Provide better and cheap services to the customers throughout in Pakistan as well beyond the country but some people give preference to the private services i.e TCS and Leopard having rude behavior of post office staff. Some black sheeps are not entertained utility bills with oftenly asking to the customers that bills are not deposited in Post Offices and you may easily adopt the procedure newly launched Mobile easypaisa or bank services. Therefore Postal service is going in crisis day by day. I am therefore recommended to check and ballance of post offices especially located in rural areas may be initiated in view of narrative text.

Worst customer service. No dignity what so ever when they blackmail to release the package. Serious need of training needed in customer service to people who answer emails, especially international inquiries. These people are sitting there to get money only, not to assist general public.
