Although good medical facility, bit annoying when you got appointment and not getting consultation on given time.

Dr Sajid Qazi the drunk of doctor didn’t show up after waiting 2 hours, people had travelled from 3 hours away this unconsidered Pathetic excuse of doctor didn’t have the decency to turn up or answer the Hospitals phone!! If you wanna waste time and get nothing sorted this is your hospital! Waste of time !!! Never again !!!

Please dont visit to this hospital because all doctors and staff are unprofessional and greedy, their main focus is on your pocket not on your patient.

Thugs of Islamabad, very unprofessional and money minters. Bad experience have got appointment of Dr Haroon and they duly confirmed by phone and message. But when we reached hospital after 3 hours travel they told us your doc is not availableyou may see another doc, we are very dissapointed but they insisted to get examined by simple MBBS and if not satisfied you dont pay. However we met that physician and very unsatisfied by his diagnosis, also he suggested Rs12000 labs and 4000 charged for nebulization which was unnecessary. So left that looters premises after paying 4000 Rs. so called hospital. Please be aware and stay away such fraudulent peoples sitting in capital and no one is there to regulate or punish.

Very slow and poor service. Delayed so far by 3 hours and still the Dr is no where to be seen. Inconsiderate staff with no care for their patients. No delay signs or apologies either. Unhygienic toilet facilities.Improvements need to be made to this place as soon as possible!!
