It is good but having some descrepencies in it. I am still here and will rate it after my completion of tour.

I stayed here a couple of times. The hotel is neat and clean. The staff is well mannered. They have decent parking as well. I checked in late both times without any issue. I also had to leave by 6am and they were polite enough to start breakfast a little earlier for me. The breakfast itself was OK. Ordered green tea via room service. Service was prompt, the tea itself was so-so.

Its a good place to stay, the staff is friendly, food quality is above average. Rooms are clean. But they can improve their standard by doing some more efforts. I prefer my stay in my next visit to Islamabad

A nice place to stay near Rawal Lake. There are other hotels in the vicinity. Rooms are spacious and maintained. Lighting in the room is not Very good for reading books. Breakfast served in lobby area is good but does not have more variety but still is good.

Regency hotel is just beside the Ramada Hotel and both are quite decent places when it comes to food, motel and services. However both of these places seems to me are way too expensive. So I would not recommend these place instead I would recommend Margala Hotel which is way better beacuse of its location, scenery, and service.(Well its rates are almost same as Ramada & regency so no luck there)

Water served in broken glass, and broken glass pieces in drinking water. Bad ventilation in basement conference hall. Taste of food is good.

Toilet seat cover was worn and need replacement. Apart from that, it is a good hotel with friendly atmosphere.

A three star hotel with average foods and meeting rooms you can get room from 10000 to 15000

Their heating system was not on inspire of cold weather. I got sick bcz of their snaks

This is the first time I stayed in grand Regency Islamabad Hotel on club Road and I had a very good impression in my mind keeping the location in head. However. It aas sheer disappointment when I checked-in. Room were smelly, cabinets very dirty and very old, TV in my room was very small and was not working properly. However the only good part was the staff. They very cooperative and polite. Regency need to revamp their rooms ASAP to retain their clients.

This is situated on the Murree Road and there are many hotels on this road....This is a bit far from the city center...The rooms are okay but could have been better for this price of about 70$ per night....Buffet Breakfast can also be better...Overall not so good not so bad

Small compact hotel on club road, clean rooms but amenities provided are just ok. Room cooling was not up to the mark. Although 4 storey building but have only one lift which results in long ques outside lift.

It was good experience having time there. Rooms are good and staff is also cooperative. Buffe system, foods were also delicious. Nice lobby. Good lifts. Over all a good hotel.

Service standards need to be revised.

Still there is room for improvement. Suggestions could be shared when ever somebody from higher Management or from owners will try to contact customers. Or when somebody from Hotel Management will become ready to LISTEN.

With respect to Event Hall:Small cozy hotel good for small gatherings. Food served was average, bathrooms not clean.They can improve their parking area at the back of the hotel. A little more effort could improve their rating overall. Gave them 4 star for good sitting area and nice and clean tables / cutlery / food. Had expected it to be way more average then what I found out myself.

Hotel is affordable with fair facilities. Breakfast is complimentary. Rooms are comfortable and with necessary furniture. Necessary items like shaving kit, toothpaste brush, shampoo etc are available in washrooms.

Owners need to renovate rooms, washrooms and cupboards as they are old now....especially cupboards are infested with termites....the breakfast needs more variety and taste....Chinese food makes you cry in the afternoon....A lot has to be done by the management.....Halls are also requiring renovation......

Was there with my journalist friend whose brother and a friend were residing at this hotel. The reception area was impressive. The overall structure looks good. Not sure on other facilities within the hotel though. It is located on main Murree Road, closer to Islamabad Club.

Not bad as for Pakistan standard, you May have some problem with hot water, but not always. Room was after smokers and not refreshed, little bit dusty, few towels fresh and few.... not. Bed quite fresh, clima working fine and this was BIG plus.
