Its a bunch of incompincomp doctors. Only the are cashing the unfamiunfam setup

I want to take a minute to thank the Whole staff and doctors. Here I want to mention the name of a lady icsi Coordinator Mis Huma especial thanks to Her she is so wonderful to us very Active always respond quickly and politely. But m also disappointed with the reception staff especially 2 afghan ladies she needs to be trained who to deal with patients .Anyway Overall the senior doctors are very reassuring and took plenty of time to explain exactly what we were dealing with junior doctors are little bit rude.But Thanks all of you so so much!!

I want to say that staf is so irresponsible,stil my treatment is on going,the even did not tel me my AMH is high when i went to ask when i can cal my husbnd from abroad than a doctr there told me how can u cal him ur Amh Is suoer high.even they shouod tel me this right afrer my test.and dictrs r so so so arrogant

Fraud center....i lost much money here but they even did not have basic tests......we were diagnosed we can never be parents and even continuously advised to have ICSI and submit 6 lakh rupee but we did not..... now ALHAMDOLILLAH my wife is 2 months pregnant with simple medicine,,the thing is,doctor is eligible now........for men they totally refuse to take any kind of medicine that there is no medicine on earth if someone claims he is fraud,but my doctor gave me medicine and my count went 16 million to 132 million,and my wife also cured in very simple and easy way.....ALHAMDOLILLAH....

It is the state of art institutions for infertility problemsWell trained stafVery professional driver team with great discipline and strong medical ethicsAll dr are very gentle and friendly natureAnd console their patients very muchVery systematic organization in the capital of PakistanBut some how success ratio of ivf is very lowSome time its been felt that they just going for money and have no true justification of some wrong happening at clinic

Poor management ... they damn care about the root cause and instead of giving right meds keep on repeating the procedures just to keep filling their pockets with money ... we had worst experience ... we undergone ivf twice and both times baby’s heart beat failed... first at 5 months pregnancy and then at 4 months...dumb doctors did not give us the right meds and did not went for the root cause ... once we consulted gynaecologists from other hospitals they were amazed and said why doc at icsi dis not give u people correct medicines once u had failed ivf at the first place!!!!!Anyhow icsi is strongly not recommended.

Their concern is only money . Unprofessional people with low morals. Rude staff and incompetent doctors

I started of my treatment here since 2013. With a hope that I will become a parent one day.... But it seems as my wish wont be fulfilled. So, my total embroyes formed were around 25. Have been transfering occassionally but I dont get pregnant and they dont have any satisfying answer. They kept on increasing the meds.... but no success have tried 6 times... all failed. They should give me a proper justification why and how to improve but all they would sat pray to Allah.... Allah ki marzi.... I know Allah ki marzi but than why are you guys not telling me the reason.... what can be done to improve my chances... i have been through hell since 2013.... but since my embroyes were with them.i have been trying but really disappointing.... not recommended... bus they know how to be sweet with patients.... but technically zero.... I am writting this coz i dont have a child yet despite repeated attempts they should not keep us in darkness. Being a doctor they know which parient can have or not... but its a business here.... playing with emotions.... obe more thing while on the other side when its a lunch break time n patient is stuck with them since morning they will be eating in the OT area where patients are kept for restoration or celebrate birthdays...at times but they wont offer patient... any food which is un ehtical and mean.... last time the smell of samosa cause alot of craving in me. Since it was past lunch time and i was stuck their since morning for my FET. So here one star for cleanliness...

Worst ICSI centre ever.Everything is so chaotic and hap hazard here.They lack any professional skills.Dr Rubina is very rude .It is a shame to see someone as senior as Dr Uzma lacks confidence and is unable to provide any clear plan of action.They destroy most of embryos during thawing process.and have poor results overall.Follow up process also very poor.Dr Naseem is also unprofessional.There are much better centres in Islamabad so please dont waste your time here.If you claim to provide a service to people and charge large amount of money,atleast give your customers some respect and show responsibilty in your work.Other wise dont provide a substandard service.

I do certify the good behavior of honorable Dr. Afshan because of her deep feelings not only as a doctor but as a Muslim character. She dose act like a member of the patients family.Though; this is a commercial hospital but as a nation that is committed to sustainable development must take care of humanitirain part of the service, hence I; not as a doctor but as a common patient who refers to this hospital would recommend following points for further improvement of the hospital services:- To improve the Communication facilities, this involves 1) Changing the follow up system, means the hospital shall take care of the patients and contact them on the desired date and time for any appointments during the entire treatment course 2) A 24/7 point of contact facilities for the patients who are under treatment & requires technical advisories 3) Providing with printed procedures & instructions A-Z in different languages especially for the ones who come from out of the country, this will save the time of both hospital & the patients.- To decrease the fees, if not possible; then at least provide the medicines to the patients until the end of treatment course at a cost with no benefit (lower than the market price) this also be a great help to the needy people.Thanks,Ahmad Rahimy

I am sorry to say that icsi is in our capital Islamabad Pakistan, but their admin staff dont have manners to serve their costumers. It was yesterday we call from dubai to ask some tests information and appointment. Receptionist lady does not give any information at all she transfer my call to another lady she told me why you are asking me. Its receptionist reseponsibility to give you this info. That is problem in our country no one want to do his work. So dissappointed.

They were respectful and kind for us as we visited from Afghanistan. The prices are a bit higher though

Im registered with icsi. i got traetment for draining chocolate cyst , pipple biopsy at icsi. it was superb experience

Because they focus on root cause and fair to explain everything.

The Hospital is great and the treatment actually works u just need the money and time.

Medicsi is a good Centre where as ICSI Centre is getting worst.
