Its a small clean hospital with excellent post op care. Very polite nursing staff and doctors. The only issue is of parking, the attendant has to find parking often 2, 3 plazas away. The hospital needs to at least have designated parking spots

They have no sympathy for COVID patients. They assume that patient is gonna die so they don’t care or do proper treatment. My dad suffered too much while he was hospitalized for COVID treatment and he was begging me to take him home. When I was able to find an alternative, dramatically he became unconscious and he remained unconscious until the day he passed away. It raises a lot of questions. I will never know why he wanted to leave that place so badly. The only thing I know that staff was rude. They weren’t sympathetic to either patients or their attendants. You can’t save lives by just putting patients on BiPAP, the medical staff play an important role where they psychologically treat patients by simply showing empathy and treating them as human beings. I hope no one else go through this situation but my piece of advice is to stay away from Maroof if your patient is COVID positive. Thanks

One of the most costly and cold shouldered type of clinical institute where you actually learns the price of your every breath.A patient coming to emergency with only a complain of difficulty in breathing temporarily, a simple touch by the messiah will culminates in thousands of busks transfer from your account directly to Mehroofs safe.I mean is this the worth of life?.Is this how human sapians life should be dealt with?Yes professional work and skills do costs a reasonable amount for their services, but seriously just counting the number of minutes of patient putting his weight in the territory of hospital costs in thousands proceeding toward lacs and onward?Where are we going? What is happening in this Islamic Republics capital hospital?Vary miserable hostile response for a poor.Alas...

Had an amazing experience at the hospital. Dr Omar Idris Mufti Cardiologist is very professional, highly trained and ethical with his approach. My father had an angiogram after a very thorough consultation , very well managed . CCU staff were very courteous. Results were explained to us in great detail. I will highly recommend the cardiology services at Maroof, both Doctors are trained from the US and probably the best in Islamabad. Also went to shifa before coming here but Shifa felt like a sarkari private hospital only aiming to make money. Thanks to Dr Omar now I know what my father needs and will definitely come here for further treatment.

Giving 2 stars only because the staff on reception is polite and helpful. Other then that, they would hilight big names on panel, but when you actually need those highly experienced doctors, you would be getting treated by some nursing staff etc (my experience was with Dr. Ghazala Bashir, always late for appointment, and on day of procedure she didnt show up and nursing staff had to jump in), doctor would visit you may be for 30 sec, and even that after the treatment. Other then that the nursing staff (my experience was with gynie staff) is extremely rude, to a point that you feel like you are getting treated for free may be. And talking about money, well you would get charged even for a needle used on you, and not just that, but would get charged around 4 times more then what it costs in market. Overall, wont even recommend it to my enemy. Unchi dukaan pheeka pakwaan

I have been using this hospital for a long time, it’s ok, not too busy and generally clean but the thing that’s wrong with it is the doctors. Doctors will give u an appointment at 4 pm but they won’t be available until 6:30 or sometimes 8oclock. I have been a frequent visitor and it happens a lot specially with the gynaecologists. The rest of it is alright comparing to Shifa or any other major hospital. The doctors will always give u few extra lab tests. The rooms are expensive and two times our patient were taken to the OT for an operation and just before anaesthesia they realised they didn’t arrange the required blood. Overall its ok if u don’t care about time and money but if u wanna pay for what u get then it’s disappointing.

I had spent nearly two years in this hospital caring for my mother who had terminal blood cancer. I am full of praise for the management and the staff.Bilal in Admin, Bin yamin in blood bank, Madam Numl of Patient Co ordination, Head of nursing, the Cafe staff, the security staff in essence it was a combined team effort to help us out in the time of need.In reality maroof had became our second home.Nothing is perfect in this day and age however I would not change a thing about our experience in this hospital. One more thing is their effort to keep the house clean, their housekeeping staff was available 24/7 and had always immediately dealt with the request by us. As compared to our experience of a two other primary care hospitals. In essence the whole team is doing an excellent job.Mohsin Malik

We had to wait over an hour for our turn and the whole consultancy with Dr Ghazala was finished in less than 2 mins. We are first time hopeful parents. The Dr. didnt bother to give any instructions or ask any details. In fact, all consultancy was done with next patient already standing outside the room with door open. Even the history, weight etc was done by another trainee doctor. We left with almost no new knowledge than what we got in and out of PKR 1700 fee. I am not saying this is how all the doctors at Maroof are, but this is how our first time with Dr, Ghazala went. Not recommending Dr. Ghazala specially for first time parents like us. After 2 weeks of therapy, when we were expecting that may be my father would get some relief from pain soon, an unprofessional and idiot so called physiotherapist ayesha ruined the whole struggle and visits of 2 weeks in just a moment by giving wrong instruction to my father. And the best part was, the incharge did not took any notice for her unprofessional attitude. And we had to start again from the scratch. Our second visit was with my mother. Doctor, infact, the butcher suggested for gallblader surgery to my mother within 2 or 3 days (sounds like he doesnt want his patient to escape from paying huge amounts). No new curtains or any bed sheets are replaced . The patient had no other choice but to sleep on the contaminated bed sheets . There is no preparation of admit rooms for the patients and yet I paid more than 200 k for the operation and it was totally B.S . Ill rate it average hospital with higher chargesMAROOF International Hospital is a hospital with a concept built on providing the best of health to every citizen. Started in 2009, it is an effort to take the healthcare to the next level. The comfortable atmosphere that it offers causes a person to feel the peace. Its vibes and decor rival the best anywhere and its infrastructure including diagnostics (laboratory & imaging) is second to none. Based on seven operation theaters that are equipped with the latest technology, its surgical field is able to cater for most types of surgical treatments. It also offers the latest in haemo dialysis on an outpatient basis. Its ER/Emergency gives an impression of a friendly and welcoming place for patients and relatives both. The staff in all out-patient and in-patient departments is friendly, competent and caring. The hospital has a special Patient Coordination Department that coordinates with doctors, nurses, and interpreters who serve the patients. It ensures the comfortable and smooth provision of services to each and every patient entering its doors. Located in the F-10 sector of Islamabad, it is only a few breaths away from the magnificent Margallas and facing the serene park of F-9 sector in Islamabad. The building radiates its uniqueness in design; its colors and ambiance spell the word ‘Healing’ so apt for a hospital. In-house comfort and relaxation is beyond star rating. A team of most competent consultants along with their crew are always ready to relieve your pain in no time. Much above the equipment, technology, design and structure of our facility, our main strength is our staff. We endeavor to handpick “Simply the best”

Always came back with an intention never to go again. And had to go again because of feasibility. I would prefer Shifa F-11/1 hundred times over. Experience varies from doc to doc but at least the environment is so much better. Please dont waste money on Maroof. Please especially be aware of Dr. Durrani. He is very unprofessional and gave me a total creepy feeling. Please also add: The eye clinic glass walls are covered in dark black paper that I fail to understand. The eye doc will also check your pulse manually and demand to see your thyroid and almost fall over you while checking eyes. Weird. At the end he prescribed the very wrong drug for his own concocted issue (retina inflammation). The clinic lenses he used for checking eyes are definitely faulty and when the patient says I cant see anything doctor sahab, he uses this premise to clean the lens and put it back in and say that there is something seriously wrong with your eyes.I have written to president@pmdc hoping to warn others and also to rip this one mad doctor off his license to practice.
