Daco Rani,3000 charging only for her fazool two words.No respect to visiting doctors.No aticates at all,No sharam for her own community doctors.Aim is to make more and more money .Bicot such lalchi doctors.

Very unprofessionally and poor services for too high a price. They just want your money and the doctor is always late. Total ripoff...

Too expensive for the quality of services provided. They will book an appointment at 2pm but you will have to wait until 5 or 6pm before you can see the doctor. Also the fees are ridiculously high. Youll feel robbed after a visit.

Not only the Dr comes late, the fees they charge are ludicrous. If you have an emergency patient, at least inform your Staff so they can guide the visitors. Otherwise youre just missing from duty and thats pathetic ...

This review is totally based on my experience over my three visits in this hospital and I will comment on each separately-Doctor’s mindsetDr Salma and colleagues were totally disrespectful of my time. She has been late on every single appointment which I had with her including my two follow ups. She was not just late, I had Noon consultation but had to wait for 5 hours (Habitual late comer Doctor and staff is trying to cover up with emergency kind stories on regular basis).On my checkup It was clear that she wanted to move to other patients and handed me over to un-professional doctor for guidance who behaved like an entertainer rather than a doctor.These doctors (gynae) treat patients with heavy dosage medicine which are not suitable for patients as I have consulted other doctors about medicine I got from Salma and Kafeel Hospital. Other doctors were completed shocked for the medicine which I got ….. Steroids. They mislead the patients while diagnosis dramatizing the less severe problem into intense one.I wish I could sue the salma so called doctor but Business woman. I will try to request PM Imran Khan to close this hospital as it is scamThey take high charges from patient for the wrong treatmentAttitude of StaffStaff was rude, arrogant or lazy or had a negative attitude. A lack of care and compassion, such as staff not doing enough to ensure the patient was comfortable. Staff was not keeping patients well informed the only information I got was Salma is on emergency call so they treat admitted patients and walk in patients in same window. No methodology of complaints.Long waits before or between appointments.Staff is reluctant to give patient a treatment record I suppose on instruction of management and salma (I don’t want to call her doctor even)Inside Pharmacy and price comparisonDoctors prescribed the medicines which are only available at their Pharmacy with inflated rate. Also ask patient that medicine is available with them and patient will find difficulty in getting the medicine from local market.AdviceAvoid buying medicine from the pharmacy and also avoid your checkup from this hospital

Worst experience of going to hospital. There s no doubt about DR salma kafeels expertise. But the attitude of staff us worst . Appointment Timings are worst managed . Minimum delay in appointment time is 3 to 4 hrs . No proper waiting area. Management issue is worst .

Going there for 2years .Still in hope.Doctors are competent.Very expansive.Staff is not respectable nor very competent.Doctor is never on time, usually there is 1-2hr delay even if you have appointment.One thing I did not like about them is that they make patient in different hospitals and then ask you to visit on a certain date when doctor is only available at this medical center.

Unprofessional staff.Mostly appointment get delayed by 3 to 4 hours.Doctor does not pay attention to the patients.If you go there be vigilant, and discuss your case in detail, ask for each and every thing ,even if it seems obvious.If your husband is with you, he must go along with you.Also they have a very greedy policy, they even charge you for followup.Please check all medicine before leaving the counter, I have seen people fighting over the counter for incomplete items.

Alhumdulillah satisfied with the services at Salma And Kafeel Medical Center. All the people from the front desk to nurses and doctors were very co-operative
