Had to wait for the cashier who showed up 1.5 hrs late to workDay 15: Went to pickup the Cert. The AD who was supposed to sign was 2 hrs late. Meanwhile his staff tried to get rid of me by making unjustified objectionsTypical sarkari attitude!

Poorest service, submitted an urgent application for birth registration certificate. On the 6th day of receiving they say they dont have the paper to print the certificate on. Bunch of ill manarred fools without a computer. No queues no tokens no greetings. Thats CDA Islamabad for you!

Staff was very helpful. There were no delays. Application was processed in time and certificate was delivered on time as well.

When I went to apply and paid the fee:Hamare paas 500 ki change nahi hai, bahar se le aaenI asked for a receipt and to proof-read: Hamare paas paper khatam nahi hai, jo banda le ke aata hai wo aaya nahi hai...agle hafte aa jaenWent to pick up the certificate, and it had one letter mistake in the name:ye to naya issue ho ga ab, aap bethain, wait karain, staff aaye ga to kaam ho gaWhy wasnt I given this to proof-read first...?:jee aap correction fees jama kara dain, entry main mistake ho jati hai...
