Its a very old house and the rooms/furniture are old. Bed was noisy and the mattress was not comfortable at all. Even the location is not good. As soon as you come outside you see labours/workers sitting outside and the whole site is just sad. I wouldnt pay 2000 rupees per night to stay there lol. I was gonna stay there for few months but left after 3 days.

In Rs.3000/- that place is good for staying

The bathroom was a mess - the sink looked like it was stained with paan, the tap leaked, and absolutely no hot water in the pipes. We were told it would come but it never did. Thankfully the staff provided us with 2 buckets of hot water on our first day after we requested it for a shower.The chai was great and the water / chai delivery was very quick. They had heaters in the bedroom which was great. The mattress was uncomfortable. The dustbin hadnt been emptied. We had requested a room with a WC on the ground floor and they told us after we had come in that it wasnt available and that we could opt for one of their rooms at a different location for a higher price. But the staff was nice and overall it felt safe so 3 stars.

I liked my stay here and ofcourse in the next trip of Islamabad it will be my priority to stay here. Rooms are good, service is just Ok. Reasonable rates.Located in great location of Islamabad near Jinnah Super market. Every place of interest in Isb for tourists you will find near or not so far.Few things need improvement and some cant be changed.

Best choice when you are with your family.Neat and clean rooms atmosphere fresh.Faisal Masjid ,Jinah supper Market, Centorios Mall are on walking Distace..Reasonable room charges and hospitable staff.Breakfasts dinner Lunch available on good prices.

A very low profile Guest House, Standard Rooms a great place to stay in low price, Jinnah Super, Faisal Masjid, Islamabad Stock Exchange Tower and Centaurus Mall are 10min in walk distance from it.
