This pepes branch is absolute a waste of timeEverytime you go there something they do wrong sometimes cold rice sometime no napkins etc etc they have enough staff for a tiny place but non of them have been trained properly.The supervisor runs off when u complain and you dont see him again the staff give you false telephone numbers when you tell them that you want the head office number.Never again we will use this discusting location.If you want food poisoning go ahead and eat from here.

Horrible outlet. No sense of SOPs or how staff operates. Went there last week and saw the cooks were sitting on the floor and using their cellphones and upon placement of an order of the person ahead of me, got up with the help of their hands and started touching everything from crockery to tissues to utensils to food handling and preparation with the same dirty hands. Didn’t even bother to wash them. They didn’t wash them or feel embarrassed even when I challenged them. I inquired about where their manager was to complain to him as well but not surprisingly, he himself was also not present. Had fond memories of Pepe’s from the UK and wanted to try those foods here but sadly I won’t be going there at all with such unhygienic and primitive practices. 0 Stars.

If you are looking for some extra hot taste then this is the best place to eat in when ever i go giga mall i must eat here,but i will suggest just dine in don’t take away other wise you will be disappointed like me once i did a takeaway but when i opened the parcel at home trust me i didn’t even touch it, it was looking like an uncooked chicken...

Well, the hidden tax and menu deal (fries, dip and drink/seperatly sold) that comes with every order definitely didnt mentioned by the waiter, somehow was a let down, and secondly the pics shown on the menu and the real order was nowhere close enough, watch out for Espetada, totally different as advertised on the menu.

Im astonished looking at good reviews and am wondering if these people are talking about the same Pepes where I went.It has been worst experience of all. The burger I tried was hell too dry, the service was a complete mess and a chaos where the serving took double or maybe three times that of the said serving time and there were barely two people taking care of several tables, which again created an unwanted chaos. Not only this, it was hell hot in there and the seating area was suffocating. When you wait for this long, you are expecting at least a good taste, but my anticipation of good taste was completely ruined. Never going to make this mistake again

My love for Pepes Piri Piri keeps on increasing day by day..I tried Pepes when me and my wife landed at Heathrow and reached our appartment and we both were really really hungry and my cousin (our host) suggested me to try Pepes so we went straight to Pepes and me being a spicy food lover it was nothing less then heaven and now over the years nothing beats Pepes for me. Their sauces are very different from other flame grilled chicken available in the market. Espetada is so juicy that one cant resist to have it at least 3 days a week. Mostly people dont know about Pepes here in Pakistan and they are always reluctant to try anything different so I would highly suggest to just try it once.Sad part is that they have closed down their emporium branch but good news is that they are coming to MM Alam road next to Hardees very soon.

Please be aware of frauds.. We went there in a group. Some of us ordered from piri piri. While few brought something to eat from McDonalds. The staff didnt stop or say anything beforehand. In the end when we were leaving they charged extra 700 per person for using there restaurant seats. There was no warning about this rule. The food is also not good. And staff was rude as well

Food tastes okay!!! They gave us expired ketchup. Brought the food without plated and we kept waiting to a point that i had to go and ask for them. The staff is not welcoming they are naive and dont really care what you sayAfter the order was placed i was told that they did not have the peri peri bited which is insane why would you not tell us while we were ordering. In short i had to go to Mcdonalds myself and get ketchup

Waste of money chicken was dry no taste and no dips was given neither any salad with 1/2 chicken meals drinks was given wrong pitta wasnt the pitta it was thin bread wouldnt recommend.

The environment is very bad. The staff attitude is disrespectful. There is no help provided by the waiter. The tables are dirty and the chars and floor have drinks on them. Horrible restaurant to go for enjoyment.

Terrible customer service. Food might be good but service is pathetic. Because of slightly wet roads, they refused to deliver to a location just 0.2 miles away. And they had the gall to ask my name just to confirm if I was a specific someone else. This might be an international chain but it is definitely not apparent through its service.

I went to the UK Pepes in East Ham, London for roughly a year and its taste was the same whenever i dropped by. So I went to the GigaMall Pepe a couple of months back and I can see the fatigue setting in, still its my favourite chicken/chips/rice place better than any *FC or McDs. Whats funny though is that the menu shows the chick n rice served in a box, which it is in the UK.

I have visited their branch in Giga Mall. The food is good and the staff is friendly. Definitely worth a visit.
