3rd class place to vist...From last 15 Days i am visting for gear oil But thay say plz come next week plz come next week..... even thay dont have Gear oil...

Pathetic experience. We were supposed to pick new cultus. There were scratches on the roof of the car. Interior was dirty. Silncer was rusted. We were heart broken. We are paying so much for this stuff.

Very cooperative staff. But want to say something about the manufacturer that there should be the corner for positive suggestion for manufacturer from end consumer. To add or dealt from their product is their own choice but at least come in knowledge.

Pathetic service. Part purchased from outside also marked with tax. Means we pay double tax once for shopkeeper and again on that part for there pathetic service. Khuda ka khof nai hai in logo ko.

Commenting about the car showroom, the sales exec didnt have adequate knowledge about the available products, no option of test drive, not entirely appealing ambiance in all

Its Suzuki so dont expect any more good from them. I bought a Wagon R from here first of all the roof had scratches on it told them to get it cleaned which took a lot of time. Had to get a door painted for another car turned out it was never painted in the booth and was just painted outside and the worst thing was the other car paint was on my car it wasnt a lot though but i was very disappointed. over all average experience. The workshop is good.

Very honest peopleDonot impose anything on youI had a very small radiator leak and they advised me to not further proceed in our service as the leak is very small and can be fixed by gas welding hence donot spend 8500 on a new radiatorI didnt know any good kabli radiator shop in Islamabad they removed the raditor and sent it got it fixed and only charged me 1000Whereas there working place is nice and cleanAnd technicians are trained and know what to do and dont experiment on your cars

Wrost dealership i have ever visited, the owner is very rude, arrogant... I booked an appointment for test drive, the next day i go for test drive, after documentation they said please sir be seated we will give uh a test drive, after waiting for almost 1 hour their owner came to me and said show me your Id card and driving licence, i gave him both, then he said chala letay ho, i said jee chala leta hn, then he said we are not giving test drive to those whose licence is not more than 5 year old i am still unable to understand his answer ....if they are showing such an attitude while selling their product, what care and support will they provide if i buy their product. Good luck suzuki i am better off with Toyota and honda. It doesnt seems like a franchise or dealership, it seems like a front man in Pakistan booked an orders and sell them here in Pakistan....I urge to all uh people out there please dont support this type of dealership...

Bought my suzuki 150 from there in 2017 on installments, was good in sales but after sales services are not so good. Their bike mechanic was mostly not available.

Much busy place it is with huge workshop. Had experienced warranty claim from them. They have low skilled workforce. Most of the labour in workshop do nothing and kill their time gossiping with each other while the customers wait for their turn to get their cars maintained.Labour in punjab is more intelligent and skilled than those in capital city. And This is valid in every field.If you want some experts to look after your suzuki car, it would be better to get it checked from Faisalabad or Lahore only.

I have got maintenance work done from Suzuki Federal Motors, several times, but quality of services provided by them are no technically good.Although they seem to be improved in the sense of customer relationship but still theres a lot to improve regarding technical services.

They deliver good service. I must appreciate Aqib Javed. Young talented guy. He was very helpful and humble. If you go in denting and painting section must meet this guy, what a gem. I wish him all the success in his future.

Asked and paid for alignment and wheel balancing, vehicle gone even more out of control after service. Complained them and I was asked to pay again for fixing their own mess.

They are good but sometime you wont able to get fair treatment when it comes to spare parts and its availability. They are good in on regular service and oil change.

Very rushy place.. The service quality is average.. Nothing fancy. Due to overload the customers are not treated with care. Management of work load is not appropriate.. I didnt have a good experience there... If you have other 3S or 5S dealer you should avoid coming here...

Outclass services. have 3S in it. specially Mr. Azmat in Parts department doing wonderful job.

I went to fix my car 2 dents and change front bumper. They took 4 days. The dents were not properly fixed and paint was carelessly done as i can see paint showers on other parts such as rim, tyre and even on door catcher.The bumper was in white paint but didnt match with car colour.The service standard is very poor.So i wont recommend you to go there.

This is a nice outlet of Pak Suzuki Motor Co Ltd at sector G-6 where a car showroom, sales offices, workshop and customer service are combined into one big and spacious premises.

Worst experience ever!!! Dont know how to handle business. Saying that as loyal old customer who has been cheated upon! They lie and cheat on whatever they get their hands on. Beware: Always check what you have paid for and get it documted as you will pay a LOT extra for totally substandard work which they will never accept they did.
