A good team of professionals and all services at one desk with ease

Having made my license with them 5 years ago, I went for a renewal for another 5 years. Process was simple as I had to deposit the renewal fee at any IBD branch of NBP and then fill up 2 forms at the centre. A brief wait for the forms to be signed and I was handed over a receipt that I could use as a license for about 20-25 days till the license could be delivered at the address mentioned in the form! The entire effort took half an hour and had to wait some more as I had arrived at precisely 0900hrs and the officers took some time to resume their offices!! My only suggestions would be to have. A collection booth of a NBP representative within the office, having the option of self collection of licenses as most of applicants and users are working and there may not be anyone to collect the licenses at home (as Im my case). Overall satisfied with my experience of having my license renewed. Good management and a well organised set-up.

My experience with the office was okay. Despite all the computerisation, we still rely on manual forma, photocopies, etc. NHA has a good opportunity to make processes that are lean and easy instead of still relying on legacy manual processes.

I own a licence of motorcar of NH & Motorway Police and everyone looking for a licence should prefer this licence instead of others because:1. It is the licence of overall Pakistan not Islamabad or punjab etc.2. Respectful and organized system of processing and validation for every citizen.3. Is prior than other licenses because of the tests they conduct and represents overall Pakistan.

Worst place to get your driving license, the staff is extremely rude. They don’t give you proper instructions before you start the test and expect you to know what they want. The lady instructor is the worst, she looks the other way while talking to you. EXTREMELY RUDE!!And also they open at 9 but don’t bother to show up early because they take their sweet time having breakfast in the office while you wait for your turn outside in the heat.

Process was very smooth and staff is very cooperative, Although the Internal and External Tests were bit difficult for newcomers but it was good because they test almost every possible traffic scenario. No Islamabad Address restriction also. Once you pass the test then License will be delivered to Postal Address mentioned on CNIC..

The best DMV authority in the world ! And that, folks, is a genuine compliment. Ive been to the various Florida DMV locations, Toronto MTO, Quebec SAAQ, Jeddah DLA, and no place comes close to the professionalism, politeness and courtesy that the employees here exhibit.Additionally, the place is exceptionally clean and the DLA accepts anyone from Pakistan as opposed to the F8 office, which is only for ICT CNIC holders.The process is straight forward; you will- register- verify your personal credentials- eye exam (to make sure you arent blind!)- digital signatureAnd then off you go for the theory computer based test, which is tough because you can only get 1 wrong in the signage test and 3 in the theory.They give you a booklet to study (400) questions!!!After which, you do an obstacle course type test and then finally is a road test done very professionally and you are videotaped for record keeping purposes. Note that if you dont have a stick-shift (manual transmission), this will be mentioned as a handicap on your license.The only advantage of having a foreign license is that they exempt you from the 42 day wait time as a learner. But take a test, you must.God speed and God bless
