Friendly staff, ample parking space, nice and clean rooms and toilet

The room was fine as per size having rent 3500, but cleanliness was zero. Bedsheets were not clean even lots of human hair was present on bedsheet. Washroom was very small, a person can hardly stand in it. Breakfast was also not good. Only one person was available to serve. Not recommented for families.

I stayed here with family during off season.Pros:Excellent staff, they go out of their way to facilitate you.Furniture and room decor is of good qualityChildren play area. However, it was dusty and deserted so not much fun during my stay. Could be better during peak time.Washroom had warm waterCons:-Terrible location, hard to find.-Deserted in off season. We were the only ones staying in all of 3 floors!-Lack of privacy as voices and noise travel every where.-Their kitchen had limited option for breakfast. Also, they order from outside for some orders like burgers.-Washroom was tiny with a terrible stink from a drainage leakSummary: Only stay here if you cant afford a hotel. Guest houses are not legal in Islamabad. Besides, Sector E-11 its too far off from everywhere so look elsewhere first. However, because of their excellent staff and comfortable room furniture, if you do end up staying here chances are it wont be a mishap either.

Worst customer service. Prices discussed on phone changed upon arriving with extra extra charges of every thing including water and mattress which was already included in decided price.Plus worst location and room full of tiny insects. Dirty bed sheets.Worst decision ever.

Family owned business, young brothers play a active role in the day to day running of the guest house. Rooms very neat. Well Done.

Negative: Terribly small room with only a bed, no seating (contrary to room description) Air conditioning not working TV out of order Switches in room and toilet out of order Water dripping on toilet floor from bidet Clock out of order And to top it off, somebody scratched my car in the parking lot outside.

I was traveling from Karachi to isb, most of the Islamabad people seem to be found rude and cheater. But this one really treated me well. Have extended my visit from 2 - 4 days. I would highly recommend this guest house safe, neat, clean and well managed

We booked a room there 2 days before check in and when we arrived there they said no straight away.. They said they are fully booked.. My husband confirmed 3 times before arriving there... So we were disappointed.. By the way it wasnt worth your stay at all.. Because it was too far from places to visit in isl.. And it wasnt as clean as it shows in pics..

Dirty and tiniest possible washroom. Even after asking the staff to clean it, he said it is clean. The yellowish dried drops were clearly visible on the seat. Yukkkk. This was enough for me to decide that we cant stay here for longer but because my husband has already checked in and made advance payment so we stayed for the night.Rest was just bearable. Room was kaam chalao clean. Microscopic ants were everywhere.However, the staff was polite n decent on all other matters. Tea was excellent. Breakfast was good. Staff helped us with the luggage.Also, its very far from city center which means going anywhere would cost twice as much.

Pathetic Worst guest house.Location: located at the worst place in E-11. Road is broken It looks youve landed in hell.Room: I stayed with the family in the basements twin room. Bed sheets were the dirtiest. When asked to change, the staff made several excuses. Couldnt sleep all night. Blankets were like robes .There was no complimentary water. The rooms were not as clean. The rooms were partitioned with cardboard boards.Bathroom: No cleanliness at all. The molds were at the door and walls.Not recommended at all. Its fraud.

The room is very good. However the location of the place is not great especially when arriving at night the surrounding area was not lit at all. However, once you get into the place its very good so sort of compensates for the location

On arrival after 3 days of prior booking and confirmation on phone as well, i was surprisrd to know that no room was vaccant for my family. After talking to the Owner once again and knowing their unprofessionalism, I decided to change my Hotel.REINA BOUTIQUE HOTEL is worth it in the same Price.

The area smelled, building was unkept. Rooms were quite small, not recommended for families at all!

It is not a hotel but a wonderful guest house entertained by a very pleasant staff.Stayed a couple of days in February 2017 with my large family taking all the rooms in the basement or floor -1. The path to the house was a bit bumpy though one got relaxed on arriving the destination. Ok rooms with ok bathrooms, not super clean though. Very nice chaye (tea) along with good was prepared and served by the staff.I would definitely like to stay here again if I visit Islamabad for a few days.
