Since the out door seating arrangements, they are not been able to catch up with the level of warmness required for food. In addition to this, food presentation and taste has also been compromised. Though its my favourite place but its going down.

Meh, too much hyper. The staff kept ogling our guests, very uncomfortable feeling. It couldve been a great experience but turned out to be pretty creepy. Paratha was good. Chaye was so so. But then again who can you satisfy with chaaye. Please get training done of staff of not ogling guests as it becomes very weird after 30 mins

Went for dinner for the first time. Had heard superb reviews of the food here, but unfortunately our first experience was not up to mark.It had a nice spacious clean seating area, and the staff was courteous.The food took around half an hour to arrive after the order was placed. It was good in some items (onion rings, curly fries, doodh patti, molten lava), average for some items (burgers, chicken chilli dry, chicken chowmein), and extremely poor for the steaks (Sirloin steak, T-bone steak). We were not asked how we would like the steaks to be done. The steaks were extremely hard, barely edible, even with the serrated steak knife! Worse, they didnt even taste nice, extremely bland and tasteless, and to make things worse, no sauces were placed on our table either. HP sauce came upon request, but mustard and chilli sauces were still not provided. The mashed potato given with the steaks was very little as well.A complimentary molten lava was provided, so a thank you to the manager. However, the prices at this place didnt justify the quality at all. Maybe we got unlucky, or the cook was in a bad mood or something :)The invoice provided at the end was extremely unprofessional, with all sorts of incorrect items listed, and some items with no name mentioned as well! The waiter had to be asked to provide the proper itemization on the invoice.Avg price per head: 1500pkrMusic: yes, turned off on request.

My go to place.. always :DFriendly staff and good ambience. Garlic mushroom on toast is simply the best. Customer care is taken very seriously here. I had to wait extra 10 minutes for brownie after getting my coffee; waiter excused for it and I wasnt charged for the brownie!

Chaayekhana F-11 is the best restaurant in Islamabad. Its location is a bit difficult as it is a little away from the center. It is the most expensive restaurant. Its staff management and food are very good.One of Layyah celebrities is also in the staff. He is a legend. His tea is very good

I dont even want to rate this restaurant if you are interested in wasting money than visit. No taste and no quality and even food which is so expensive is not fresh. Quantity is very less at high price.wont even think of going to that place again.

Islamabad offers some good breakfast and brunch places. Chaaye khanna is one of them. Best Part is, if you are coming for breakfast, it is not that heavy on your pocket and offers good variety of breakfast options. Like, two person can have good breakfast or brunch under Rs.1000, along with quality service and relaxed ambience. Reason why, it is always quite crowded (this is what I consider a little draw back as I dont prefer much crowd). On weekdays, youll find less crowd though. Highly recommended.

Its just an alright place. Good seating outside but usually crowded so corona concerns remain. Theyre following some sops though. The food is quite overpriced and certainly not worth the price tag.

Its My first time actually that we gathered at chaaye khana. In Menu there is veriety of food and drinks. Service was good and active. In addition to a nice meal environment was soothing too. Internally well decorated artificial flowers and wall laintings.We enjoyed gossip. Yet, the most important element of any restaurant is its food. Here food is good and reasonablein price. This restaurant has a great variety of the desserts, appetizers. In general, I’m very happy that there is such a great place where I can spend a great time with my friends. It is very peaceful when there are not many people inside.

Shocking. There was building work going on upstairs with decibel factor 100..i kid you not, you cannot nake this up. Food was fine.

Its a good place overall with comfortable sofas and chairs like overall interior. Food is average. I only go there atleast once a week to have their “special chai” and “hot and sour soap”. But unfortunately they do not always provide me “special chai” because of non availability of condensed milk which I really don’t appreciate :(

It was an ok visit nothing fancy aloo parathas were good seasoned well full of potatoes and spicePuri and the chicken was niceChicken cheese grilled burger was below average very few thin slices of chicken and very small filling of cheese aswell nothing else in the burger except 1 slice of tomato nd lettuceFries were dry and did not have salt or any seasoning whatsoeverMint margarita or as they call it mint magic was average nothing too much special in it.Nutella shake was ok lacked the main ingredient of nutella taste in it. It was more like a chocolate syrup type taste in it not too good was too much liquidity a shake has to be a little thick atleast.

If you are a tea lover then visit this place. Nice ambience with wide variety of teas and desserts to accompany. Food is OK, and I think its a little bit on expensive side considering the price and quantity ratio. But it is definitely the place to enjoy different sorts of delicious herbal teas.

The servers need to be trained better, not the best service I have had, not even a good one. The food was good. Nothing amazing just good. I don’t mind going again. Oyster sauce noodles was the star dish for me. Not a big fan of their potato croquettes.
