DHA Rawalpindi has failed to deliver phase 2 Extension Islamabad in 16 years. So better to think before investment here in DHA Rawalpindi

Dirty water is supplied in dha1.i got this water from water filter plant near mosque in dha1 sector a.

DHA played very badly with overseas by overwhkming dreams of facilities in DHA Valley. Unfotunately i think overseas always remains soft target for property mafia. DHA took advatange and delayed Valley project since last 13 years. We dont know who will ask DHA abt our money which we used for plot in Valley as final destination and shelter in Pakistan.

They are fruads....dont invest here....their dha valley project is a big scam ... approx. 70,000 families are waiting for their plots n houses for 10 years now...

Excellent Time spent there...mesmerizing weather and fresh breeze to enjoy healthy life.Prices are too much to have n accommodation at DHA phase 1 but its worth living there if u live in rawalpindi. Lovely views and cleanliness in whole area. U will want to go there for relaxing everyday.

There are lot of problems with water supply particularly in sector A. We have to request for water bowser quite frequently despite very judicious use of water. To add further to the problem there are small worms in water which is extremely creepy and highly unhygienic.

Very peaceful environment. Good place to live.

Its number one real estate invester overall of Pakistan but they take long time for plots possession. It takes almost a decade but after that also they dont give the plot.We are still suffering from this problem. We bought few plots in 2007 but still local villagers homes are there and the area is also not developed.
