Professional staff and good service. The premises is clean and has wide range of tests available. The equipment is new.Test results are accessible via an online portal and are made available in quick time. I took some tests at about 8pm and the results were in at about 11:15pm the same day.They also have consultant doctors available.The prices are okayish.

IDC DHA Phase-2 sample collection counter does not have any safety shield on their counter. I tried to complaint but was unable to get connected to the management.

Islamabad diagnostic center is the best Imaging services lab in Islamabad. Neat and tidy Environment. Although we paid a bit extra than the other labs, but the staff I found was very helpful and professional.

They have the worst possible reception area for transmitting Covid19 to their customers. A not more then 30x30 low ceiling reception area with atleast 50-70 people cramped in at any time of the day. If you are not sick but want to get sick and catch Covid19 , walk into the reception of Islamabad Diagnostic centre F-8 any time.

This a very good diagnostic centre providing almost all generally needed radiology plus lab services under one roof. The services and quality are of international standard.

I had Visited yesterday to get lab my reports but was unable to get reports after 20mints wait because there was a long queue awiated to get reports. 2 persons were at front desk but both were not able were not able to entertain queue even though a disabled person standing in the queue. I tried to ask from front desk person how much time will it take but didnt get a reasonable answer so left the lab without taking lab reports. Very disappointed...

I visited there today and Ill really appreciate the staff i was there for MRI test and when i was on my way to IDC they contact me and want me to be there on time at least they take care of their customers. And theyll provide me reporting to my nearest branch. Highly satisfied.

I wasn’t expecting this from IDC, had a flight for new York, I registered myself on fast track service. Their security guards are literally taking all your documents, no place for ladies to sit and they ask u to sit under a tent in open full of hundreds of male. No guidance at all you have to wait at least 2 hours for your turn. I would never recommend it for a family.

Very expensive lab. Patient enters in emergency. Paid Rs. 3800 for simply xray n cannot provide Rs. 15 mask. I was asked to get from medical store outside about 200 feet distance. I see the glamour but wonder the test equipment used in there lab. My family spent hundreds n thousands last several years but they only take oceans n cannot give a drop. A simply bakery provides u free mask if u buy Rs. 200 item. But IDC will not provide mask even if u spend Rs. 20000 per visit. How embracing!2. After patient leaves the do not change bed sheet.3. When ask u to undress for extra they do not provide cloth to cover.4. Most importantly their equipment do not give exect n clear result of tests.Horrible services

It is the job of phlebotomist to maintain patients comfort while collecting samples to complete test ordered. Mehr-un-nisa (IDC G-8) was overall very good in that as a patient i must appreciate her and i am very happy n satisfied with her. you have done the best.

I had very bad experience with them since all of the employees are in hurry and don’t listen to you what exactly you need.

Finding pakring here is a daunting task. You are taking hug charges and you cant provid parking to patients.Complete parking is booked for doctors and staff, how the hell patients will come there.If a single attendant has came with a patient, either he has to find the parking and patient has to stand there or take the patient and find the parking first and the both have to walk half a kilometre to reach the gate.

An old client of idc but this time pretty confused about idcs reporting standard. I underwent an ultrasound test on 23 april 18 and was told abt 1 stone of 11mm in right kidney and 1 stone of 3mm in left kidney. I started up with homeopathic medicine and on 28th april 18 some 7-9 good sized stones passed throgh my urine. On 30 th april i again went for ultrasound. Doc told now a probable 2.9mm stone at lower pole and 2 stones of 8mm and 3 mm in ureter in right kidney. 2mm stone in left. Now i m surprized that i passed 7-8 good sized stones in urine but still that 11 mm(8+3) and 2 mm stones are lying in my kidneys, and another suspected stone of 3 in one week time. How can i trust the reporting in this situation. Can i pass urine easily without any trouble if my ureter is stuffed with 8mm & 3mm stones? .. Called thrice on their complaint number. No reply. Perhaps time to say bye bye to IDC

I had my MRI appointment today at 2:40pm I reached at 02:25pm.. to save my time I did my registration and fee stuff a day earlier, but I didnt knew that today Im going to waste my good 40mins with the staff who is lying.. The staff was continously saying that the paitent before me is moving and her images are not clear so you have to wait for 5mins and we will call you but unfortunately this whole drama continued for 40min.. and when I inquired the staff was like wait for 2 more mins we will call you but I took my money back and went to QAU Hosp where they did my scan without waiting for a single second..P.s. dont trust IDC.. they book appointment for open MRI on phone and when you go for your scan they say open is not good technology its 1.3 and its not for heavy healthy people go for close tube MRI which is 1.5.. whereas at QAU I had my scan on open and had no issue of weight and images.. IDC lab is full of chor bazari they dont care about the patient and time.. they are just making money without realising the importance of time.. I dont recommend and will never go here again..

Call their main number and phone automatically disconnects, couldnt find anything more about them.

Ive been to islamabad diagnostic centre for my ultrasound throughout my pregnancy but the last ultrasound i had was not up to the mark. The staff was new and was confused in using the equipment and recording correct calculations. Considering this might be my last scan, any incorrect information could be fatal. Please avoid these mistakes in the future.

I went there today for CT Scan and MRI. Its an organized setup with excellent service and very helpful staff.

Today got appointment of MRI for my daughter. Time give us was 16:20 but we are still waiting to be called and the time now is 16:45. Im extremely uncomfortable and disappointed with the hygiene conditions at pathology point where there were more flys then dirty public bathroom extremely serious issue therefore decided not sit there for blood test cuz there is every chance of getting infection therefore cancelled and went to another renowned pathology lab located in blue area which was extention of disgraced medical conditions for what we pay.

Telephone helpline is terrible. Staff is unsupportive over phone and very rude.
