They are not solving my problems.In the office timing office is closed .Worst services.

The staff is friendly and polite but service rendering is not very professional. Be prepared for long waiting times. And multiple visits between two levels of their office. They work like people in the government offices do and keep sending you from one desk to the other. Even though all the process is computerized.

Staf watch movies nd close office

Office staff is very very misbehaving. Office closure time is 5 o clock but they close it at 4 o clock. They have even removed the office timing notification also so that no one can blame them for office timing issues. Very pethetic guys.

That was nice , staff are very cooperatively, humble . Good place to resolve if has any one issue regarding rides,apps,billing and many.onky issue comes when rush here then has to wait outside the office in line even in hot air with fire

I search on Google about its timing it say office is open on sunday till 5 pm I visit the office at 1pm its closed ... Poor service they waste my time n money

Highly non professional attitude of customer service representatives. Highly disappointed on this non professional approach. I am sure few of these captains are going to ruin your company’s reputation in no time as you have given them authority to mis-use the system and you in turn provide them protection by not helping the customers with their complaints and also by not sharing contact details. And also advising the customers to settle matters for themselves

Hi, Yesterday i joined training session in careem office F-10, i observed in the tutorial videos that captains does not follow seat belt policy, in practical in islamabad city they are following but the videos showing without seat belt policy careem appreciates....please add videos with seat belt policy as mandatory.thanks

These peoples are totally illetrate never resolve the issues of captains.

Un professional behaviour. when i called on the mentioned number , they hang up.

Captian fraudulently took a good sum of amount from me and did not add to my wallet. Careem helpline has not responded either. PATHETIC!
