Stayed two years before after their opening, it was actually old, ordinary, JAWA HOTEL, not so big one, that has been renovated with chain of Hotel One. The positive point is its central location in sector, availability of public transport and nearby Islamabad Pindi Metro Bus station. They offer breakfast with multi choices in package. However, prices are too much high as compare to the facilities and location of this hotel. You can hear whole day and night horns of passing by traffic etc.

I was here for a short stay—one night only. I had made my booking through their contact number directly, and when I arrived (around 1:30pm) they were finishing the check-outs and making the rooms ready. I was checked-in around 2pm and I can say the rooms were nice for the value I paid, they do offer breakfasts, but I had to leave early so I could not try out the buffet breakfast—I remember breakfast of Hotel One Multan, which was nice. So, overall, a great place to come by if you want to have a good room for a good budget.

Receptionists behavior was nice but 5000+tax per night is too much .. Building is too old.. Rooms are two old.. Its like a guest house.. If its for 3000 rs per night then its good enough. Breakfast time was 7:30 am but as I have stayed in alot of hotels breakfast time is normally 6:30 am -max 7am. But important part is that I waited till 7:50 am then they started filling the dishes

At reception and restaurent the washroom is neet however there be anarangment for wazu ...suggested

Hotel one came as a surprise, as the rooms were spacious, services were good and breakfast was very nice. The location of the hotel is the only bad thing about the hotel.

Hotel Ones Branch in i9 was average in terms of service and quality, no personal kits and room wasnt clear properly, its overrated and expensive as well.

Its a reasonable hotel but there is inconsistency in their service. Sometimes it is ok and sometimes it is below standards.

Please avoid this place at all costs.You are better off staying at any other hotel in town. I had to stay there because I couldnt find room in any of the other hotels which were due to some conference.The main complaint about this place is that the staff is highly unskilled. The person sitting at the reception desk doesnt know how to talk to customers, he will be talking on the phone to someone else while simultaneously talking to you.They dont know how to use their own systems and if you make your reservation in advance then they will inform you that they dont have you in their system and then after wasting your time they will say that they found your reservation in their system.Then they wont even own up to their mistakes.You can get much better customer service at any other restaurant. Just avoid these people.

Good and cheap place to stay. Its not an extravagant hotel but a lot better than other cheap ones.

Rooms are very small and the linen was not clean. Nothing was complementary not even a tea. Washroom stunk like there might be an issue with either exhaust or drain pipe. We requested a mattress which was stained and dirty and we had to pay an extra 1000 per for it as well. Location is also pathetic as its built on top of commercial shops.Overall, they failed to make a 1st positive impression. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Staff is very courteous, I prefer staying with them, its secure and comfortable. Never have problem in checking in and out, but I always make payments in advance via my travel agent. Food quality is good.

A centrally located branch of Hotel One. This location is great for those who are visiting the twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad for business purposes. It gives great convenience of you have to move around. The accommodation is good and so is the service. Food is better than average but not great. Overall a great experience

A budget friendly hotel with standard services.

The hotel is very good considering the price and service they provide. The rooms were very nice and clean with a refrigerator and AC. The bathroom in my room did not have a bath tub, but the bathroom was overall very nice and clean. Complimentary breakfast had tea, coffee, cereal, paratha, karahi, sausages and aaloo bhujia and eggs. The wifi was very good and tea and kettle was also provided.

Poor Experience. First of all, located in a very crowded, rushy and noisy commercial zone. No proper sound proof system in the windows. The breakfast was the worst I had.

Hotel ONE Islamabad situated in I-9 industrial area with a good access. Its old jawa hotel building but beautifully renovated for hotel requirements and needs. Beautiful entrance with a huge parking lot. At entrance in hotel a very wide lobby and front desk sharing dinning area. Rooms are beautiful and comfortable. Tiles flooring but very clean. Food stuff is good and affordable. Good for families and business tourist of medium class and for whom looking for gentle and economical residence.

A nice and affordable hotel with basic facilities. Reception area is a little small. Rooms are well maintained abd decent size. Bathroom shower area is too small. Room service is good. Plenty of parking space for the guest.Only the location of the property is in a lower end part of the town.

Not really sure about the rooms but the banquet is very bad here. The place is too congested for a group meal and the meeting rooms are not ideal either.
