This Place only gets the 2 stars for its interior designing of the Lobby and some of the rooms plus its near to Jinnah Super Market. Apart from it I got room in this winter time with kids and came to know they have no Heating System in the Rooms all they can provide is Extra Duvet. Our Room was next to the kitchen and in the morning it feels like we are sleeping in kitchen the room needs some soundproofing Seriously. You should not consider this Hotel if u are looking for comfortable Sleep.Charged 120 Rupees for 1 Bottle of Mineral Water800 for Extra Mattress.....They need Some professionalism, upgradation of their Rooms specially Toilets.The night time staff was cooperative.

Pros:1. Excellent location; few minutes walk from Jinnah Super.2. Clean / well maintained rooms.3. Very courteous and well mannered staff.Cons:1. Rooms in the basement need some sound proofing. There was another family staying there and sat down in the dining area around midnight. They kept talking very loud and despite several complaints to staff; nobody realized they were torturing rest of the guest. Eventually, I opened my door to talk to them. They were mostly ladies, so I avoided confrontation due to possible use of Feminism Card. I just sat on one of the tables doing nothing and listening to their conversation. Within a minute they felt uncomfortable and ran away.2. Rooms in the basement have poor system for hot water. Rooms on ground floor have a totally different issue; all of a sudden the water can turn boiling hot! And at that time, even the cold water line runs the same boiling water. I complained several times cos it was extremely dangerous and could lead to a serious accident. Apparently, instead of a geyser, they have some boiler installed for hot water and there is some problem that must be addressed before someone gets burnt. I hope the management does read my review and take remedial measures.

Everything about Shelton’s Rezidor is cool. The stay was a total comfort and the location is perfect!All famous Islamabad spots are nearby The staff are superb and very polite. The facility is great place to stay in and I am sure I will come back to stay there againRecommended for families.Parking easily available.

Location is good, Jinnah Super Market is at a 10 minute walk, near to Centaurus and also close to Faisal Mosque. Easy access to Margalla Hills. When talking about average, this place is more than Average, rooms are neat n clean, caring & humble staff at front desk whereas room boys need to be trained. Overall a good place for family. Keep it up.

A mediocre hotel cum guest house in a bungalow. Staff is quick bust lack basic professionalism of hotel industry. May be a option while looking for an economical accomodation in Islamabad. Overall an average experience may keep it is a second option once you dont get a room in some reasonable hotels. I just had coffee which was above average. But didnt try lunch or dinner

Very comfortable and clean. It is located in a nice neighborhood that has Jinnah Super and Centaurus very close to it.We stayed here in very cold weather, but the temperature indoors was always very cosy. Especially enjoyed the kitchen, everything we ordered was yummy, they even took customized orders to facilitate senior citizens and kids. Staff was courteous and accommodating. However, I had to take a couple of cold showers. There was hot water in the bathrooms but it wasnt consistent. I was told it was due to the low gas supply, which was understandable but it did take a star off my rating.All in all I recommend Sharons Rezidor!

Nice place to stay in Islamabad

The location of the hotel is excellent and the near Jinnah supermarket is only 10 minutes walking distance and the room is clean and friendly staff and the food is excellent.

They need to hire mainance officer and a better cook. There are many issues with small things in room like broken toilet lock, cloth hanger etc. Some foods in restaurants are taste less. However they have free wifi, hot water and good in many ways when compared to price

My experience with them was very bad. In the morning I booked two rooms and when I started off and in the mid way I got a call from them stating that the guests over stayed and we cannot accommodate your request and they suggested a hotel named as casa grande and advised us to stay there. As we reached casa grande the place was very shabby and the floors were dirty and bed sheets had hair on them. Totally disliked the place and when we wanted to leave they charged us 4000rs because we wanted to find a better place.Ultimately I had a very bad experience with them and I would not recommend this hotel at all because they are very unethical and un professional

Excellent place. Good value for the money. The food is okay but that’s not an issue since you’re close to the main markaz in F7 and you can get virtually anything delivered. The parking is limited so you might end up parking in front of a house in the street but it appears relatively safe, I mean my car was still there but you never know.Considering what you pay for a room, this is excellent. Please don’t ruin it for the rest of us if you decide to see how much partying is allowed there.

Washrooms need serious rework. Bedding needs to be changed. Location is good but the amenities and services are not upto the mark.

Shelton Rezidor is gem of a place to stay with family and for business.First they will welcome with complementary drinks and then provide you with a great service till end of your service. Breakfast buffet is awesome with number of choices ( which is also complementary by the way)Rooms are very squeky clean, have great room service and all perks like cooling and heating system plus safe box. Wash room s are also clean with all toiletries. You dont need to take your own toothbrush or toothpaste.Staff will treat you with respect and as guests not as they do these days at other places.Location is superb. Building is spacious, beautiful and clean. You will not feel suffocated.Centaurs mall, Jinnah super , and even government offices are not too far.Parking is available but one thing they Jack is sun shade.Wifi is available and free.Overall experience is awesome.
