Worst experience I have ever had in any private hospital. No discipline, I have visited Doctor today and I was on 3rd number in waiting queue. They have sent me on 7th number. I had to wait for more the two hours. Even they have taken more than half an hour for just typing and printing the report. The Cash counter have charged me additional consultation fee as that was not supposed to be charged. The staff was not cooperative. The Lady on reception named Nasreen sent patients without their number of personal reference. I feel it only a money making machine . The test charges were double as compered to other hospitals of same stranded.

I was admitted 3 year back in cardiology ICU. The doctors and staff was attentive and caring.

This hospital is now very well known for Heart bypass surgery.But other departments are also run by consultant doctors.Its physiotherapy department is also one of the best in town.This hospital is second to Shaifa International Hospital.Kulsum Plaza is among very first multistory building of Islamabad, even before the construction of Jinnah Avenue.

The staff and doctors were attentive and extremely helpful, especially Dr Arab who took time to take.care and advise.me. XRays cost 500 rupees per scan and took about 10 minutes without much waiting. The hospital seem to reach its peak capacity after 6pm, before they it was rather empty.

Visited the hospital against appointment with Dr. Shafi Rheumatologist at 6.30 in the name of Mr. Najam ul Hassan.When reached after registration fee paid at 6.33 hrs but the doctor was absent. No intimation to me.Its rediculus and un professional behaviour.Najam.

Then laboratory will ask you who has suggested these tests (which means kulsoom international hospital and the doctors are their profit partner).When you will come back to the hospital they will tell you because you have come back after a week, you have to pay the fees again.P. S Saturday and Sunday are off days and theres no possibility of reaching to the doctor within same week.

My mother has not been feeling well for a while now so my sister took her to Dr.Syed Fazle Hadi a medical specialist/ gastroenterologist sitting in Kulsoom International Hospital Islamabad last week. He advised to get some tests done and show him the reports. We booked a follow up appointment today at 12:00pm ( even have a proof as a text message). Today my father and I took my mother to show Dr. Fazle Hadi her reports, I gave the file on the counter and told the nurse that we have an appointment and would like to show these reports (we weren’t inquired about the payment slip as it is understood that we were here to show him the reports). Half an hour later we were called in for the consultation. It started off well, Dr.Fazle Hadi saw the reports but didn’t ask my mom how she was feeling now and whether she still had any concerns. Seeing the not so concerned attitude of the Doctor towards my mother, I told him myself the troubles that my mom was having. Dr.Hadi asked pointing towards a medicine that whether she was taking it or not. My mom being a non-medical person and since I live abroad, we weren’t really sure. I started to message my sister to confirm (since she was present at the first appointment and she takes care of her medicine). To which Dr.Fazle Hadi yelled at me ‘WHAT ARE YOU DOING?? JUST STOP IT, YOU’RE DISTRACTING ME!!!’ I was shocked at his behaviour but stayed silent and kept the phone away. He wrote the new prescription and gave it to my mom, without explaining anything! Being a doctor myself, I asked Dr.Fazle Hadi whether he has changed the diabetic medication and which one was it? To which he got angry again and screamed ‘WHO ARE YOU TO ASK ME?? ARE YOU QUESTIONING MY MEDICINE??’ I told him that I was a doctor and would like to know what you have prescribed. To which he yelled ‘GO SEARCH IT YOURSELF, I AM NOT BOUND TO ANSWER YOU!!’ And then yelled ‘YOU HAVE COME WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT, I DONT WANT TO SEE YOU EVER AGAIN!!’ ‘GET OUT OF MY ROOM, YOU STUPID!!’ My father showed him appointment confirmation but he refused to see.Angrily we came out of the room and asked who the head of the hospital was and got to know it was Dr. Syed Muntazir Mehdi Zaidi. We went to his office immediately and explained him what had happened a while ago. Dr. Muntazir Mehdi began to justify that he’s the senior most doctor in the hospital and he knows him since 2001 and no one has ever complained about him. Told us that he’s done his training from Uk and that he’s a really good. Even at one point he said that maybe he was angry at something else and took it out on you. Seriously?? Does being angry at something else justify his rude behaviour!! Dr. Muntazir Mehdi, being the Administrator/ Head of operations and administration didn’t even apologise to us once for the rude and ill mannered colleague of his. Is this the customer service that Kulsoom Ïntërnätïönäl Hospital provides? Just justify their colleagues behaviour and not to apologise!To be honest I have not met such a rude, arrogant and ill mannered doctor ever in my life! Being a doctor myself, we are taught from day one to be polite and respect our patient no matter what. And this is how our consultants in Pakistan are!Whoever reads this, DON’T EVER go to Dr.Syed Fazle Hadi!! He is the most arrogant person you will ever meet!

A multi story, well maintained plaza also accommodating a well known Kalsoom hospital. It is situated in the heart of Islamabad in the blue area. Good hygiene standards maintained along with the lift in working condition.However no room for parking inside the building and a lot on congestion and parking problems and particularly in the rush hours there is sort of a road jam like situation.

Excellent hospital. Staff is very helpful, calm and friendly. Doctors are good. The place itself is very clean. Is a bit expensive but worth the money you pay.

Money makers. Their first, second and third priority is money then patients. Maybe other doctors are good but DR HAMID ZEB KHAN is definitely a money maker only. He prescribed 8 different tests for a very minor condition that can be cured by a good dermatologist, when he prescribed those tests costing 12,000 I immediately asked for the consultation refund and went to another hospital and spoke to another doctor who prescribed only one general blood test costing 500rs. In one sitting he cured my condition very well. PLEASE AVOID DR HAMID ZEB (unless you like spending money).

Kulsum International Hospital is one of the best and state of the art medical facility in general and particularly for cardiac ailments. My pacemaker was implanted by Dr Jamal Jameel and Dr. Shahab Said ullah. I am thankful to the two nice cardiologist/electrophysiologist and their team.

Our experience with ENT doctor was awful. Doctor didnt inspect the nose :( Even he didnt open the previous medical history that we bring all the way after 6 hours of travelling. Doctor and their assistant need to learn some manners. We are totally disappointed!!!

The ceiling in the building is too low! One can easily hit their head if tall enough. Except that, I’m completely satisfied with the experience here. My cousin is a heart patient, Shifa Hospital was persisting for an invasive procedure which isn’t required at this time, so we came for second opinion. We visited Dr Fazlul Aziz, a great person and an amazing Doctor! I aspire to have such Seniors, who faithfully teach me when I enter professional life, which I will soon. He refunded his fee when he came to know a Doctor (I) came along his cousin for the opinion. He really impressed me!! I can’t recommend him enough! He is the type of Doctor we need in this time, he listens to patients attentively, which is much appreciated by patients and this is also what they expect from their Doctor.

Access to all parts of Islamabad is very easy due to location and all means of public transport easily accessible. Parking is an enormous issue and sometimes you have to make multiple rounds to find a parking space.

One of the best Family hospital in Pakistan. All staff are good but specially Sajid ( phiebotomy) is the best.

Stay away from Dr Mashood Ali Gastroenterologist. This doctor needs a doctor for himself seriously. You’ll go in with one sickness, He’ll give you another then another.

A good Cardiology specialized hospital

Kalsoom Hospital which mainly looks after heart patients is situated here. Very expensive hospital but Doctors are well experienced. The nursing staff is very nice. I had a dose of injection but looking for some place to get it injected. People from this hospital did if for free.

Psychiatrist dr.beena is rubbish

My Mother was admitted in very serious condition and they took good care of her. With Allah Almightys grace she recovered. The doctors are well experienced, caring, and understanding. There are off course few mishaps but they dont mean anything if your patient gets well. I particularly loved the doctors attitude very much

Took my sister to this hospital, As soon as we walked in I thought i should have brought more money with me, So what a pleasant surprise it was to find out that the consultation fee was rs.1500 (£10) Blood tests were rs.3000 (£20). The Hospital was spotless, Run in a most professional manner, The consultant Dr. Chawdhry Mohammad Shafi was an absolute gentleman, even gave me his personal no. The medicine he prescribed was the latest and really help my sister with her ailment.
