs 3000.A big thumbs up.

Went to Paf dentistry worst experience ever took 17k for nothing and handed over my mother to inexperienced staff and senior surgeon wasnt interested in looking at all due to rift with Dr Nausheen and Nausheen was absent from scene while junior staff was very cooperative but senior staff was bad tameez and ill treating, dont ever goto their dentist clinic! Poor hygienic conditions and no precautions for viral protections like Corona

As an psychiatric patient from last four years, i am getting treatment from PAF hospital, my 1st doctor was Asst Professor Najam Akhtar i got two and half years treatment by him in such a nice way, Now a days i am getting treatment in same hospital by Group Captain Mansoor Asst Professor, a very experienced and kind person. Highly recommend if any one searching for a best psychiatrist.

Extremely expensive. Initial room rent conveyed was 3500/day but in end they added 5000/day in the name of daily care. Daily medicine and staff attendance charges were separate . Staff mixed reports of 2nd patient admitted in my room . Dr without checking names on report gave the news that his arteries are blocked based on the report belonging to another patient.

Very bad service ...no files even for document and too much expensive without reason...young doctor practice here and play with patient.. please for Allah sake dont play and they only focus on earning with very poor service...reception staff busy in talking eating nimko highly unprofessional behavior. Day by day their fee charges increase and service go down..please please make service better other wise it became worst hospital ever...dont play with humanity.

Definitely the best hospital in Islamabad. From staff to doctors and from cleanliness to orderliness, it speaks of very high standards unknown to Islamabad. Even the junior doctors are super let alone the senior ones! The machines are great and so is the experience at their end. Forget the half-money making, half-harassment doctors at Shifa and Maroof, PAF is the place to go.

Pathetic hospital. They treat patients as a prisoners of war. Less care, more more more discipline. Highly not recommended. Dr appointed here can be reached at Shifa hospital or their private clinic.

Brilliant, amazing, neat and up to date. Although it is not very easily accessible to general public but even if it is for Forces personals it is a very good hospital. Spent plenty of days here with my Late Grandfather. The View from the windows of this hospital is so majestic that you can get cured just from that.

We visited twice paf hospital once emergency section they were unprofessional and they give us so many tests for just a flu and fever just for charging extra money second time we visited dr Fatima chohdri she was so rude and unprofessional shes very bad behaved with patients but the rest hospital workers are good .

Been this hospital couple of time but I have a big question mark about there pharmacy system. U have to go all the way around to the world to buy those medicine which have been used on ur treatment what a shame for those who creat this system. U just need a 15/15 room for that little pharmacy within ur emergence area.Another issue related to there doctors they don’t worth like 1500 rps of consultancy fee.Much batter government hospital.Last but not least they don’t have a suggestion box in this big hospital.But 10/10 for there cleaning

Had a misfortune to visit this hospital. Dr Tallat Najeeb is very unprofessional and money making machine. Without even proper check up she outrightly mentioned that you need to go for nasal surgery. I was shocked on the behavior of ENT specialist.... Also she recommended multiple blood test for no reason....People Pls beware of these butchers.May be PAF hospital have good practioners in other domain but for me the visit was useless.....

Dont know about the services of this hospital, but I have found this place very very hard to get contacted through call. No one calls at hospitals for fun. The hospital management is I believe either sleeping or dont know how to manage things. Shame on you. People call at hospitals only in case of ungency or to get information about doctors.

A very good medical set up for the armed forces personnels of islamabad having indoor and outdoor medical facilities for people of all ages.all kind of specialist like medical surgical dermatologist ent eye are available in this hospital also with a physiotherapy department and stress managment department an upto date lab and imaging department.

I had a problem with my third molars and I was in severe pain. I searched around for doctors and looked for the recommendations. There are many Dentists working in the twin cities but after detailed research, I went to PAF Hospital and I consulted Dr. Naushin Aslam Ch. Well, what I found great about her is the very friendly and professional attitude to her work. She is an intelligent and dedicated doctor I would say. I seriously was much impressed with her humble attitude and highly professional approach towards explaining the treatment to me. She guided me everything in detail before prescribing me. No other doctors explain everything in this much detail. I am very much satisfied with the treatment I got from her & would definitely recommend her as one of the best Dentists in Islamabad.

The newly constructed building of PAF hospital is a good pieace of art but have a lot of mistakes in architecture. This hospital is good for show off purpose but not to heal or recover the patient as early as possible with all efforts. Doctors are experienced but yes the staff is good and cooperative but not experienced and this is the most bigger fault of this hospital cause doctor visited once in a day for patient but all other staff stays with the patient 27/7 and in case of emergency they have to do some steps also which can be dangerious for patient. Hospital bed rooms are fully filled with refrigerator, cupboard, oven, lamp, tea maker from which 80% things are use less. In short it is suitable for panel patients but private patient cant afgoard easily their expenses

Please for God sake do not admit your patient if youre from public, i lost my father because of no senior doctor present in ICU. Hospital is really clean but its really expensive, no estimated bills, and doctors are not really professional. CMH is way better than this hospital. Ive lost my father because of excessive bleeding which led to cardiac arrest after an open surgery for removing a kidney, 20 hours after a successfull operation according to the doctor. Please save your loved ones, please do not let someone practice on your loved ones. My father can not come back but if my experience could save a life, it would help him out in making his way easier to the Jannat In Sha Allah!

The hospital is for air force personals. Gen public is not entitled. Common medical and surgical departments are presents. For sub speciality, patients are referred to Rawalpindi CMH.

Went to the emergency for a case of food poisoning. Conducted so many unnecessary tests. All the test came back clear and they diagnosed what we had already told them.So many hidden charges..Never going there again..

My grand mother was admitted here in surgical ICT. Extremely disorganised staff. Poor scheduling of medicare routine procedures ..Most of the ICT nursing staff and the main doctor only care about money. My grandmother was shifted to a private room for 2 days and got the miraculous gift of harsh bed sores.They only care about their prestige general sahabs visits.

This new PAF hospital is Stat of the art hospital, which will soon open for armed and civilians.... Hope to serve humanity rather than earning money... However building design and structure looking beautiful

He checks me thoroughly and give me proper time.No,doubt East&West,he is the best of the best doctor, I had ever seen in my life.

Area 51. Secret Aliens laboratory and nuclear bombs inside. Highest security. Allowed for civil patients but you cant get any information. Dont go, your patient will be returned or die on gate.

A hospital that says its ‘Open for Public’ discriminates between civilians and army officials. No doctor will give you appointment for morning slots unless you are an official from forces. Pathetic!
