Best Western Hotel is an international chain of 3 star hotels. Its presence is in several countries of the world. I have stayed in this hotel many times and at various occasions 1 to 4 weeks. Attended number of workshops conferences and mèetings here in this Best Western Hotel. I have also deliverd lectures and imparted trainings.Best Western Hotel located on main Murree Road near Rawal Chowk Islamabad. Its is amidst lush green area which make it special.Affoardable, neat clean and beautiful location. Mishal coffee shop is nice place to sit and have cute sips of coffee. Food stuff is good. Room service is also nice and appreciable.Staff is courteous and trained having sense of hotel business.Number of marriages are celebrated here as it has spacious halls.However now a days due to construction of second floor of building hotel is temporarily closed and after construction of 2nd floor the rooms capacity will increase and many more guests, they will be able to accommodate. I like this hotel much and recommend it for stay if you are going to Islamabad.

Best western hotel located in club road rawalpindi. Best western offer spicy cusine. Beautiful and pleasant environment of hotel attract people.At night it looks more attractive .Also they offer room services with best facilities .Good option for weddings cermony.Inside of hall is amazing.

The taste of food and management facility was just ordinary. The food quality and service standards ned special attention of the management. The arrangement of halls is also quite old now, needs to be replaced.

Its a nice and upgraded hotel among the other hotels of Islamabad providing budgeted but luxurious accommodation with all facilities like laundering, room service, rentals etc. Big halls also facilitate large gatherings and celebrations. Small board rooms could be used for small meetings of about 20 people. They have only one restaurant but food is good with variety of dishes, desserts are also good. Overall a well maintained Hotel in limited resources.

Hotel is in a very nice location. Room sizes are good for small families. Although they are very old and need some serious renovation. Carpets outside in corridors smells really bad. Bathrooms are small and old. The ongoing construction which seems never ending and happening for the last two years is becoming a big nuisance. The new reception staff needs a lot of training on dealing with customers although they are helpful. Breakfast standard is going down. No buffet in the restaurant anymore. Despite assurance from reception for a car the airport pick and drop is a big van very cramped and uncomfortable. Definitely not a 4 star hotel 3 star at best.

Its a good hotel in reasonable price. Services are good , at the time Im giving this review the gym is under construction but in few months the hotel will be refurnished.

The service is awful! Front desk just say yes but nothing no follow up. Internet is so slow (1h to do my online check in for my flight)...management not there there is only inexperienced guys. Breakfast is good.They are adding an extra floor they didnt say anything while booking as you cant sleep with so much noise!!

One of the oldest hotel & banquet Hall of Islamabad located in a very fine area. Banquet Halls are old style though maintained but expensive. Some renovation work was going on when i visited few months ago! Food has always been reported average.

Motel is under renovation and will be complete approx 3-6 months

Right now it is difficult to suggest companies or corporates to arrange their meetings in best western because it under construction from past around 6 months.so its little noisy and as it is under construction so its 1st image at first look is not so impressive. otherwise its good in taste n administration is cooperative.

Best Western hotel has lost its ambience, food quality and service quality it was once known for. Food quality has gone down drastically. There are much better options available in town. Not recommended.

A modest place by any standards. The room service is much better though. If you are a business traveller and have a limited budget then this is the place for you. Government functionaries would find it more suitable due to their meagre travelling/daily allowances.

Hotel staffs are behaving nice, like as a friends, but in parking area we are seen many Alcohol bottles & its my thoughts that this is not a good things for visitors, specially child

Keeping in mind the standards set by Best Western hotel chain, this however falls badly in that area or not even close. The building itself is quite old with less or no renovation done in ages. Management is ordinary as well as the facilities provided are minimal.The banquet halls are immensely tight and hardly alive.With the room charges they ask the facilities are okayish but keeping in mind international best western then allot improvement is required.

Best hotel for stay/good food and the crew of the hotel also beave like friends clean rooms friendly admosfare..

Yes indeed a very hotel as far as location is concerned. Still needs improvement as bathrooms and rooms are old. Breakfast standard is down but luch n breakfast is better. I wud rate it upto 3 out of 5.

My 4/5. But good value for money. About a year ago I lived here for a night. It was a good experience, the highlights were quick room service (I got clothes pressed, shoes polished and all arrived within 15 min) and a great mutton dinner served in the room at a very normal price of 750 PKR. The room was clean and well lit and I was very happy with overall experience.The only downside I faced was that the shower in the washroom was faulty and there was no ATM in the nearby area. The in-house cab service is 4-5 times expensive than the one you can find by yourself if you walk to the main road in front of it (murree road) and hail a cab. The only difference is that most of the cabs that you will hail off the road wont have air conditioning in them. So make your own decision. Islamabad is fine without air conditioning for most of the year.And also to make sure to call the reception beforehand and negotiate on the room rates. There are a couple of hotels nearby like Ramada so you have a lot of options so bargaining is easy.

Its supposed to be a four star hotel however the condition and facilities speak only of 2.5 stars to the max.

I booked the hotel for wedding event held in this month. The arrangements were superb (ambience, hospitality, space, food quality etc). No hidden charges.

This was my first time at Best Western in Islamabad. I have stayed in Best Westerns in USA and Canada once in a while and they had acceptable service. So I thought about checking it out in Islamabad, but was extremely disappointed, and moved to Serena the next day.This is nothing like the Best Westerns in USA and Canada, and it seems this one is independently owned and operated. I wont be surprised if they are not officially part of Best Western and using their name illegally.I had confirmed reservation but on arrival the person at reception Adnan claimed that that room is not available but can give me another room for a higher rate. He held me hostage by saying that if I dont take the higher rate room then there was no room.This is fraud and and completely unacceptable. I demand a refund.Adnan later also embarrassed me again by demanding to make a copy of the ID card of my coworker when we were going to my room for discussing a project and having tea, even though I had told him that the coworker was not staying and only there for a short time. Adnan claimed that this is required by law which is a lie.This place does not maintain the standards of Best Western and does not deserve to be part of it as it gives bad impression by association.Stay away from this place.
