Very bad experience of one of our guest who is from Karachi... No warm water available in winter even also on demand... Rooms structure is good but not comfortable beds... Cleaning is normal not up to mark and by giving these type of waste full services obviously price ia very high... Not recommended...

Just Stayed one night there. Location was very good. Rest of every thing was normal.

Cleanliness 1Courtesy 000Washroom of room no 106 (upstairs corner) needed maintenance which the manager Ehtesam and his co workers were not interested to arrange.Provided a bucket for water after 35 to 45 minutes that too on making a fuss at 1amCharged 100% rent on arrival so I couldnt move out as well.Never ever going there again.Not recommended at all

I have lived here for a few days. I would surely recommend. For the price paid it is a good place. Descent.Prices are inclusive of taxes. Also these guys re trustworthy. Dont worry and trust them.I hope they maintain their services.My experience was pretty good.

Building might be old from its design but well maintained. Room and attached bath were clean and spacious. Air conditioner was also available and worked perfectly. Nice location. But not sure about food quality as the breakfast was not good.

Worst guest house imaginable. Im not a picky person, but I felt I was sleeping in a pile of trash. Extremely dusty, I couldnt breathe all night. Upon complaining they swore to me they have the best cleanliness in town, an absolute bold face lie. Deciding to leave, I was politely waiting in the lobby for my transportation, when the management decided to take my luggage and place it outside the house. This guest house management lacks basic human decency. Ive traveled to many places in the world this ranks as the worst one I have ever been to period, I am still trying to wash the taste of there filth out of my mouth.

I am visiting this place 2nd time n its located at a very peacful area very near to market n hangout places ....rooms are gud staff is cooperative ...overall not a bad experience ..

Extended review in response to the owner:I reached the guest house around 9 pm on a weekend with family after seeing pictures available online. The guesthouse was unmarked, had little outdoor lighting and an unwelcoming feeling. I was told that they had only 1 room available on ground floor opp. to reception which did not match the pics available online. The staff was courteous but the room was below par. I also didn’t notice any families staying there during my 15-20 mins stay there. I decided not to stay there and found another accommodation nearby.

Love this place

3300 PKRS for a room is reasonable considering the fact that guest house is in F7 and near a very famous park known for its restaurants. They charge tax for meals but not for tea and water. A little un usual. Person on counter during daytime can use some training in public dealing. Staff is good and cooperative otherwise. Cook must use salt in meals with right proportion. Location of guest house is awesome but renovation can really pick this place up. Furniture needs replacement. Hot water is an entity that must be available in all rooms at all times, not only during off/odd hours. Gas heaters must be replaced by use of ACs that can work in heating modes as well, they have them but are not used due to cost i guess. Bed sheets, pillow covers and towels must be replaced with fresh and clean ones on arrival of guests, if it is not done before. LED in room must compliment room size.

Nice place for temporary stay mean if u want to stay around 5 to 6 hoursNice staff just need some more cleaning in rooms mini bar and toilet.

Staff attitude is bad. The owner is a high ranking police officer, he got this house for free and turned it into a guest house. Only benefit was the internet that was fast and location, other than that be prepared to sleep on the floor.
