Cozy but the its not clean I would say, water pipes leaking in bathroom.Too much dust underneath furniture..Hot water and heater were available at the facility.Overall not bad.

Great place to stay and all places of interest are around it not being too far(most places are on a 15 - 20 mins drive). Uber works perfectly there. The room service is great and its not too expensive although I would recommend to go and eat outside as there are many different options available in the area (F-10 Markaz), it is a block full of restaurants and food shops and tea/coffee shops plus clothes and many more things.

Good guest house. All depends how much you paying for the room.Not much decorated.But rooms were clean and staff was very cooperative.

Very smelly place. Building is in decay and haphazard. Grounds are not well maintained.

Stayed there for a week in winters. Neat n clean and very friendly staff. Service is slow. Food from their kitchen is below average and expensive. But per night stay was very affordable.Highly recommended for staying.

Nice stay in the Royal Manor of Islamabad, close to market places and near the mountains.Owner of the place helped us many times, always providing good advices and trying to make our stay as nice as possible.Room was clean and simple with affordable price within our backpackers budget.If you want typical pakistani food, just ask the cook to prepare rice, veggies, pakora or whatever you want.
