Poor web application, unable to take appointment even though I canceled old one but still not letting take new appointment. Dont even take phone calls. Such unprofessional people.
Poor service , i submitting my family passport and visa fee in.march 2020 and the next day saudi embassy stopped visa processing . I am.in KSA amd calling at there number for last six months they are not picking calls not replying my rmails even they have not submitted our passports back
Another alive example of corrupt administration. If you have regular appointment, they will say system is down. If you dont have appointment, They will charge you with VIP/ Lounge fees to continue the process.
Highly un-professional staff, very rude to the customers and being a service provider, they dont deserve even a single star. When pointed out to a staff member about his behavior with customers, instead of being apologetic, he was more rude. Saudi Government should ban such center.
They are world worst service customer service Zero education level zero. They even can not reply emails and after reaching them. They dont know what to reply.I CC all emails to Saudis Consulate also I am trying to reach to Mofa and attach the corresponding how Etimad have the customer service. My Mother submitted passport and they are not responding and update the status of passport. They can not reply to any email and my mother has to travel Australia and they not clear where my mother passport is. Worst service non professional. I don,t think they are humans those who operating Etimad Islamabad are miserable.
-For family visit , if your baby born in KSA and you are coming again you must bring birth certificate it is not mentioned in application but they will not proceed without birth card.-Service can be improve-Training required to deal with people.-Overcrowd-Services can be improved

Good Things1. A few people guide your properly.(Its hard for me to figure out more Goods at the moment!)Bad Things1. No Facility for Handicap people.2. Lift facility is there, but someone has to reach upper floor to call the lift go downward.3. Congested hall. No proper ventilation.4. Its useless to get the appointment from the Web. You will have to stand in long queues there.5. Uncivilized reception staff with rude faces.6. Hard chairs to sit on.7. No proper prayer place. There is only one side and you can not offer prayer with Jamat.8. Very Long Queues.Suggestion:Please change your intentions.Use IT as a tool. Use portal to allocate time slots to call people on time. Save people time.Note: They have a lounge facility with double rate and taxes but scenario is not much different.

Worst experience, I came to etimad office with my Grandma and we already took online appointment. All paperwork was already completed. Submission office staff got only 1 person and other 2 chairs were empty. People were waiting for submitting documents and money for last 5 hours. I ask them that whom I can complain and they refused to give me any answer. I am just Speechless...
Asslam alikum i have very good experience at Etimad islamabad.This is far better then lahore Etimad office.I reached here to process my visit visa.My visa center was Karachi so i had to submit my documents in Islamabad center.They charged me 32000 in lounge.I came here without appointment i reached office at 7a.m sit on first que at 9 right they put ladies inside the process hall. Then they sent first ques of man chairs to hall.Situation not panicked like lahore Etimad center.I complete my complete 5 passports process in 2 hours that was queit satisfactory.
Not even a single star. Very rude staff, they all behaved like they r boss. Very undiciplined environment. One person was yelling repetitive announcement for no reason. Very bad and pathetic environment in the mic. Look like fish market. Air conditioning was not good so smelly and yakk. Every one super lazy. From gaurd to biometric counters all should be sent home and recruit new staff friendly n well trained.
My famil visited to Etimad office people are cooperative but it’s batter to get appointment online but also they turn you to take launch services for his profits, before visiting so you should know about the required documents. Not even 1 star.Application entertained after wait of 6 hours even in Lounge Online Booking which shows lack of management.No updated status of application is available on website which shows lack of commitment.Passport not received on mailing address even after almost 3 weeks of application submission.6 numbers are available on website but no one is there to respond.Very pathetic service .

I visited etimad today was pleasently surprised at the courtiers behavior of staff in particular Sheikh sahib, Habiburehman and young girl of room 10 forgot her name all of them helped me a lott only problem is exorbitant photo copy chargesAftab abbasi

Very bad experience. My wife online his Fingerprints after 7 days they call us back and asking again for Fingerprints. What is this? 100 time we submitted our Visa documents in Lahore Etimad. But this is my first and Last experience with Islamabad etimad.

Hopeless and Disorganised. The place is just full of people and lounge for which they charge so much is useless as there are no refreshments or anything to eat. Service is slow rather pathetic.Air conditioning wasnt working and with a single water cooler for over 300 people, the place was suffocating. Dont waste money on this lounge thing, there was hardly any place to sit and we sat outside on the metal chairs for 6 hours.
Useless staff kept my passports for 2 weeks without any reason.Failed to enter data properly!Conveying incorrect information on reception!Forcing applicants to visit 3-4 times for a simple task.Going through a really bad experience with ETIMAD!

Extremely long waiting times (up to 4 hours) even with the expensive, lounge option. Do not charge the hefty fees if you cannot hire more people to handle the client load.

A very pathetic experience at isb office, staff behaviour is very rude especially submission office staff, their efficiency and working speed is as slow as earthworm.It almost take around 6 hours to complete the whole visa process. Administration must attention to it

My all work has done in one hour, but they have charged alottt for such small things. Eg: i hadnt took appointment so they charged 4000 per person, vaccination for rs 2000, form submission 600..

They took passport courier delivery fee from me and told me that passport will be deliver to my home but it is more than 3 weeks and they still didnt deliver the passport and not even picking up the phone.
I found them to be the worst visa service center...1. you take appointment online but when you reach the place you are given a “token” number in line with everyone else... and you may have to wait for an hour after your appointment time2. there is a person with Mega Phone in his hand shouting the token numbers giving you a feeling you are at a railway station3. the website tells you the mobile phone and handbags are strictly forbidden inside, you follow the rule only to find out everyone else has his mobile phone with him / her4. you want to launch a complaint ? forget about it... the staff is probably more rude than the saudi immigration staff at Jeddah airport... the supervisor / manager doesn’t even bother to see you5. selecting G-9 markaz for their office is probably their way of torturing their clients where the clients have to spend 25-30 minutes finding a spot to park their cars...

The office was air-conditioned and staff was very slow and there is usually a wait and service is very bad and the place is over-crowded and the canteen charges you extra and in case of washroom you have to pay a fees and if you are lucky and tell your problem to a senior post man so he will guide you or else you have to wait for days and the lounge is useless.
Had appointment but still took over 1hr 30min. Disorganised inside. No clear guidance. Felt like a little child lost in a big mall. Surprisingly the man at the counter was very friendly. Management needs a rude awakening.
