Positive: Nothing at all. This should not be allowed on booking.com. Negative: Everything from crockery to washroom to behaviours to cleanliness. Washrooms were smelly. The owner is the most greediest person i have ever seen. Only concern for him is to trap customers with talks. And at the time of check out he said the record was lost tried to take another day charges. If i didnt had the slip for motorway travel with date. He was sure to fight. No family environment. All dates and couples were allowed. Washroom were stinky. There were cockroaches . We had 2 rooms. Both were the same. Ac are not working. They will charge you for breakfast but wont give any without taking extra money..

Bathroom conditions was very poor, washbasin was loose and not properly rigid.Room windows were broken and unable to close them in winter season. In late night, the caretaker shutoff the Heating system.Location is good, the market and restaurants are nearby.

--First ill state the Cons:1-No drinking water available in rooms2-we stayed for 3 days and not even once our room was cleaned by sanitary worker3-Lights are not working4-Geyser is unserviceable(no hot water)5-Dirty bedsheets, they didnt change them for 3 days6-Overpriced Rooms7-Loose sockets hazard for childrens--Now coming towards Pros:1-Its closer to F 10 markaz and thats it.

An average guest house. Prices Are reasonable. Breakfast is worst.

Positive: Staff was helpful. Negative: Very dirty bugs, poo still in toilet when we arrived.

Well you get what you pay for a place to put your head down and if it wasnt so cold during the night then some form of heating.Friendly staff on call just a issue with the hot water hopefully theyve got that sorted. Very close to the local bazaar and mosque so eating out is not essential as you can pick up and bring your food back to the make shift eating area. We was a group of 24 family from UK, Saudi and Pakistan. Cleanliness is a little hummmm and it looks like previous guests had a party and left alcohol bottles and condoms behind.

Great place to stay try it if you are visiting Islamabad. Best thing is that market will be few steps away anything you want should be there for example food, clothing, hair cut and games.

Positive: I WILL NOT TAKE THE BREAKFAST BE CAUSE KITCHEN NOT CLEAN. Negative: KITCHEN SHOULD BE CLEAN AND STAFF ALSO AND EXHAUST FAN BROKEN IN THE WASHROOM.

Crappy rooms, expensive as hell. We were overcharged even with checkout a day earlier.Many lamps or lights in room werent working.No hot waterno complimentary breakfast or even tea.
